I've had Golden Eagle Pest Control for a year now and I am very happy with the company. I've had a problem with earwigs since I moved to my house 18 years ago so I've always had to have bimonthly sprayings. I met Tim and was so happy to learn that he does not over dilute his chemicals. My previous company over diluted so they had to spray inside the house and I would see bugs inside after 4-5 weeks. Since I have been using Golden Eagle, Tim sprays the entire perimeter of the house (he does not need to come inside ) and I've had no problem with bugs inside the house between sprayings. Additionally Tim matched the price of my previous company and he also maintains a rodent bait station outside my house. My previous company did not provide this service. After living in a variety of places that did not have pest control, it has been very obvious how well it is working. Even though we opt to not have interior spray, there is next to no spider webs in our home, the exterior stays pest free and it is a huge relief to know I can pick up a chair in our yard and not have a black widow crawl over my hand. Tim also explained to me what they looked like and how to find them in your home. I literally went through my whole bedroom like he explained to me. I am totally appalled at this company. I called yesterday on my lunch break while at work to get a quote for pest spraying. I was told someone would call me back. After I returned from my lunch break I started receiving calls from Tim, which I could not answer at the time because I was working. In the period of 4 hours I received 7 calls including one to my job! I did not give out my work number, my original call was from work so they must have used caller ID. After getting off of work I called and the operator told me she would send a message to have someone call me back. I told her they had already harassed me enough and I did not want a call back. Within 2 minutes I started receiving calls again. On the third call I answered and told Tim the amount of phone calls I was receiving was uncalled for and I was no longer interested in doing any business with them. He made a rude comment about how I had called him and then hung up. Now today I started receiving phone calls again! I called and asked to speak with a manager, guess who the manager/owner is??? Tim! After explaining in detail why I was so upset he very condescendingly told me my complaint was noted and he was busy in the field and had work to do. Very unprofessional. If he really has that much work to do how does he find enough time to harass me??? I work for a service company and take calls from potential clients all day long for estimates they want. Our salesman call 3 times at the most over a week long period in order to avoid harassment. Something Golden Eagle should really consider. Guess what Tim, your way is not the right way!!! read more
