I brought my family and in laws here to celebrate my birthday , since they hadn't tried this place out yet. I made a reservation, but since we came on a weekday, it wasn't busy and we were seated quickly. We ordered calamari to share and my mom had the clam chowder to start. It took some time for our orders to start arriving , but since we were a party of 9, it was understandable that our food would take a bit longer. All together, the entrees we ordered were the crispy shirmp roll, the steak & sushi (spicy tuna roll), BBQ ribs & Cajun chicken, steak frites, and margherita pizza. Although the sushi was good, they excel more in their other dishes. Overall, everything tasted fresh and well seasoned! For dessert, we ordered the sticky toffee chocolate pudding. It was so nice that they made me a portion of my own in addition to a ful serving for my family to share. It satisfied my sweet tooth just right with the caramel and ice cream. Our server was also really friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. They even gave me a signed birthday card from the whole staff. Decadent! The ambience is very nice albeit noisy. The service is quick and friendly. They did overcharge our table for two separate drinks so... I guess watch out for that but everything was delicious. The pollo tacos were amazingly moist and the homemade chips were great w the fire roasted salsa. My husband got the sushi and beef which was wow!! Jealous of his dish. Super tasty. We also got the dumplings and guac. I'll start with a couple of slight negatives before I get into the positives. Neither of which changed my feelings about the experience. I asked for the seafood tower for two but they charged for the seafood tower for four. It was a ton of food so that's probably what they rang in. It was just an unpleasant shock when we received the bill. They don't have any paper/plastic cups. While I think my daughter is crazy smart, I don't fully trust her with a glass mug. I am a fan of Earl's Kitchen + Bar! This place was clean, appears modern and upscale, a fun vibe, friendly service, and we were able to walk in on a week night and get immediately seated with no wait. Earl's has both a large dining area and a spacious bar area along with an open kitchen - I like those. They can handle large groups in the bar area - it was somewhat loud at times, so if you're looking for intimate dining, ask to be seated away from the bar. The dress was interesting, there were some groups decked out for formal parties, moderately dressed groups who I'd say were business casual, and a couple families like us who were dressed down after a day at a theme park. No one seemed bothered by our casual dress, but next time, I would certainly wear better than athletic pants and a pullover. At our table, people ordered steak, salmon (me), and chicken. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The desserts were excellent and the drinks looked good, although we didn't indulge in any cocktails. Random Wednesday night , sat outside on the patio. It was calm and all of the food was delicious. We ordered the Charred Corn + Avocado Dip as our appetizer (chefs kiss) then our waitress Yazmin gave us the option to split our entrees which is why you'll see half a bacon cheddar burger and half of the steak fries in my pic with truffle fries. The food and drinks here are great! My boyfriend loves the burger and lychee martini. However, every time we come there is nobody at the front and it takes a minute to get someone to seat us. Also, last time the waitress stared at our IDs, left, then came back and said she needed to take them because they have a new system and didn't return for about 15 minutes. We were getting cabin fever over the long weekend and had to run an errand in the area, so my fiancé booked us a reservation for dinner. We arrived a few minutes ahead of our reservation and we were seated promptly. Our host was kind and friendly and we chatted about our mutual interest in The Last of Us. Our server (Aidan or Hayden I'm not sure if I misheard) arrived and we placed our drink and appetizer order. There were some nice cocktails on the list but I opted for my standard, a Tom Collins. My fiancé got a Don Julio margarita. Both drinks were well balanced and delicious! The Szechuan shrimp and pork dumplings were outstanding and a great portion for sharing! For my entree I had the Black Truffle Butter Steak medium rare. My steak was cooked to perfection! It was served with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini (my fave!) and really ticked off all the boxes for what I was hoping for! My fiancé got the Steak (medium) & Sushi with the wagyu beef oshi press. He was very pleased with the dish. I tried a piece of the wagyu beef oshi press and can confirm it was fantastic. We were enjoying our visit so much we had to stay for dessert. We ordered the seasonal Bourbon Pecan Pie and the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake. Both were divine! I loved the Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries with the cheesecake and my fiancé raved about each bite of the pecan pie (especially the crust! Mmm!). From the moment we walked in until the moment we left we were satisfied. We've had a lot of misses lately, and there's nothing worse than paying for a meal that left you wanting more. This meal was the opposite, we can't wait to go back and try new things! The restaurant itself is laid out nicely where you don't feel like you're sharing the table with another party. And it looks like there is a beautiful patio area as well (it was pouring when we were there but could see the appeal of some apps and cocktails outside whenever the weather gets nice again. Came here for a large bridal shower. They had fantastic and attentive service for the entire period. The drinks were good, my food was just okay. I got steak frites, fries were good. Steak I ordered medium, got well done. I inquired if it was possible to make a new one, med rare this time. They remade it and had out a new portion fairly quickly. The new steak was medium well. Overall, the flavor just wasn't there. The horseradish was strong though so I just dipped my fries into it and slathered it all over the steak. Not sure if the regular tables had salt and pepper on them but the steak and fries would've benefitted from some seasoning. My best friend and I were shopping in the mall and wanted a quick bite to eat and drink and Earls Kitchen + Bar was the perfect spot. The inside is huge and it has a cute patio outside that would be perfect for brunch. We sat at the bar and had a delicious Aperol Spritz, but I've never had one I didn't like haha. We also ordered a round of the vegan corn and avocado dip which was plenty for us both to share. The tortilla chips were amazing super crispy and the dip had great flavor. I ate here this weekend on Saturday around 1pm with my friend and we both ordered the Cajun blackened chicken and it was PHENOMENAL. Food was soooo flavorful, the chicken is so juicy, just everything about this dish is great. The portion size, quality, presentation, flavor is all on point for this dish and actually a GREAT price for what you are served. Also had 2 of the tiny peach Bellinis and they are sooooo yummy. We got truffle fries to share and they are some of the best truffle fries I have ever had. I wish I could remember our servers name, she was great and attentive. This is a great location right outside of The Mall at Millennium. It's very nice inside with funky art and cool light fixtures everywhere. However it's not too stuffy and you don't necessarily have to "dress up" to visit. The large bar area is inviting with plenty of TV's showing the games. On my visit, I took advantage of the margarita special and tried the mango flavor. It was made just right. For my dinner, I had the steak frites and honestly, it was exactly what I needed after shopping all evening. My server Izzy was definitely a highlight as well. I came in fully prepared to write a negative review about the long wait times and the lack of hospitality from the manager, but Paige completely changed our experience for the better. We came for dinner after a full day of traveling--tired, hungry, and knowing exactly what we wanted. The hostess was friendly and sat us quickly, which we appreciated. After placing our order, we waited...and waited. An hour passed with no updates and no check-ins. When our server Paige finally brought our food, she apologized sincerely for the delay and even asked if the manager had come by to speak with us--which he hadn't. We were also missing an item, which Paige immediately took care of and even removed from the bill. The manager eventually approached us, but only to ask if we had received the missing item. No apology, no acknowledgment of the wait, and he left just as quickly as he came. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Paige, on the other hand, went above and beyond. She insisted on treating us to dessert to make up for the inconvenience, and the cheesecake we took to go was delicious. Her kindness and genuine service turned what could have been a frustrating night into a positive one. Paige truly deserves a promotion. Manager lead team to dysfunction. Entry had people with and without reservations for Mother's Day brunch on Saturday! Earls which is normally awesome today was not! Manager pulled hostess and host for meeting on floor while guests all waited at door. Laughing and joking while almost 30 people crowed doors. Began seating large parties before small parties. Food came out cold or like warm and when we told staff manager deducted my coffee. Thanks for the $2.50 coffee when my whole tables meals were cold. Bread for Eggs Benedict was so over toasted you needed a saw to cut into it. We have been coming to Earls nearly 5 years but this might be might last time. Nothing less than fabulous. Earls is my FAVORITE restaurant. I went around 1pm on a Thursday and it was empty. Service was quick , always love the vibes in there especially when it's quiet and not a lot of people it's super relaxing. The food is NEVER bad. I've never had a bad experience at earls. I come to earls for every special occasion or just a casual lunch date. I will always be an earls fan.
