The huge wad of unrendered fat evidenced the fact that it had seen very little heat. The Waiter assured her that he would take it back and have it made right. When it came back, it appeared to be the same piece of meat that had been reheated. My guess is that they submerged it in Au Jus (basically boiling it) to hasten the cooking process. It should never have left the Kitchen in the first place and the second effort was not much of an improvement. The accompanying Mashed Potatoes were dry and unappetizing. Asparagus was scant but good. I had the Beet Salad with Grilled Chicken. It was excellent. Sadly, the "Prime" Rib debacle will keep us from going back for Dinner.
