I booked an appointment the day before to ensure I could secure a spot for a gel pedicure and the lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful! When I showed up the next morning for my appointment, I was greeted warmly when I walked in and was told that Randy would be right with me. Randy immediately walked in the door and greeted me. He brought me over to the pedicure chair and prepared the soaking tub to the perfect temperature. Full disclosure: I work in this industry and I was blown away by Randy's cleanliness, attention to detail and professionalism! He gave me the perfect gel pedicure while helping to clear up some painful ingrown toenails. The salon is super clean and comfortable! Note that when you do chrome- you always wanna choose contrasting colors! Dark polish with light chrome on top or light polish with pigmented chrome... Went in for a simple manicure and pedicure. Two girls worked simultaneously on my hands and feet while I relax in the massage chair. I got exactly what I needed and felt fresh and clean. Also asked for an extra 10 minutes foot massage for an additional $10. Don't think there was WiFi available in the salon but my phone had enough signal. For for those who drive there is plenty of free ample parking out front. Several types of payments can be made either by credit card or cash. Tipping is easy which can be added either 15, 20 or 25%.

My nail tech was nice and seemed to take his time despite how busy it was. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the quality of the pedicure. The polish is uneven both in its coverage and texture. Some nails aren't painted fully, even after I pointed them out and he went back to touch them up. Because of multiple coats (he did 2 coats of polish, top coat then more touch up polish then top coat again), the color is uneven and some are bumpy. The paint left around my cuticles is easily visible too. I wouldn't mind as much if these issues were on one, maybe two, toenails but it's on multiple and the pedicure looks messy overall. I was hoping this might be my go-to local nail spot but I'm disappointed by my pedicure experience.
