First time for lunch at this location- ordered the nachos & wings. Service was good, a bit slow & wings were average.

Boneless wings in voodoo sauce, side salad, and chips

East coast is the sauce king when it comes to wing joints! If you factor in all the heat combos there have to be hundreds of options here! I usually go with boneless wings here just to mop up the sauces. And their side salad is always solid. On this last visit I tried the boneless wings in the new voodoo ranger ipa bbq sauce. The sauce was great!

Well, tonight Brianna set the bar high for the other waiters and waitresses. I will say that this was our best experience here, all around. The thing that made this visit was our waitress, Brianna. The drinks never went dry, and we were all taken care of from the time that we sat down. She was very polite, attentive, and truly made the visit. We need more consistency here and more visits like tonight! The food was hot and flavorful! The wings were spot on, and the tenders, they are huge.

You can literally see how burnt these are.

Three times back to back to back we have received our food burnt and with hardly any sauce whatsoever. Not even going to talk about the tater tots or the potato chips that were cold and chewy. Manager blames it on the chicken being frozen when it comes in. But should the chicken not be frozen? I told her you're cooking the chicken too fast the temperature is too high that is why they are burning and she told me I don't know what I'm talking about. But I must be retarded. Would not eat here at all. Go to country club or any other location.

This location version of Cajun ranch boneless wings

Placed an online order to pick up for dinner which included 25 Cajun ranch boneless wings, which is my favorite considering we visit ecw often ( other locations) when I got home my son opened the box and started getting wings out and I noticed they gave us plain boneless wings with ranch (plain old ranch) poured on top! I was already irritated that I placed my online order at 5:15 got there at 530 was told it was almost done and didn't get my food till 555! Almost an hour I could see if they where busy but when I got there it was quiet there was 3 people at the bar and one table with one person at it!

Always freshly made and good flavor. The hummus and pita is simple and very tasty. The falafel wrap, simple traditional and freshly made is a hearty meal with great flavors and ingredients. The Spanakopita is also very traditionally prepared, simple and so tasty with yogurt dip on the side another good choice. The Chicken Souvlaki is also quiet flavorful, the chicken is grilled tender and nicely seasoned, served with your choice of side and yogurt dip with pita. Simple, traditionally made and good flavor. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the friendly service and consistent quality 01111

The menu is primarily hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, NC style BBQ, and of course, milk shakes. Until recently there were no spots that had any inside seating, but this is gradually changing. They are known for the small building with drive thru lanes on both sides, and this plus the congestion surrounding many of their locations can make getting in and out a challenge, though this one in not as bad as many! The burgers and chicken sandwiches here are far superior to the offerings of any national chain l, with the possible exception of a properly staffed and operating Culver's - the one in Winston is not one of those, the one in Kernersville most certainly is. The number of locals spots that rival the offerings here is very small. I ordered each of my favorite items here - Bacon Cheeseburger and the Crispy, Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. The time in line here are generally a bit longer than the larger chains, but still around 10 minutes. The burger was excellent and well sized as alway, these folks just know how to make a great burger. And the crispy, spicy chicken sandwich is as good as anyone's, including the cult one at Popeyes! Only the BYO at Bad Daddy's is possibly a bit better, and definitely is bigger! I have found the food at Cook Out locations to be consistently excellent with very few bad experiences. A small restaurant with a walk up counter area, and a side dining room only eight or so booths around the perimeter and a handful of tables and chairs in the interior. Service is brigade style, with several staff working our table. We were wanting a little bit, so started with the Calamari appetizer. It was well prepared and light breaded and flash fried, served with lemon wedges and a side marinara. It was very good, tender and cooked near perfection. We decided on a build your own Flatbread with canadian bacon, black olives, banana peppers and pineapple. Along with the Lobster raviolis. Both were good, the flatbread was done well but a little soggy? The raviolis had nice flavor and a good filling, and was a decent sized portion for the price. 4 Stars a good meal with kind service, popular with the area so it does get busy 01263

Sadly, they were not good at all. We requested them crispy but they weren't deep-fried enough to be crispy when we got them. We ordered both the Greek and Jerk flavors. The Greek wings were covered in what seemed like Greek salad dressing, making them very watery when we opened the container. They also lacked the bold Greek flavor we were expecting. We actually ended up sprinkling some Greek seasoning we had at home on them to bring out more flavor. The Jerk wings were better and did have some flavor but they still weren't bold enough for our taste. Since we really enjoy the restaurant's Greek dishes, we had high hopes for the Greek wings in particular. Unfortunately, neither flavor was a hit for us. We'll probably stick with our usual menu favorites next time.

Review for Yelp (Celiac & Gluten-Free Warning)…read more As someone with celiac disease, I take every precaution before dining out -- including calling ahead, researching, and confirming that restaurants understand and follow safe gluten-free protocols. Before visiting this location, I called and spoke with staff who assured me that they take gluten cross-contamination seriously and could safely accommodate celiac guests. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely untrue. After eating here, I became extremely sick -- for several days. The reaction was so severe I thought I might need to go to the hospital. It was clear from the symptoms that I had been glutened. What makes this worse is that I had trusted their reassurance that they understood safe handling and preparation practices. From what I personally observed, cross-contamination was happening everywhere. Employees were hovering directly over food without washing hands or changing gloves. Utensils were being reused between gluten and gluten-free items, and surfaces didn't appear to be cleaned properly between orders. It was honestly a sanitation nightmare, especially for anyone with medical dietary restrictions. Even my kids -- who are not celiac -- were turned off by how unclean everything looked. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to claim that your establishment is safe for gluten-free diners when it's clearly not is misleading and potentially dangerous. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who has celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or any kind of food sensitivity. This experience was frightening, disappointing, and completely avoidable if proper food safety practices had been followed. Please take this review as a serious warning -- this is not a gluten-free safe environment, and the lack of training and care could genuinely harm someone with a medical condition.

Then helped myself to four different salsas - all were at the very least good, tomatillo based one is awesome, rivals those at Los Juanes & Los Muelles! Don't' care for everything served here, not gonna pick a time when I have to stand in line, but from time to time I will wreck my house! Ambiance - 3 Food - 4 Service - 4 Value - 4.5
