First visit. I've had wings from everywhere but here. So glad I gv it a try! The wings were cooked perfectly, crispy , juicy , with lots of sauce .. We ordered 2 different flavors and 2 different dressings. And an order of onion rings Onion rings were sooo good ! This was a take out order so it was a good 30 minutes before we ate and still was soo good While ordering the person was patient since I was 'new' and had questions . I was greeted pleasantly when picking up my order. I'll definitely be back to try other options. read more

We ordered this via DoorDash as we didn't have time to go sit down and eat. Our food arrived pretty quickly and our order was complete which is important to note. Our entire order for 3 people included a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings, a Cobb salad, street corn cobettes, 25 bone in wings with 2 different heat indexs, a side of carrots and a side of tater tots. Now let me tell you about the food. Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings was delicious. Cobb salad was huge and delicious. 25 wings were delicious - boxes marked incorrectly but that not a huge deal. Side of tater tots...$3.89 plus tax for barely a handful. Corn cobettes were delicious. I gave them 3 stars for 2 reasons: 1. Small portion on the tots. 2. Didn't include all of the ranch dressing. Visited this location on Father's Day at 1 o'clock. They were out of fries, eggs, jalapeños and I think the waitress also mentioned tortillas. Weird things to be out of on a day people typically eat out on. Other than that, the waitress was great and our burgers were delicious. The fried banana peppers on the patty melt along with the horseradish mayo were an awesome touch. read more

The signage is not working. We passed it by and turned around. I wasn't expecting much. Pleasantly surprised! Our party of 12,was greeted warmly. Our sever was friendly and knew the menu. I would have preferred that they split the table with another server to speed the process but oh well. The initial drinks and order taking took forever. There are a million sauces and types of rubs and lots of questions. Once we got the drinks and appetizers we were fine. The food came out at different times and we were fine with that. The wings were large. The chicken tenders were large. The only thing that was sketchy were the appetizers on skillets. Supposed to be cheese sauce but looked like vomit. Skimpy on napkins. Nice size cups of sauce. Limited draft beer selection. Unlimited types of sauces and chicken parts! Friendly staff and a pleasant goodbye. Pleasantly surprised. Now fix your signs. read more

This location is an old Taco Bell. Getting into this location can be challenging at times and the parking lot is small. This location only has a limited bottle beer selection no wine or cocktails. The food was on par as other East Coast Wings I have visited. The waitress are just glorified counter girls that run food. read more

I like east coast wings in general, but this location isn't my favorite. Seems to be a lot of variance here compared to the other locations I have visited. The one time I dined in, I got the Mile High Turkey, and it was about a half mile short of the same sandwich at other locations. I say that in terms of the amount of turkey, and the cole slaw... which one would imagine would be consistent... didn't taste the same. My wife got the chicken philly, which she also felt fell short of her experience at other locations. I can say here that the service is very friendly, I don't think any of the problem rests on the waitstaff. I also have not had a problem the times I have picked up to-go orders of wings. So the only conclusion I can come to, is that this is a good place to get wings, but be wary of some of the other menu items, especially if you're used to the way other locations do it. I'd also like to point out, that the parking lot needs HELP. The pavement needs repair, really really badly. read more

Nobody that works in this entire store is wearing a mask today. Not the 3 cooks that you can see in the back nor any of the 5 staff members in the front. We ordered boneless wings, a salad, and fries to go. The food was cold once we picked it up. The 5 honey mustard wings I ordered were pitiful and small. Definitely not worth $6.99. Two or three wings could amount to a normal sized one. I also asked for blue cheese and the hostess said was included in the bag. It wasn't. We didn't receive celery either. Me and my family were crazing some quick burgers. We ordered the 50/50 burgers that has bacon bits in the meat along with bacon strips. Burgers were barely warm and my son complained a small black bug crawled out of his burger! Absolutely disgusted. The chips were also burnt. Best part of the meal was the Pepsi that's it. The order was incorrect and not cooked. The chips were soft and called in oil that when lifted the clump the oil ran down my arm like sun tan oil and wings were cold and raw in middle of course it was a to go order and hubby was to annoyed to go back so I will not visit this location. read more

After living in a hotel for a week in Archdale, awaiting a coastal move, we were wishing this would be the spot that was actually good. Archdale proves to suck at serving good food. Went in on a Sunday to watch football. One the out of 3/4 TVs had it on. Or you could watch crime shows. We had a lovely meal sitting next to a homeless man that wouldn't shut up the entire time. A friendly patron Bought him lunch which ruined ours. The stench was terrible. No other table to Move to as they were all empty. Our server was so kind, but was ran ragged. The salad was less than what I make at home and the Wings were nothing special. I guess I'll give you a two star instead of one for the nice server. read more

I had a to go order that included 25 wings, side of hot chips and an order of buffalo chicken dip. The wings were overdone and barely covered in sauce. Plus there were no carrots or celery added. The chips were all incredibly inconsistent with how they were all cooked. From (almost raw) floppy to dark brown/burnt. However, the buffalo chicken dip was a joke. Check out the picture. It's literally diced chicken with a few chopped up peppers/onions and shredded cheese on top, all covered in a ton of buffalo sauce that looks like grease. I did get 4 ranch cups, so that was nice. This entire order was close to $40. That's insane! The young lady who took the order was pleasant. All of the disappointment can be summed up to the price, quality of food and how it took ages for them to come out from the back to come take my order. read more

I don't recommend it.. AT ALL".. well that's not good news. Too bad I wouldn't recommend what I got instead of the chili either. Typical East Coast food, yet there is a serious need for some renovations to the facility. It's obvious the building was a Taco Bell in a previous life, and that's ok, but the seats are damaged and the walls show damage as well. Having been to the other locations, this EC appears to be the "black sheep" of its peers. Not sure why it would not have the same attention given to it as the others have received . I've had this location several times, and I've never been disappointed with it. We ordered from here yesterday (my coworkers and I got take out) and all 3 of us ordered salads with a lot of specific/special instructions. I'm always concerned when I order food like that, because so often times it's incorrect. Everything was correct, though. I loved their chips too. I think they're better than the fries. I've had their wings too. I'm not super crazy about the wings, actually but only because the sauce, not the chicken. I think that's just a personal preference though. Anyways! Good Morning, I am thoroughly disgusted and embarrassed that I put so much trust in your restaurant. I ordered from East Coast Wings in High Point NC, Located at 1900 North Main Street. This is only my second time ordering from your East Coast Coast Wings. I am furious. I opened my celery and begin to eat my celery, I was sharing with our guest how delicious and fresh the celery was and I had already eaten half the bag, when my hand entered the bag to pull out another piece of celery; out comes a Band-Aid attached to the stalk of celery. Blood is on the band aid!!!!! OMG!!!!! Who does that. Comes to work with an open skin wound and works without gloves. You are disgusting!! I am going to tell everyone I know.... This is putting the publics lives in danger. Blood on a Band-Aid in my celery. I expect a full refund. I expect you to send me my money back for the entire Door dasher receipt, which was $25.15. Every time we eat or patronize a restaurant we put our lives in your hands. Trusting you to provide clean, healthy food that will not make us sick, you failed at meeting those goals. Someone should call me not email, this is unacceptable. Im going to the store to check your sanitation grade. I hope you do better. I hope this never happens to anyone else you serve, because this shows what your employees think about your customers or that they don't consider us at all. Have tried to go here twice, both on a Wednesday evening and this place was slammed. Every single booth and table was filled so we waited patiently and after about 10 minutes, the staff just passed us by never said hello, nothing, As if they wish we hadn't of chosen to eat there. There was a couple behind us that didn't have any better luck so we all just left and went somewhere else. I previously reviewed this place with 4 stars but these past two horrible times I've been there, I won't return to this place. They need to tear this place down and rebuild a bigger nicer place. This building used to be a Taco Bell and it looks horrible inside. You're better off going down the street to the other east coast wings which has better service and a bigger building with enough tables for everyone. read more

I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad and picked it up. When I got back to work and opened it, there was a very minimal amount of chicken on the salad. I was unhappy due to the fact I had paid $12.80 for the salad and received mostly lettuce. I know it is a lot for a salad, but it is usually really good. I called to let them know this was not the standard I had gotten numerous times in the past. The manager Brian took my call. He did apologize I was unhappy, but argued, "There was a full 6oz breast on your salad. I know that because I made it. So, I know exactly what was on your salad". I shared with him I had ordered many times before and never had this problem and being that the salad costs so much, I wanted it to be correct. I told him I disagreed with how much chicken was on the salad. He told me there are specific directions on how much to put of each ingredient on the salad and offered to remake my salad. He also told me, "that as for the price, I don't make the prices and personally I think the salads are overpriced too and that all salads should be under $10, but I don't make that call." I told him I wasn't looking for my money back or for them to remake my salad, but that I had worked in retail and customer service for over 15 years and I would want someone to let me know if they were unhappy and I would try to do what I could to satisfy the customer. He said, "I have apologized to you three times and you are calling me a liar". I told him I was not calling him a liar but that I know what is on my plate sitting in front of me. I told him there was almost no cheese, 4 cucumbers, 4 tortilla chips, and very little chicken(I would estimate 3-4oz max). His response was, "well I can't put 13 cucumbers on your salad", to which I replied, "no, I understand you can't, I was just trying to share with you that the toppings were minimal". He continued to respond to me in a way that basically I was wrong and he was right so I told him I would be leaving a review online. All in all, the salad was fresh and would have tasted fine had I not gotten a bad taste in my mouth from the attitude I received from Brian. Even if I were wrong about the chicken, the other toppings were minimal as well so, to me, it just shows they were skimping on the toppings. The prices have continued to climb in the last 3 years and the food does not justify the cost, especially for lunch. I will not be back to ECW. The sad part, is I won't get to see Stephanie. She has waited on our office staff for years and has gotten things right EVERY time. She ALWAYS served us with a smile and a thank you! She deserves a raise because she's the only reason we stuck around this long!! read more

I've been here on three separate occasions and each time the service was poor. You walk in, no one acknowledges you. The waitress walked pass us 4 times and never said a word. A "I'll be a moment or please seat yourself" would have been great. This time we just walked out.. This location is only minutes from my house and their wings are great! The staff is friendly and will have your order ready no longer than 10 minutes from my many experiences there. There is a downfall to this establishment though, they advertise to close at 9:00pm but in actualty they stop taking orders at 8:35-40pm if not earlier. Went in around that time last nite 11/18/2015 wednesday to place an order and the cashier was counting down the register and said they were closed. My assumption is either change the closing time from 9:00pm to 8:30pm. All was not lost though, just got in my car and spent my money across the street at KFC. They also state that they close at 9:00pm but actually do close at 9:00pm and not before. So my nite was not a total lost! read more
