There are plenty tables and chairs for large groups. And sofas ( not in good condition at all... but sofas .. yes)... ya... big ones length wise. Pretty noisy actually. Good noise. Cheerful sharing while chilling over drinks and pastries - that kind of noise. Have been craving for fries lately and when I saw Common Bond, was very excited but they didn't carry the thick truffle fries which I was so fond of in the other Common Bond. Still, it was good fries and the staff was very friendly.... many high schoolers doing a summer job so they are super nice. They have a rewards program running - once registered, $spent is $earned in points which can be redeemed later. Staff was friendly and seemed like some of them were high schoolers or sort of, doing summer jobs so they were extra courteous and cautious - it was very much appreciated The fresh pastries were inviting and they had a big menu of other eats too. For me Common Bond and their specialty small dessert cakes went hand in hand. And this bakery did keep up that reputation- they had some sumptuous looking mini cakes. Definitely worth a visit.

Berry Tart Butter Croissants Pistachio Croissants Hot Salted Caramel Latte w/Almond Milk Service: OMG, what can I say other than I wasn't ready! Brock and Jael exceeded my expectations of this cute coffee shop and its services. This was my first time ever visiting this establishment accompanied by my mom. We were greeted with the most beautiful smiles and jolly hellos anxiously prepared to take our orders. I had an idea but I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. These two amazing young people helped me decide what I would eventually order. My mom and I were treated so well that I made the decision to return with my work team and I'm truly excited to plan the trip. If you've never been to this coffee shop and you're in the area, please consider stopping by to pick up some coffee and delicious pastries. I would have rated this business 5 stars but I was disappointed with the service provided by the young ladies at the coffee area. They lacked the top notch quality customer service provided by Brandon and Jael. Unfortunately, I didn't get a smile or a hello from these ladies. I think maybe a little coaching is in order. Atmosphere: The interior and exterior of the building was nice and clean including the ladies room. The noise level was low and comfortable while folks were enjoying their food, working on their laptops, and having conversations. I was quite pleased.

My personal favorites are the pistachio croissant and the London Fog Tea. They also have a really nice deal where bakery items are 50% off an hour before closing, which is perfect when I'm getting off work on Sunday nights. Parking is plentiful, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a quick treat or coffee run! I do with they opened 30 minutes earlier so I can stop in before work!

Let us count the ways: * The vibe is relaxed. So relaxed as a matter of fact, I've yet to see this place crowded on any weekday or weekend. * The WiFi is fast and reliable. This alone is why I'll end up staying here without consuming at least 3 drinks in a single sitting. * There is plenty of seating. Outdoor seating is extensive and the interior is super group friendly. * Iced lattes skew on the sweeter side, but their cold brew also gets a thumbs up. * There is a dedicated meeting room / isolated space for meetings / meetups. That's big time. * Don't feel like stopping in? There's a drive-thru. * Customer service is on point. They're fast, courteous, and super friendly. * The ventilation is right and the place is clean. Especially the bathrooms. This is a winner in terms of a coffeeshop space. I realize the vibe isn't' for everyone, but it's one of the main reasons why I'll find myself in this space more often than not.

The parking is ample since it shares a parking lot with several small businesses along a shopping strip with includes restaurants, bank, and a large grocery store (HMart). The ambiance is very impressive. The space is larger than expected with a lot of seating. Their bakery goods look delicious and most taste delicious. I would say their cakes are good but way too expensive. Some have a hole in the middle (like a Bundt cake) making me wonder if it's to save money on ingredients or just a cool thing that bakeries do for certain cakes. My latest adventure there was trying the chocolate hazelnut layer cake with Nutella. It was good but not great. Lines were decently long on a Saturday evening after dinner time so business is good. Service was fine. Enjoy!

We ordered an online cake for pickup at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning and prepaid for it so it could be a grab and go situation. The staff messed up the cake icing itself while placing it in the cake container, and then had to get it fixed "in the back". Well, what was supposed to be a quick in and out turned into 30+ mins as we were just left waiting for the cake to be fixed. Upon walking around the store, we noticed our cake just sitting out on the side and asked about it multiple times with the front cashier, who said it was still not done. Only to find out 30 mins later that the cake was fixed but communication between the staff was poor so no one knew and no one could relay the information to us. Overall, we left very unhappy and disappointed with the service, with a half-messed up cake we paid $60 for. Be aware of your cake orders!

1-Star Review: Absolute Disaster - Never Returning to True (False) Food Kitchen…read more We had one of the worst dining experiences imaginable at True Food Kitchen. We ordered our food, and it simply never came. After a long wait, our Brazilian waitress kept stringing us along with repeated false updates about how soon it would be ready. She left us hanging the entire time with zero accountability. What made it even more infuriating was the staffing situation. There were visibly more servers and kitchen staff than actual customers in the restaurant. Yet somehow, nothing was getting done. We watched plates of other customers' food sitting in the pass window for over 10 minutes while seven different servers casually walked right by, letting it sit there getting stale and old. Our server in particular seemed completely disinterested in doing her job--she had zero urgency or care for our table. The cavalier, neglectful attitude from the entire team felt like a systemic problem, not just one bad shift. It was as if the restaurant's "healthy, mindful" branding was just a front for pretentious, ill-mannered service that couldn't care less about actually delivering on basics like getting food to the table. We finally flagged down the manager, who at least gave us straight information: our order would still be another 10 minutes on top of the already excessive wait. At that point, we'd had enough and left without eating. This place is a nest of neglectful incompetence. Between the false promises, indifferent staff, and total disregard for customers, we will never patronize True Food Kitchen again. Save your time and money--go somewhere that actually values service.
