Always walked by Eat Real Cafe but never stepped in until now. Glad we did too. Before a movie around the corner our group stopped in for a quick bite to go. The Chicken Club Sandwich was amazing. On grilled sourdough the sandwich has a delicious breast of chicken with applewood bacon and cheddar. The combination was perfect. Not sure if they season the chicken but it was so good and juicy. The side of sweet potatoes chips was also very good. I'm not usually into sweet potato fries or chips but they were a good compliment. I had a bite of the chicken quesadillas which were really good too. Everything tasted very fresh. We planned on taking the food to go but while waiting we were enjoying the ambiance inside and stayed. The girl at the front counter was super nice and completed the order as requested. The rest of the menu looked good too so we will be back.
Great experience! Came here to have an early dinner with a friend of mine. Wait my friend had the burger. I had a sandwich. We also ordered some chips and guac/ salsa. Our server was very nice. Very patient since it was our very first time. They use healthier ingredients. The food we ordered was very good and very tasty. The prices weren't bad either.
Cute location, kind service, nice ambience. I love how they had a huge drink menu that was just as big as the food menu lots of fun options. I also really appreciated the amount of food sensitive options they had. I had a friend with me with a lot of very specific food allergies who struggles to eat out anywhere, and there were so many options for her! Not just one or two items! The care that goes into developing a large menu that considers so many allergies and food sensitivities and all the substitutions they offer, was an art in and of itself. Not to mention everything tasted great. I will for sure be back. My only small complaint was the water served didn't have ice in it and it was a hot day plus we sat outside and I am not a fan of luke warm water. On that note, I didn't bother to ask for ice and I'm sure they would have brought it.
This was a really cute experience. Of course it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect. It also didn't hurt that parking was so insanely easy and FREE. ...which, of course Eat Real had nothing to do with - but in a way - they did. Can you see how delusional I am? In any case, there was a tiny wait - 15 minutes or so, but its nice, because they text you when they're ready to seat you. The food is so nice and fresh - and the staff are super friendly. I think this is the perfect spot if you want to grab a nice brunch and soak up the sun.
The aesthetics of this cafe are so beautiful, I just wish the food was a little but more exciting. I got the OG breakfast. The plate it self seemed sort of empty, and the tomato was kind of random. The garlic hash browns were great though. I also got the cafe con leche: it's basically milk and coffee with a bit of sugar. No real brown sugar flavor there at all. The service itself was great though. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. I might just need to try something different on the menu, because everyone was great to us our first time here. There is street parking right out front as well.
We were in downtown Santa Clarita on Main Street, and thought we would try this Eat Real café. First off, they have a really nice menu with quite a variety of drinks, including specialty juices, specialty coffees and teas, with or without caffeine, and a lot of superfood drinks. The lavender moon latte the best ever! Not too heavy on the lavender, the super food wasn't overpowering, and with oat milk it was absolutely creamy and delicious! We also had the power grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was a bit dry, but it had kale jack cheese with red pepper pesto, and other than the dryness of the chicken the sandwich was pretty darn good. They have nice music playing in the background, the service is friendly, and we sat outside on their cute patio. All in all, it was pretty good! Not perfect, but a pretty good place to stop, especially if you love lavender because I'm telling you that drink I'm gonna think about for a long time!
My son is a regular here so I had to try them out while I was in the Santa Clarita, CA area this past weekend. The neighborhood is so cute and cozy. As you walk into the restaurant, you get this laid-back feeling that I loved, especially in the morning. The restaurant was clean and very well designed to give you that warm and fuzzy feeling. I started with an iced Matcha with oat-milk & a butterscotch scone...delicious. I ordered the omelette, which was very good with a side of hashbrowns. Yum! The merry maple chai coffee is delicious here, get one! Good service. Their Motto: WE ARE MAKING SURE THAT EAT REAL CAFÉ OFFERS FOOD THAT WILL PROPEL THE HUMAN BODY WITHOUT EVER COMPROMISING TASTE. They are very transparent with their ingredients which is the main reason I chose to visit. We parked in the garage right behind the restaurant, which had plenty of parking. I highly recommend checking them out.
INCREDIBLE intimate café/restaurant and a top tier choice for Vegans in the Newhall & greater SC area! Arrived on an evening to the glowing, warmly lit interior which is full of chic natural wood toned furniture. A wall of their very own in-house made wines issued beautifully choreographed and brings in a sense of both elegance and a homegrown environment. Comfortable seating and quiet ambience, it served as a fantastic date place. The waitress was an absolute delight - kind, courteous, smiling, attentive, and always present. My cold pressed "Pumped" juice was AMAZINGLY good, dwarfed only by the absolutely STELLAR "Maca Mushroom Mocha Latte" -- the cafés most "must get" drink in my humble opinion. The vegan nachos arrived as a chips plate for a party would - nestled in a large bowl and REPLETE with every topping a nacho lover loves (beans, pico, guac, cream cheese), the vegan cheese was to die for and so were the gluten free Siete chips (so awesome to see). My vegan wrap was warm and just so tasty. If you're an avocado fan, you would love it. My date's vegan bowl (pictured but keep in mind she removed some veges from it for taste preferences) was enough food for a family of 4. Needless to say, we knew from the get-go that we were leaving with 2 days worth of great leftovers! Cannot cannot cannot wait to go back!!!
Adorable downtown spot with a big city vibe. The area is well designed and gives off a calm peaceful vibe. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff had a very chill vibe to them. It's a slow paced spot so if you are looking to sit and actually enjoy being at a restaurant this is the place for you. As for what i ordered : Einspanner latte 7/10 cold foam was delicious but espresso could be a bit stronger Chicken cesar wrap 8/10 really good just wish it was served with some sort of spicy sauce
Great breakfast spot with a wide variety of food, juices, and smoothies. My favorite smoothie is the Protein Recovery, it's delicious with the perfect blend of banana and chocolate flavors! For juices, I highly recommend trying the Cleanse and Be Happy. My go-to breakfast order is the breakfast bowl with bacon instead of chicken sausage. The red pesto sauce on top is so good! It can get busy so I sometimes order online for pickup. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and there's a parking structure behind the cafe.
Came here for Saturday brunch on Mother's Day weekend and it was packed but we didn't wait too long considering it was a holiday weekend. We were seated inside and I immediately noticed how cute the inside aesthetic is! We ordered a few different things and the food came out pretty quickly. I got the strawberry smoothie and it was great, yummy without being overly sweet. The shrimp tacos were amazing and the power griller sandwich was delicious as well. I got my daughter the kids chicken plate subbing chicken for salmon and it was great (love that they use wild caught salmon). The service was great overall too. I love that they use organic and clean ingredients. I even noticed they use Redmond Real Salt which is a really high quality salt, and says a lot about how much they care about the quality of their ingredients. Prices are reasonable too. Fair warning it's a little loud inside but not too uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area!
We like the offerings at the more casual breakfast / lunch options at Eat Real's other spots in town and we're excited to try this new, a bit nicer, version for dinner. (Which happens to serve breakfast too!) It's a great addition to the non-vegetarian-centric options on main-street and although it's not an exclusively vegetarian spot, there are plenty of more healthy and upscale offerings here for our diet along with gluten-free options too. I had a wine based cocktail which I enjoyed. I tend to prefer a liquor based libaton but this one with cucumber in it was beautiful and refreshing. My wife and I shared the vegetarian "Meatballs" dish...a legit Italian dish with the veggie meat balls bathing in a perfect marinara sauce, served with bread, along with some gluten free bread for my wife. This was tasty and a great appetizer. We also had the Turmeric Tempeh Stirfry, a hearty dish with flavorful tempeh, really good greens and brown rice on the side. We ate both of these up without a spot left on either plate. Really good. As seems to be our habit at any of their locations we gravitate towards the baked goods display and end up adding numerous things on for dessert either on the spot or to take home (or both.) They've always got gluten free options and the staff was knowledgeable about the ingredients on hand to check quickly for any specific dietery needs. (Or at least they were quick with their ability to refer to the ingredients list. This is a great, healthier, and nice dinner option in Old Town Newhall and we couldn't be happier to have it available! read more

On my friend's birthday, I decided to take her somewhere aesthetically pleasing to both the eye and palate. Undoubtedly, she enjoyed this place. For me, the breakfast burrito surpasses all other foods; it has the ability to soothe my soul. The service is consistently good and fast, the ambiance is serene and welcoming, and the food is both nourishing and delicious. Additionally, both the street and parking structure provide free parking. read more

Had to come back, was craving their coffee on this rainy day. Got here before they opened today, hours aren't posted on here but I believe they open at 9am or at least that's when they opened on Wednesday. Can't get over just how cute and cozy it is inside. They have a small section in the back of products you can buy, like wine, pasta, home stuff etc. Everyone here are super friendly and sweet. Our waitress did a sparkler on a scone for a birthday which was a nice touch. The cafe had decorations up for St.Patrick's, balloon arch and pastry clover toppers. read more
We ate there this morning for a late breakfast. I had the hot dirty chia latte and the Peanut Butter Smoothie bowl. Both things were excellent! The restaurant is very nice and nothing looks cheaply done. Our server was sweet and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Went there to enjoy some breakfast for Labor Day, my meal was delicious, but I ordered a Berry smoothie to-go and found multiple pieces of plastic in my drink from whatever packaging they had for the fruits in the smoothie. Overall good experience, I don't normally leave reviews for anything but I'm upset that I could have been drinking pieces of the plastic bag before realizing it was all in my drink, and I want to make sure this mistake doesn't happen to someone else. I have no idea how many were actually in there but I'll attach the one that I found. This was extremely upsetting. Don't know if I'll be back, but if I do I won't get a smoothie again. read more

Decided to visit their new location and it was super aesthetic inside, but the space is small and the seats feel very crammed. We had a tiny circle table and it was just very tight with all the surrounding tables occupied also. I tried the soyrizo burrito and felt like it lacked flavor/wasn't anything special or worth paying $15+ for. Very small amount of salsa to go with it too. However, I enjoyed the chocolate chip scone I tried from my friend and our server was very sweet and enthusiastic! read more

My coworker and I returned here again for brunch today. We sat outside. The tables are a little small but everything was able to fit okay. I got the breakfast sandwich today and it was delicious, although I was hoping for a slightly larger portion. My friend ordered the avocado toast which she loved. And we split the pancakes, and the coconut whip was delicious and definitely my favorite part. We both had the cafe con leche drink special which was very good. And the service was great, the wait staff were very nice and helped us decide on which sweet breakfast item we were going to order. I still love coming here and will continue to try all their new special drinks and treats! read more

Checked out this spot over the weekend! If you are looking for a cute, aesthetic spot for breakfast then come here! We ordered the bottomless mimosas, soyrizo burrito and French toast. I highly recommend the French toast with an extra order of their coconut whipped cream. The whipped cream is light, not too sugary and absolutely delicious, wish I could have taken a whole container of it. Food is a little pricey, but delicious. Service was nice but slow, they only had one waiter working the entire floor. Really appreciated her trying her best to serve my table and everyone. Overall would like to come here read more

The outside and inside of the restaurant were so pretty with lots of greenery and large windows. My party was quickly seated on a Sunday afternoon which was nice. Our server was very friendly and constantly checked on us. The food was great with the coconut whipped cream for the french toast being my favorite! read more
I love this place! The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. We got the vegan burrito and the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were really flavorful and good portions. We also got some wellness drinks (forgot the names) but they were both good tasting while being good for you. We sat outside where we enjoyed our breakfast under the shade of umbrellas and was given a water bowl for our dog. Our server, a nice guy with a bun was really informative and knowledgeable about the questions we asked him. I wish I lived closed because I would be here every week! read more

Love the ambiance and food at this location! It's my new go to place that's always a hit whenever I bring friends and family. We usually split the waffle and breakfast burrito to satisfy our sweet and savory craving! Eat Real's soup of the day was hands down one of the most filling and warming soups I've ever had. Not only is the location friendly but the ambiance is peaceful and welcoming. My friend and I split the bowl and it was the perfect amount of food. I couldn't recommend this soup more- definitely perfect for the fall time! read more

First time coming here for breakfast. The food was amazing. I had the vegan breakfast burrito which comes with tofu scramble and hash brown. Salsa is so good, not spicy at all. Simple food, not too salty, just perfect. The restaurant is super clean. Cute sitting area indoor and outdoor. Friendly staff. They have good variety of food. Decaffeinated lattes, which I love. I really enjoyed coming here! the atmosphere is great-- the inside is so pretty and eye-pleasing. also great customer service! my friend didn't like what she ordered and didn't finish it so they offered to get her something else. she said she was okay but they still gave her a chai latte on them :) I really liked the vegan brownie and ice cream! definitely try that! The aesthetics of this place are unbelievable!! Everything is so modern and the colors are very calming. I loved how kind and attentive all the servers are here!! Thankfully the restaurant wasn't too busy when we got here but the service is a little slow. The food menu was very detailed and diverse. They serve Dave's killer bread here which is my absolute FAVORITE! I got the chicken sandwich and it wasn't very exciting and was quite bland but the bread was toasted perfectly! The blue acai bowl was really beautiful to look at! They go a great job with the presentation, would appreciate if they used more spices or gave us seasonings at the table. read more

Great staff. Good food. Itty bitty tables, too small for a deuce. So, I have 3 tips for the management; see photos... 1. Paper menus are meant to be replenished when they are torn & stained. 2. Wash your pillows. If washing doesn't work, slip covers are needed. 3. for patrons; they reversed the faucet knob to confuse us. It's a common practice in restaurants to keep costs down. Hot water is to the right, now. read more
