Love this spot, we drive 25 minutes just to get a quick bite here! Food is always super fresh and quick, love that there's a drive through with some healthy options. My favorite is the heirloom salad with crispy chicken added, soooo good!! The food is honestly fantastic, but unfortunately the portions have been cut in half over the last 8 months. Not immediately, but gradually a meal that would have fed 4 people now feeds 2. Ive enjoyed eating the food here. To the point where I've been going here at least four times a week for the past three weeks. However, the quality seems to be getting progressively worse. I ordered the same Arcadia salad every single time. And it seems like every time I order it it's made with less care and it has less ingredients. Today when I ordered the salad it was basically 90% iceberg lettuce. And Basically no cheese or almonds and almost no dates. And they always mess up my order. Always. The dude that took my order the last few times I went couldn't be bothered with getting it right. It just seems the way they've been making food is kind of careless. It sucks. Concept is cool, execution is poor. Ordered the turkey chili, broccoli and cheddar baked potato, loaded baked potato and caesar wrap with fries. ALL of our food was cold and we spent another 20 min warming it back up in the oven. (Note that we placed our order online and they told us to pick it up in 20 min. We live 5 min away and left after 15 min of ordering.)The fries were sitting in a pool of grease and the turkey chili was over-salted. Baked potatoes were bland. Food was overall mediocre ($40 later). Before we placed our order, I called to ask what was in their vegan chili (there is no description on the website) and a young girl answered and told me to hold, because she was unsure. A gentleman then picked up and said "do you have a food allergy?" And I said "no, just curious what is in your vegan chili- is it soy or veggie based?" And he said "I think it has quinoa but I don't know." ....WHAT?! How do the employees not know what ingredients are in the food they're making? I strongly recommend the owners train their employees with this information AND add it to their menu. Amazing food and service! I went, for the first time, and got the fries, prime dip, and a lemonade. The fries had all types mixed in the bag (wedges, sweet potato, regular), and were absolutely delicious! The sandwich was on soft bread, the meat was tender, and the au jus was so good I wanted to drink it...I didn't. The lemonade was good, but the special treat of the bag of chocolate cookies the server gifted me as a first-time customer were better than homemade! Well, I was so excited to try this place out as I heard rave reviews from friends and also on Tik Tok. Let me start off and say, the lemonade was delicious! As I took in my burger all I saw was red and more red! I don't mind med to me rare as the manager says they normally serve them, however my burger my pretty red. Also, my partners burger was cooked completely through so it was hard to be convinced they cook their burger in such manner. To make matters worse, we were excited about the fries because they smelt delicious however, they were hard, over seasoned and greasy! First of all, I love this concept so want to be supportive, remarks below are in hopes of pointing out opportunities for improvement that will be acted on. Judging from the spotty reviews all the way back from 2021 however I'm not sure feedback is being taken seriously. I'm going to try, though. First, we ordered online without a problem and our food was brought to us promptly when we pulled up and called. It was a little cold and soggy but that was our fault for picking it up 40 minutes later than we said we would. Service was pleasant. Second, the caesar salad was pretty good although the side salads are served in ridiculously small portions. I ordered the "shrimp skewer" which consisted of 8 grilled shrimp in a takeout box. No skewer or other ingredients anywhere in sight. The grilled shrimp were delicious however. We also had the flank steak and the cheeseburger which were fine. The "crazy mixed fries" were a little odd. They tasted fine but those are some big portions of potatoes. Overall we would try again in hopes of getting a better experience, but for $50, this was not an impressive value compared with say the family packs that other restaurants used to serve during the pandemic. Great concept though! I think the economics probably work out better if you have a full service restaurant. read more

I did not have a great experience, I live close by and always try to support local businesses. Sadly I will not be returning, I was very shocked to find no staff wearing masks. I also was asked what size lemonade I wanted 4 times having to scream "small" at the ordering display yet still getting a large. I ordered 3 sides to compliment our grilled protein at home. I ended up with only two, and the giant lemonade. I always would play it off and ignore it, but the past 3 times I have got my same order made so carelessly... I felt the need to write the review. The bottom skin of the spicy chicken sandwich is like a thick burnt pizza crust, you can't even bite through it, the Mac and cheese is cold runny, and no longer even gets the cheese melted on top. I called asking if their procedures were any different or if any ingredients and possibly changed and All I got was a "uhhh no, nothing's really changed, we still make it the same way". I had the market salad with grilled chicken, and my BF has the hot chicken sandwich with the au gratin potatoes. We were super impressed- the chicken was juicy and flavorful on the salad. Also, they were not skimpy on the salad toppings- there were a ton of delicious topping all through the salad and the size of the salad was nice and big. I was able to feel full after eating it, which can be hard after a salad. My BF loved the hot chicken sandwich, it was juicy yet crispy and the coleslaw on the salad had a great flavor. The au gratin potatoes were delish and totally obvious they were made from scratch. Other notes: the ordering process was so simple, quick and easy.
