Terrible. If i could give 0 starsi would. We have two minor children. The restaurant charges by height for all you can eat. We have 2 boy minors 9 & 3 years old and they are tall for thier ages. The all you can eat for my 9 year old was going to be $39.99 and 3 year old $19.99. Evan the hotess "manager " refused to allow them al a cart unless everyone at the table ordered a la cart . the children are minors. Trying to charge a 9 year old $39.99 is crazy not mention trying to charge a 3 year old $19.99. I know It sounds like a silly reason to complain but because my children are above average in height. Second time going for the weekday lunch special. The pricing is good and a decent variety of items despite not serving sashimi. They don't try to stuff with a ton of rice so add some points for ethics. Will say their food quality is not stable. First time we went, the tempura shrimp had a beautiful lightly crisp batter, this time around, it was dense and oily. Yellowtail and salmon collar can really differ significantly in size as well, which is frustrating because they limit you to one each. The baked mussels were really nice last time, but this time it was very fishy. The rolls were also not as nicely wrapped this time. The seaweed wrap was torn in places and the exposed rice made pieces stick together. Rolls were still tasty but not beautiful. Mgmt also need to do a better job staffing. We didn't have a consistent person coming to check if we wanted to put in new orders and we often had to wait quite a bit between finishing a round to put in our orders for the next round. The food also came out very slowly. We would get the salads and cold dishes out first, finish them, and then wait a good 10 min for the next plate. Towards the end, we had the FoH person coming by like 45 min before our 2 hour time limit was up to give us the bill and we were still waiting on a couple dishes and wanted to add some items. And she would keep coming back to check if we were done, which got a little annoying since we were waiting on them for the food. read more

I can't say enough about this place. I mean most of your AYCE sushi restaurants are what they are. They're decent sushi for a decent price for those who really want to pig out . But since I've started coming to this establishment, the quality of sushi is right up there . I've always been particularly impressed with the service. They're very friendly, very accommodating very knowledgeable. . I love how when you submit your order for your sushi that even in the kitchen they're working at a rate of speed to expedite getting the food to your table, quickly hot and fresh . The food was ok and the service was absolutely terrible. We ordered 10 pieces of plain salmon and it took over 40 minutes until we gave up on it and decided to get the check. We had called over 3 different times to 3 different servers and they all said they would check and they all left and never came back. The sushi rice wasn't good either, extremely disappointed, worst service i've had in a long time. We were here for almost 2 hours and half was purely on waiting. It wasn't even that busy, they claimed it was but there were three empty tables next to us. Never coming back, and I don't recommend unless you want to starve. Came to try this place out with my son. We both enjoy some good eating. The establishment is nice and clean a big deal for me. Mind you it is newly remodeled. Wait time varies on lunch rush or dinner time. I still have my favorites for AYCE Sushi, but this one offers good value for $29.99 lunch. The seafood was fresh and the rice portion compared to the fish was great. I am a big fan of the pepper salmon and tuna sushi. Rolls were decent in size and there was a variety of other dishes to add to your meal. I the tokayaki and tempura were crispy and flavorful. I love sushi... and Eat's does it for me. The fish feels very fresh and for nigiri's, the rice doesn't feel big to try and fill you up. The appetizers are great, the rolls are delicious and the nigiri are always made so well. Overall I think the price is reasonable and I do appreciate that the whole table does not need to participate in the premium ayce to try different things. They also have a reward program that I think is pretty cool and saves us money from time to time. The servers and staff have always been kind and accommodating. I didnt enjoy how the spicy yellowtail roll came with the fish on top...that was weird and felt like they did that after forgetting to wrap it in with the roll. Finally found my favorite sushi spot! Japanese food has always been a favorite cuisine of mine. Unfortunately, I had bad luck at some other local restaurants who were unable to accommodate my vegetarian diet. My staples are avocado roll and avocado salad, so I also don't want to pay super high end prices. Friday night we decided to try this restaurant. When I first walked in I noticed the colorful trees stationed in the front. Very pretty. There was a sign in list at the front and quite a few couples/people ahead of us. However, the line moved fairly well. We were seated at a nice booth and provided with menus. We filled out which items we wanted on the provided form. The one thing that threw us know off was the waitress asking us if we were there for the "all you can eat," after looking at our selection. We should have asked more questions because it would have been much cheaper for us to order a la carte. That being said, everything was very fresh. The avocado roll was absolutely perfect and I ended up ordering a second one in addition to my avocado salad. The food came out quickly and everyone was friendly. They do have a 2 hour max if you do try the all you can eat. We noticed this when we received the bill. Food is delicious! I can't wait to go back. Arrived with a party of 5. Three of us were going to do all you can eat the other 2 were not. The hostess said the other 2 had to do all you can eat. No al la carte and must do all you can eat. Basically they're forcing our party to do all you can eat. Once we got seated, it was a little hard to get the server's attention to take our order paper, but I saw how busy the restaurant was, so I didn't mind waiting. Plus, we weren't in a hurry. We just assume that our first full round was correctly ordered cause it's pretty hard to miss an ordering sheet right? It's been about an hour and the rest of our food hasn't arrived until another server comes in to check on us and asks if we're ordering anything else. We tell him we're missing 75% of our food and we find out that first server didn't punch it in correctly. How do you miss 75% of our order when it's a paper ordering menu? Well, our stomachs obviously became satiated and we only got a second round before leaving due to that really poor experience with the first server. And when she comes back, her personality is a complete 360 as she realized her negligence cost us our experience at the restaurant. Genuinely one of the best AYCE sushi places I've been to. I found out about this place from a IG video so I came with low expectations just in case it was just social media hype. But boy was I in for a delicious surprise! The sushi here is genuinely good, the service was great and the decor made me feel like I was in an upscale Japanese restaurant.
