The only thing I wasn't fond of was their service. Slow and food took it's time to arrive. I would suggest to order plenty of them and order more if you need as you with on your first order lol. They were open the second I pulled up because I needed to eat. I got the fried Cali roll, crunchy spicy tuna bites, and miso soup. I like this place because it's not overpriced and they give you the right portion options to give you a wider verity of the menu. I appreciated that the menu was separated out into easily digestible categories like baked rolls and no rice rolls. I personally gravitate to the no rice rolls because the rice can get filling so I was happy to see the options laid out in one place for me. We started with the Gyoza which you can't go wrong with it. They had a nice crisp and the filling was delicious. The Cucumber Wrap roll was really refreshing, wrapped in multiple thin layers of cucumber and filled with 4 different types of fish, avocado and krab. The Caliente, also a no rice roll, was another winner. It has the perfect mix of tangy, crunchy and fresh and is wrapped in soy paper. I am looking for mastery of the classic dragon roll or baked scallop roll along with signature rolls that stand out. Eats Sushi knocks it out of the park with the classic that are presented like they came out of a photograph of the perfect roll. The fish is fresh and clean and balanced to the other ingredients where no one ingredient is competing with the other. Very thick cut of sashimi (like literterally very thick cuts so you shoshould cconsider), salmon belly, tuna belly, yellow taili anx urchin probably the best you can find around. Very fresh urchin especially, I haven't found another place with urchin tasted like this, ocean flavor instead of urine taste. The rolls are mehhh at the very least, we've had scallop baked roll and super chilly one, not the best not the worst, just so so. We've had some appearentice as well, jalapeños poppers and baked mussels are very okay, not amazing.
