I bought a corolla from these guys 2 years ago. Both the car and the experience seemed too good to be true that I wanted to wait to review expecting something to be wrong with the car, but it's been running great! I knew I wanted a used corolla around 100,000 miles and found an ad posted on Craigslist by Ecar for a 2012 that was a solid 3-4K less than anything else I'd seen. There's got to be something wrong with this car I thought. From the minute I showed up they treated me with respect. I wanted to do a test drive and take it to a mechanic to inspect. They let me drive it no questions asked and the mechanic said looked good. They provided a car fax report for free which was very detailed. I wasn't able to purchase it on the spot but put down 3K for them to hold it for me. After getting a loan for the remainder I had to take Cal Train to San Mateo because my old car had died. Elnur offered to pick me up on his way in to work that day. During the drive across the bridge he told me about an auction coming up for cars and explained that's how he gets most of them. They were very patient throughout the process and strike me as a model business of men doing honest work to make a living. The only thing that's worth mentioning is I had the car professionally cleaned for the first time 6 months after purchase and a number of scratches appeared in the paint. Apparently it was touched up before I bought it but the car itself has run very smoothly without a single issue. I've driven it 50,000 miles since and it hasn't shown any signs of slowing down. 5 stars for the great service and for saving me thousands on a quality used car. read more

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Elnur-the owner of the shop is a very DISRESPECTFUL person who I would never do business with and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this person to anyone. Here is why; I've rented a white Toyota Prius and made all the payments on time as promised. There was a tiny shatter in the windshield when I borrowed the car from him. After 3 months of usage, I've returned the car to him due to going back to another city. The shatter in the windshield became remarkably seen so he tried to charge me 180$. I've told him that the windshield was shattered when I rented the car, he did not accept it and asked for 180$. I said that I could pay half of the cost after he sends me an invoice. He did not accept this either. Before he shut down the call to my face, he threatened my saying that he would find me in my hometown, saying so many bad words. This is the first time I've seen such a RUDE attitude towards a client. read more

I just purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius 2V from these professional and friendly folks at this dealership. Most other dealers were asking over $1K, what these guys had the Prius priced for on ad. And no one is selling Prius's on the cheap, unless you see/buy one that has well over 100K miles on the odometer (mine has less than 60K miles on it). They even let me get a pre-purchase inspection (and they also accommodated me by taking the Prius to a Toyota dealership down the street to have it inspected - which checked out perfect). I paid for the pre-purchase inspection, of course. The whole buying process was quick (about an hour) and respectful (downright friendly). I usually don't have business with these little Mom/Pop dealers on the Mish but these guys (both Elnur and Emil) are great folks and deal with you in a most fair way too. Although they have great financing rates too, I had financing thru my CU that was (only), slightly better than theirs. They'll work with your financing or theirs (very flexible and understanding). If you want a good deal on a nice vehicle and be respected in the process (with no BS), see these guys. Even though it is a small lot and dealer, they are very good at what they do and they don't BS you. Went there yesterday to check out a 2004 Dodge Ram and they never opened despite their website saying they opened at 11:00. Left at 12:00. Went the following day and someone showed up around noon, despite their website saying they opened at 11:00. Anyhow, when they did finally show up I asked to check out the truck. I was given a key to the cab and tried to pop open the hood. It wouldn't stay up. I was given a piece wood to hold the hood open. It was clear to me that the engine compartment had been steam cleaned. I opened the radiator cap, which had some crust on it, and there was no coolant visible. Then pulled the oil dipstick and got complete black oil on it. I wiped the dipstick off and reinserted it, waited about 30 seconds and pulled it out again. There was no oil on it whatsoever. This engine has overheated. I hope I saved someone some time. read more

All guys who rated below were its employees. They are unprofessional, not honest and respectable AT ALL. I would NEVER recommend you to have a business with these guys. Here is my story. I went there to look one vehicle. And I was totally shocked from their unacceptable and unprofessional attitude. I checked out the Carfax report of the vehicle and found out there was an accident report. And I called them asking if they are sure if it has a clean title without any damage records they said Yes, it's clean as they posted online. And when I went there asking the same question, then they said you know I JUST saw the carfax and it had an accident but it was not serious. Maybe they changed the right front door or something inferring that they don't know anything about the accident. And I looked at him and asked if they replaced the whole door, that means that the accident was serious enough to mess up the whole right front area so that they could not fix it. (Usually when you get into an accident and damaged your vehicle, an auto shop will try to fix it at the first place. If it's not fixable, which means it's been really messed up, they will replace it.) His comment on what I was telling him was so funny. You know, I actually don't know anything about the accident. Okay. So you are telling me that you are trying to sell a car that you don't even know about. And he started to smoke. While he was smoking up, I found that the right front tire has been replaced about few months ago but others are the original. It means that the accident totally ruined the rim and tire. This also means that the accident got the right front suspension and axle area. So I asked him if I could open up the hood, (he seemed not happy at all) he said yes. And I verified there is a welding mark on the accident area. I persuaded him to take the car to a shop known as a really great shop and we went there to get it inspected. There were so many faults on the vehicle. I couldn't even believe that this guys didn't even get an inspection on the vehicle that they are trying to sell. And later I made an appointment for a authorized dealership to try to see if the vehicle is repairable and they said they repaired the vehicle. But there was still vibration from the steering wheel. It means that the alignment went wrong, which usually caused by an side accident.) And when I was testdriving after they took the vehicle from the dealership, there was someone sitting on the back seat and spitting out "F words." So I ended up trying to deal with them anymore. As well, even though it had excessive wears on all tires, they did not agree to replace those for their sale. They was saying that it's just nothing, not a problem at all but we would not replace them since we have to spend money on it if we do so. it's been a long story and even hard for me to make it short to type here. The worst car lot the worst experience. they are liars and dishonest in craiglist the price and miles were less than what it really was. the boss said a lower price and when we returned from the test drive they had already increased 500 and asked to speak again with their boss and the employees refused because his boss was wrong. I regret that I had purchased a car from these guys. This is not my first purchase, so comparing with my previous dealerships, this one doesn't even deserve one star. You cannot detect all problems with one test drive, so you expect most things function properly when buying from dealership. But this dealership is exception. The promlems started right after my purchase, and I bought it as "as-is". Cigarette power outlet didn`t work, back passenger power lock is not working, some small parts were missing, rear bumper started sliding off. ITheir business is very unprofessional and shady, never trust these guys. Their car price might seem attractive, but the problems with the car later make it way more expensive. After this review I got call from dealer who was threatening to sue me, and scammed me on the registration too. read more
