I've owned a pair of ECCO boots for over 20 years. My 2nd pair somehow had an issue with the sole deterioration. I thought I was going to have to trash them and wasn't pleased as they are pricey. I went to the UTC store and they told me to send them in to the company. I contacted the company and they had me send them in and they determined that it was their fault and they sent me a brand new pair. I really like these boots and the customer service I was given at the store as well as the company. read more

UPDATE: 4 STARS TO 3. WE JUST GOT THE SHOES IN ON 1/29. A MONTH IS WAY TOO LONG FOR DELIVERY. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS! We stopped in here yesterday because the hubby is in the market for a casual pair of work shoes and the post Christmas sale sign outside piqued our interest. I was not too familiar with this brand but my husband said it was European company and supposedly the shoes are really comfortable. So, we stopped in and tried on a pair since he was in the market. The sales associate (can't remember his name but was young and tall) was VERY friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgable and proud of the brand he was representing. I really appreciated that. The first pair that my husband tried on, he really liked. We had just came from Nordstrom where he bought two pairs of high end dress shoes at over $300+ and said these were comparable. With a 40% sale price, the shoe was $120! Huge savings! I'm very happy we went outside our comfort zone (Nordstrom) and stopped in to look at a casual pair of work shoes we couldn't find elsewhere. read more

My shoes have lasted forever and when I went in to buy new laces, the associate Robert cleaned my old shoes and when they didn't have my laces in stock, he pulled some off of new shoes and gave them to me free of charge. I would like to express my gratitude for excellent service I received last weekend at the Ecco store in UTC Mall. I had a pair of Ecco shoes that I purchased several years ago at Nordstrom and although I was wearing them rarily, the sole of one of the shoes completely fell apart. When I brought my shoes to the Nordstrom store in UTC, I was advised to take them to the Ecco store nearby. The store manager, Kailani was very understanding and immediately offered me to select a similar pair from their store. She handled this exchange in a very professional yet friendly manner. My experience has mostly been with Blas at the Fashion Valley Ecco store. He has always gone out of his way to help me find the best shoes, and has even researched an order when I forgot the receipt for a return. I love their shoes, and especially the Damara sandal. So comfy and stylish. They have good sales periodically and I stock up, or find a new style. When I drop in and Blas is there I know I will get top service! read more

I always buy my Ecco shoes from Nordstrom but this time I went to the store, I thought I should give it a try and buy it from the store. The first sales person he was really nice and very polite and helpful. They did not have the shoes in store so he ordered it online. When I received the shoes I didn't like the color so I went back to store to rerun it, but I forgot my receipt and this time it was a lady who had a strong attitude and told me she cannot return it and she can only give me a store credit, she made it so difficult so I decided to exchange it. I did exchange and later when I tried the shoes at home it hurt my feet so I decided to return it. I found my original receipt and went back to the store hope she will not be there, which unfortunately she was. I told her I need to return the shoes and gave her original receipt and the other one. She asked me if the shoes hurt my feet which I said yes. I told her I also brought you the original receipt which I told you before I have it. Anyhow she again with her Strong voice and attitude told me that she gave me more credit as I should have received and she can only return the amount I paid for a difference and I said why? what happens to the money I paid you originally and she said the system doesn't let me to do it and I was like what does that even mean, anyway she made the situation so intense and confusing I asked her I need to talk to her manager. She said I am the manager and I need you to leave the property. The problem was not solved yet and she called the security and I said it is ok I will explained it to them. I waited and security came and I explained and finally we noticed that the system actually paid back the money and if she was not making a scene with her Strong attitude she could have avoided all the misunderstanding and as a sales person she needs to be clam and answers any questions. instead she made me so nervous instead of answering my concern she threaten me and called the security. Security came and told me we need to go outside to solve the problem and when we stepped out she apologized for the sales person behavior and told me to complain to concierge of the mall and also call the corporate office. I complained to the concierge and they said they will make a note for this store and also advised me to complain to the corporate store. I did sent a letter but worse experience with this sales person and I think I never wanna even wore any ECCO shoes. The first cashier code was 4487 which was very nice and polite and the second one was 2602, which she was so rude and aggressive. read more
