Terribly managed location. I placed a mobile order scheduled for 3:02 PM and arrived at 3:05 PM and my drink order was still not ready. My beverage did not taste as should. They left half of my order sitting forgotten on the side and falsely marked it as "picked up" in the app to fake their times. I have been noticing more and more that when ordering a coffee they fill the cup about two-thirds full and put a ton of whip cream on top. This has happened to my on a handful of times now that after going through the drive-thru and get home and open up the cup (that felt light) this is how much coffee I was given. I visited this store with my young daughter around 9:50am today. We ordered a Turkey Bacon Eggwhite sandwich with no cheese and a sausage and egg sandwich also with no cheese (as we are both very lactose intolerant) along with drinks. My sandwich was perfect but her sausage and egg had cheese on the side of it, it looked like there was melted cheese maybe on the tongs that were used to prepare the sandwich as it was melted along one edge. I took it back to the counter and the barista making coffee asked if there was a problem. I told her and she asked me to leave it there and they would take care of it. Then I heard my name called and a gentleman with reddish hair and a beard said "Tiffany, this is your sausage sandwich" I told him yes, but unfortunately there was cheese on the sandwich, he went on to say that the cheese was "stuck" on there and there is nothing he could do, he refused to remake it. I said that's weird cause my other sandwich has no cheese and I have ordered it this way for literal YEARS and never had a problem. He said "nope" so I said ok, I need a refund and he called someone to the register to give me one. The woman at the register apologized profusely and asked if I wanted anything else but I said no. I told her we would have eaten it if it wasn't a dietary issue, it wasn't just a preference. She refunded me for the sandwich. Went back to my table and cut my other CHEESE FREE sandwich in half and shared it with my daughter. I have to say, I have been a patron of Starbucks for literal decades and have NEVER encountered an employee that refused to correct an issue. I purposefully waited until the end of my 10 week training period to write this review for two reasons. Firstly, I hoped that maybe they would somehow begin to try to clean up their act a bit. Maybe upper management would swoop in and get the store back on track. Something. Secondly, I think the staff would be the kind to make me think twice about giving feedback. I went about five times a week for 10 weeks out of pure convenience. There really aren't a whole lot of options for coffee in the area, and it's the only sbux for a few miles. I know I have certain expectations when it comes to any and all Starbucks. The brand itself has well-known standards. Quick, friendly, accurate (except for name-spelling, of course), and clean. Nine times out of ten, I'm impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail behind the counter. This is not the case at this location, by any means. Quick? Nope. I love the app, with the order function. The app tells you, normally, that it'll be 4-7 minutes at any other location. This one regularly says 7-10 minutes. Okay, maybe it's a busy location. The drive thru usually has a half dozen cars at most times of the day, true, but the lobby...? Not so much. Sometimes, all the tables and lounge chairs are taken. Sometimes. Even with the 10 minute expectation, I regularly wait an additional 5-10 minutes. There are even times when I don't use the app, in hopes that they will pay attention to my order if I order it in-store, and they still take a ridiculously long time making any drinks. On a side note, their location will tell you that they are out of a product on the app, but you see people ordering it in the store. I brought it to the attention of the manager twice, and she couldn't figure it out. It went unresolved. For 10 weeks. Friendly. Sometimes, a new face would be smiling and seem happy to be there. It doesn't take long for the new hires to adopt the surly, impatient attitude of the staff there. One thing is that the manager always seems to be present. Standing against the counter, behind the pastry case, gossiping with her staff. I've never seen her actually handle a guest outside of a complaint (and there seems to be many there, daily), nor have I seen her make a drink (even when there are cups lined up at the espresso machines with no employee actually making any drinks - and hat happens often), or anything else that would suggest that she knows how to work in a cafe. Accurate? Ask them to make a Toasted Coconut Cold Brew. That is, if they actually have Cold Brew. They run out of many products regularly. I love waking in after ordering ahead to find my empty cup sitting on the counter and I have to wait five minutes to be acknowledged. Really, I love it. It's the best. Clean. Now this one really chaps my hide. Yeah, I said it. This location is disgusting. The spilled coffee stains all over the counter that have obviously been sitting there awhile because it's starting to congeal is a regular guest star at the pick up counter. The self-serve are is always a disaster area, littered with trash, spilled milk and cream, sugar packet emptied all over the counter, and the trash over-flowing, even when it's slow. Their work area is cluttered and in serious need of deep cleaning action. I wonder how long since it's been since their last health inspection. In short (lol), this place is in serious need of help. Their management staff clearly doesn't have it together. The staff morale, alone, can tell you that. They're lucky that they have the brand backing them, because they wouldn't be drawing any return business on their own. I'm so happy that I won't be going there again. read more

Recently have been to this location twice in the past few weeks. The first time we ordered a drink with strawberry purée, they were out, what we got wasn't very good. The second time we ordered two Trenti dragon fruit refreshers. They were barely pin, usually they're a dark purple. I questioned it, but after tasting them, I had to go back inside and ask why they were lacking in dragon fruit, and flavor. The supervisor said that they had to measure and keep track for inventory, and they were losing money on giving too much dragon fruit within a drink. Told me that I should ask for extra next time. On the way there I knew I needed a little caffeine and even though I trying to break up with Starbucks... They are the easiest way to get caffeine in my system when I'm on the go. Pulled up to the drive through & asked if they had any hazelnut drizzle (shot in the dark) They didn't so I ordered a iced green tea late w/ coconut milk, may as well give it a try. The coconut milk was not my favorite. It gave the latte a distinct, weird flavor. The drink was still edible, but not that good. Anyway, Shane the barista was simply delightful! Hands down best barista I have ever come across. Extremely friendly, genuine and knowledgeable - What a great combination. Just when I'm ready to cut Starbucks loose they pull me back in. Although an amazing barista 45 minutes from my house will never make up for discontinuing hazelnut drizzle. I mean what are the thinking? It's the best drink ever. I just want to cry knowing I'll never have another hazelnut macchiato. I can not write enough sternly worded emails over this very traumatic experience.
