I stopped by Starbucks on 5th St. and ordered a Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, and Dubai chocolate bites. The jalapeño chicken pocket is pretty small. The flavor was okay, but it wasn't one of my favorites and definitely not very filling. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something to calm your hunger. However, if you're grabbing a drink or coffee and just want something tangy on the side instead of a sweet pastry, this will do. What I absolutely loved was the cinnamon coffee cake. I'm a big cinnamon coffee cake fan, and this one was so soft and delicious . If you've ever had the cinnamon walnut coffee cake from Sprouts and enjoyed it, you'll probably love Starbucks' cinnamon coffee cake. The service was fast and so was the drive-thru and as always the staff were friendly. I also picked up the Dubai chocolate bites for my niece and she loved them. She ate them so fast I couldn't even catch the first bite on camera! If you're in the mood for chocolate and love Dubai chocolate, you've got to try these. I love starbucks. This location however is so unorganized and inhospitable. They will ignore you as you stand right in frint of them at the counter. They will justify other orders being placed ahead of yours , after you watch customers place their order at the counter five minutes after you placed yours. They are busy with drive through , i understand but people inside want their orders also . It took me 17 min to get my drink only after getting the manager to intervene otherwise it wouldve been longer . Yet they had 6 people behind the counter that I could see. This is not my usual starbucks, but I wanted to try this one because its near where I frequently visit. I think I will stick to my usual Starbucks and skip this location. read more

Yelp Review 2026 #23: This Starbucks is the closest to the gym I go to thats not located inside a grocery store. So, if I need a quick pick-me-up, I go here. I don't know what it is about Starbucks locations but I can never use my app when I'm inside or near one. Pulling up my gift cards on my app is stressful for that reason if I'm using the drive-thru. When I walk in-store, I can connect to their Wi-Fi so the app works. They have dedicated parking spots for mobile orders. They have a drive-thru. But I actually prefer going in because everyone is friendly no matter how busy it gets. They have a few tables and seats. It's a small cafe so, I can see how quickly you can miss out on a table. The drinks are always correct and made right so far. I've been to the Aliante location - they can't even be bothered to mix my drink (matcha powder just floating on top of soy milk)! This Starbucks is my daily go-to before work. I always mobile order ahead by around 15 minutes, at 5:50. While the drink is mostly consistent (there have been a handful of times my nitro cold brew was served with ice), the prep time isn't. While the baristas are mostly kind, or silent, I've witnessed my finished drink be neglected to be served for 5 minutes at a time. I've also seen my grande order take upwards of 30 minutes. Really, the timing here is unpredictable, and it stays relatively busy. I recommend picking up in store to beat the never ending drive-thru line. read more

I ordered at the drive thru and purchased two Vanilla Bean Frappuccino's and a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. My drinks were made perfectly but once I got home and started eating the sandwich I noticed that the top part of the bun was nearly rock solid. I am not sure how these sandwiches are heated but mine was well beyond toasted. I could not bite through the top bun. I ended up completely removing the top and eating the sandwich as is. This Starbucks was very busy, but one employee truly stood out. Neilani was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind despite how hectic it was. Her customer service was amazing -- she stayed calm, positive, and made everyone feel taken care of. I could also tell the other's employed felt comfortable asking her for help on her and she showed great leadership skills. Honestly, she was in full flow state. She was working harder and faster than everyone else, multitasking like a pro. It felt like she made three drinks in the time it took others to make one. Super impressive to watch. I made a mobile order for a venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso and when i got it it tasted like straight oat milk. Usually with the shaken espresso it's a hit or miss and depending on who makes it if it's made right so i never usually complain i hate asking for my drink re-made especially if it's busy but if im paying 7 bucks for a coffee i atleast need some coffee not just oatmilk on ice. Located across the street from McDonalds on North 5th Street in North Las Vegas, it is fairly easy to get in and out. They do have an outdoor seating with overhead cover for the warmer months. Today, we elected to use the drive thru. I ordered the Iced Green Tea Refresher with lemonade, Iced Coffee (plain with no additional additives), and the hot Chestnut Praline Latte. The taste on all the drinks were great and the service was what you would expect from Starbucks. There was no other customer ahead of us so we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Drink quality is hit or miss. It really depends on who is making the drinks. I order the same thing every time and it can taste different as well as the actual amount of the drink in the cup can vary greatly based on who made it. Sometimes you can be in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes with only 2-3 cars in front of you. If you bring your own cup make sure they give you your discount and stars they forget that 90% of the time. If you want consistency go to the Starbucks on Aliante at 215. They are always consistent always friendly and your drinks are always made the same no matter who makes the drink. read more

Several times a month this particular location closes off its ordering ahead feature which is crap considering the drive through line is wrapped around near Burger King and it's slow moving. Today was no different but I needed my coffee so I waited. I ordered my coffee and a plain bagel , not warmed with cream cheese. Now I chose not to have them toast it because by the time I get home my bagel is cold so I prefer to toast it myself. I was very clear not to toast it when I got to the window I waited a little longer than normal for my bagel and even asked if they were not toasting it. I was told no five minutes later I get I'm sorry they accidentally toasted your bagel do you want something else. When I said, can I get a new bagel they said they ran out. This is literally the second time I've requested them not to toast my bagel yet they do what they want anyway. Incompetency is annoying and they need to train better. I'm a very loyal customer to Starbucks. Typically most of the Starbucks I've been to they are friendly welcoming, efficient, and just all-around great. This specific location has the rudest morning crew I've ever seen. They hate their job on top of making horrible coffee that I have to re-order constantly. They are close to me so it is convenient and I keep going back. I ignored it for a while because people have bad days but I just can't anymore, they really need to work on Customer Service not being miserable everyday and specifics to order directions.
