Came here to get another mint citrus honey lemon tea with REAL RAW HONEY AND Agave. After the first one I ordered tasted a bit off with this new honey sweetener they pump into your cup. So be aware about the honey sweeter verses the ACTUAL HONEY that you may ask for. I felt like the honey pink canceled my lemonade flavor in it. It had me questioning did my tea even have lemonade in it. I also paid additional for 3 tea bags verses the two. So when she replace the drink she only place two bag in it which was fine, but I requested ahead of time to hand me my third tea bag in hand. Which I had to ask again at deliverance. As well had to say again once she was making it to NOT PUT ANY HONEY PUMPS IN MY DRINK AGAIN WHILE SHE WAS MAKING IT WITH THE HONEY PUMP THAT BROUGHT ME BACK ON MY SHORT BREAK. She was polite. As the main barista, you would think that you would have no problem remaking a drink that was incorrect especially when it's clearly labeled. I'm sure it was upsetting that although there were no customers, it was such an inconvenience to you. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars then I would. I came to this location and asked the staff what was the policy to stay and use Starbucks's WiFi. They told me I could purchase any item and use the wifi, but then a few days later the assistant supervisor approached me and said I had to purchase certain items on the menu in order to stay and use the wifi. After complaining to corporate and telling them how I was being discriminated against and forced to purchase more expensive items in order to stay then the supervisor said "she misunderstood there policy and decided it was okay for me to purchase any item" in order to stay. The female staff member that goes by the name of Carrie is extremely rude and has absolutely 0 customer service. The supervisor has tried to illegally kick me out and ban me from the premises because she said I was "being rude." This was after I already experienced discrimination from this location and rude responses from staff members. I want management to pull video, to show any sign of why I should be kicked out of this location. Because at this point it is clear I'm being mistreated because of the color of my skin. read more

I was in the area for a Petco visit and my daughter had mentioned about picking up some Starbucks. We decided to stop by this Starbucks location. This location is located in the North Las Vegas, off of the 215/Decatur. It shares a private parking lot with a few other local businesses such as Petco. Inside the Starbucks, all of the tables and chairs are removed. You can order and go. We had ordered the following [1] Cake-pop (chocolate) [1] Organic Milk [1] Grande Hot Chocolate with Whip Cream. The order came out to be approximately $8.00 for all three items. We waited about 10 minutes for the order, not too long. My daughter enjoyed the cake-pop and thought it was scrumptious! The Hot Chocolate was good, the flavor was too overwhelming and the whip cream was a great addition! The customer service here was great! The team members were super friendly and asked us several times if we needed anything while waiting for the order! read more

I went to the drive through today and just wanted a cup of water and was told that because of policy they can't give water unless you purchase an item. I even asked to just buy a cup of water they said they can't do that and a bottle is almost $4. I called the location after this because I thought it was rude, I'm not trying to sound like a Karen but I spend a good amount of money here on the drinks and food and I just happened to forget my water at home so I just wanted to pick one up in the drive through not trying to use the wifi or stand in the lobby or anything. The employee said that they changed the policy in January so it's now August that goes to show I don't do this often if I haven't asked for just a water since this policy has gone into effect. The employee then said that the managers watch them and if they see it happen they'll put them on a corrective action so I get where the employee is coming from because I don't want them to risk they're job they're just following policy so Starbucks is the issue. Starbucks is a billion dollar company and makes $8 off a drink that is not worth $8 and I can spend hundreds here and not ask for a water cup most visits but the one visit I just don't want a food or drink and just want a water they can't give it to me. Starbucks is penny pinching over a cup that probably costs 5 cents to make and even at that I would pay a reasonable price for a cup of water but to not even offer it unless I buy a food or drink item is ridiculous. It's immoral almost to deny someone a water and it's over 110 here in summer it's ridiculous to not give someone a water and ridiculous to reprimand the employees for it. A company that makes this much money can afford to give out water cups for free or cheap pricing, it's water and a cup. All the money I've spent here and they want to be stingy over a cup of water I'll take my business elsewhere since these are the morals Starbucks has and how they treat their employees over a ridiculous policy. read more

don't bother coming here, they will sell you a drink that isn't made right & then refuse to acknowledge or apologize for it I got a very easy to make drink but it was made wrong, I came back with the receipt and I was told that I needed to have the actual drink for them to do anything about it. One of the annoying things about the new rewards program that Starbucks has is that the reward stars expires really fast. With that being said, half of my hard earned stars were expiring yesterday. So I made a special trip to Starbucks. It was my first time to this location and when we arrived it was around 1pm on a Saturday and the drive thru line was deep. There were also no parking available in front of the store. I got dropped off by the front door while my boyfriend looked for a parking spot. Once inside the store, there was only 1 person ordering in front of me and 2 parties waiting for their drinks on the other end... However it still took me 20 minutes to get my 2 simple drinks and 1 red velvet loaf. The cashier was overly talkative, carrying the conversation way pass the time the customers paid and wanting to leave to get their drinks. Then he misheard what I wanted, twice. While waiting for my drinks, one guy was chatting with 2 ladies but he wasn't even making their drinks. Once their drinks were done, the chatty guy went on break. After I finally received my caffe misto and mocha frap, I almost left without my red velvet loaf. Nathaniel, my barista had to yell down the service line to Amanda, the bakery person and she came over all frantic. I seriously don't understand why there was such a hold up with service here. Everyone was all very pleasant but come on, 20 minutes just to get 3 items? My loaf didn't even need to be toasted. I probably should have just gone through the drive thru since there was 2 ladies making those drinkks and they seemed to be efficient and fast. Otherwise the space is nice at this location. I come to this Starbucks regularly to work. It's a typical Starbucks with typical good drinks and typical good service. One of the aspects I really like of this store, however, is their treatment of homeless guests. They allow all to sit inside for warmth or air conditioning as long as they are awake and not bothering anyone. I had another positive experience today when I ordered my drink while wearing an arm brace. When a cup is half ice half beverage that is a load of ice for a "light ice" order. Didn't receive a fork again for our egg bites n that mobile order either. Upon entering the store I was greeted with a warm hello, and went right up and placed my order. The women who took my order even complemented my purse and my nails, and she took my order with a smile. After getting my name for my order, my drink and muffin was ready in no time.
