When on the phone, he was very personable, asked questions to learn more about the issue, and even explained in detail his thought process. It was very transparent in terms of what the service and price would look like. He had me call another number to get scheduled which I was able to do very easily. They got someone scheduled at a date/time that was convenient for me, and someone showed up right on time. I had a faulty bathroom fan that was going to be an electrical hazard. Thanks to them, they were able to replace that fan, install a new switch for the bathroom, and even create a new airway for the vent through the roof. I didn't even know I needed all that done, and they were able to do it quickly and efficiently. As the homeowner of a rental property, I was not there when the work was being done, but the technician Justin, was great about calling me when he was on the way, calling me when he was able to diagnose the issue, and texting me when the job was done. Again, very transparent and I could tell this whole team knows what they're doing. My tenant also had great things to say about Justin when he was at the house. She showed me the work he did and explained how thorough and quick he was. This is probably the best experience I've had with a technician for any house work that I've needed to get done. In no time at all, he diagnosed and fixed the issue with our AC drain line and, on top of that, explained everything to me and showed me how to fix this same issue myself in the future. As if that wasn't enough, he pointed out (politely!) that we were using the wrong size furnace filter--and replacing them more often than needed. We asked for a specific heat pump model with the new R32 refrigerant, but the two other contractors put an old model in the estimate. 2Brothers was also the most reasonable price-wise. And we couldn't have been happier with them. We wanted to take advantage of the Oregon Heat Pump Purchase Program that had just been launched. They weren't participating yet, but after we asked about it, Lisa, who runs the office, filed the papers, and we were able to get the $2,000 rebate. Beyond that, Charlie, the brother, who does the estimates; Casey, the brother who does the installation along with Max; and Lisa (they make up the entire company) were all professional and pleasant to deal with.
