This company is the BEST! The job was completed exactly how & when they said it would be. I messed…read moresomething up on my end with a different company, but at the time thought it was Two Brothers issue. They came out the next day showed me the error that was made & fixed the problem even though it wasn't theirs to fix. They completed the original install with no one home very trustworthy. It didnt hurt that the job was extremely well priced. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

If you'd like to have a heat pump installed in your home, I highly recommend 2Brothers for the job…read more We wanted a Daikin heat pump and had estimates from three companies on the Daikin contractors list. We asked for a specific heat pump model with the new R32 refrigerant, but the two other contractors put an old model in the estimate. 2Brothers was also the most reasonable price-wise. And we couldn't have been happier with them. We wanted to take advantage of the Oregon Heat Pump Purchase Program that had just been launched. They weren't participating yet, but after we asked about it, Lisa, who runs the office, filed the papers, and we were able to get the $2,000 rebate. Beyond that, Charlie, the brother, who does the estimates; Casey, the brother who does the installation along with Max; and Lisa (they make up the entire company) were all professional and pleasant to deal with. We couldn't be happier with them - both their company and our heat pump deserves 5 stars.

Brandon was out a couple of years ago to replace our furnace and he was a pleasure to work with…read more He's very knowlegeable and was very patient with all of my many questions. This fall we wanted to add a heat pump and I didn't hesitate to call him for it. He did a great job, there weren't any problems, and I feel confident in his work. It's been very nice working with him.

With trades work you often have to ask "do you want it done well, do you want it done quickly, or…read moredo you want a fair price?" Trusted Choice is one of those rare companies where I never feel like I have to compromise in any of these areas. I have worked with Brandon at Trusted Choice on a number of HVAC repairs/projects over the past few years. I manage two properties and have central air in my home so I frequently work with electricians, contractors, plumbers, and technicians. Brandon is professional, punctual, and thorough. He does excellent work at a fair price within the timeframe he quotes, and takes the time to explain the intricacies of the issue at hand, which is important for people like myself who want to understand the systems that power their properties. He helped me keep my older system running at my house up until it finally kicked the bucket and required a full replacement. When we talked through the issues, I already knew the longevity limitations of my old system and so when the news came that it was time to replace, it was not a shock and we were able to formulate a plan to remedy quickly. I will continue to call Trusted Choice for all future HVAC work because I know I will get prompt, professional, fairly priced service.

The Precision team installed a new Goodman AC unit recently at my house. It works BEAUTIFULLY…read more keeping the house very cool but there is a slight pulsing noise I still hear from the compressor. Tim and Eduard (and others on the team) have been and are working diligently to help quiet the noise down for me. I am unfortunately sensitive to noise. The entire team has been VERY prompt in addressing my issues and in coming out to my house. We are almost there in dampening the noise a little further. This team is wonderful and cares deeply about having happy customers. I am so appreciative!

I'm not a big reviewer, but I had a very not good experience with this very highly rated business…read moreand I feel like warning others is appropriate. We recently purchased a home. The sellers had installed 2 new direct-to-consumer brand (Zokop) heat pumps with 4 heads (2 for each) in the home roughly 1 year ago (they are not providing records, but this is a reasonable estimate). After move-in, we noticed an error on the head unit in our son's room. Precision had previously repaired a broken AC at my small business 2 years ago. It was a good experience then, so I was excited to hire them again. They sent 2 technicians to our house, Edgar and Dylan, to service the units and diagnose. Long story short: Dylan broke the fan in one of the good units, which was maybe a year old (per Edgar's estimation based on some technical detail about Freon...you'd have to ask him) and previously working perfectly. He stuck a probe thermometer in the unit to check its efficiency and then caught the fan blade with it as he pulled it out. There was a CRUNCH and 3 bits of plastic fell out. He said "what was that?" and otherwise shrugged it off. No apology. No taking of responsibility, no solution or assessment offered. Completely unprofessional. I stayed calm, paid for their service, and got them out of my house. They assessed the issue with the other unit to be a Freon leak and quoted for repair. Shortly afterwards, I did a small amount of googling and concluded it was likely the fan. The following week, their office called to schedule the leak repair and I asked to speak to the service manager. His name is Wendell. He asked for a photo of the broken pieces (same one I'm posting here) as well as a photo of the label on the unit, which I also provided. He said he'd see what he could figure out. 1 week went by, I called back, he said he couldn't find anything about the unit or source parts, but if I find the part, they could install it. Not a good solution. I stayed calm and said I would think about it. Here's the thing, I'm also a repair-based contractor. Sometimes, I make a mistake and break something. We're all human, but our mistakes are our responsibility. I can't imagine breaking a customer's perfectly good thing and then just acting like, well, nothing I can do. Total BS. You can't find the part? Buy us a new unit. Too expensive? File an insurance claim. You came into my house, broke a new, working thing, and then left me high and dry. Completely unacceptable. Anyway, I thought about it, decided I don't want these clowns in my house again, and I don't want to keep asking them to act like adults with a sense of responsibility. I hired another company to fix the freon leak. They charged $100 more than what Precision quoted me but also did the assessment and repair the same day. That technician verified these pieces are from the "blower wheel," which is just another word for fan. I still have not resolved the issue with the fan Precision broke. They have a responsibility to make this right, but I'm sure it's on nobody's to do list. Maybe they read their reviews?
