I felt compelled to leave a review for John this morning. A little backstory is we just laid sod last weekend, and after all the rain we had realized we needed to re-spray for the mosquitoes. We called for a re-spray and it was effortless to get somebody out two days later first thing in the morning. Because we laid sod, I made a makeshift pen on the side of the house to keep the dogs out the lawn For two weeks. I run a business from my home and have two small children with dogs in life is busy so this morning, Running late for school it was very hectic. I had actually completely forgotten to pick up the backyard inside for the pest control company to spray. I put the puppies and dogs in their makeshift yard and was hustling to get the kids out. The door went about 7:50 AM. I open the door and John was standing there with all my puppies five of them. They've gotten out of their cage and I usually put them out there, but was running around crazy. John took the time to get all the dogs rounded up for me and the two older ones are runners. I was very happy to see him with my puppies. And even more happy when he went to helping me pick up my yard and heard in my two other runner dogs. He was so friendly just like last time and it's the type of service that really just goes above and beyond and we all wish we could see more of these days. Thank you for your service John. It doesn't go unrecognized by me and thank you to eco shield for providing your customers with great employees, and a great service. I was late to school with the kids, but I didn't lose my four-legged children today. :) read more

I am absolutely fuming at the terrible service I received from Ecoshield, a supposed "professional" pest control company. Not only did they make a scheduling error and charge me $130 for a service that was on hold, but when I called back to rectify the situation, they only offered me a measly $15 discount and a touch-up service. Are you kidding me? To add insult to injury, I wasn't even in my house when they allegedly performed the service, so I have no idea what kind of shoddy work they did. And yet, they still had the audacity to charge me full price for a service that I didn't even receive. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am beyond angry at this point. I trusted Ecoshield to take care of my pest problems, but instead, they have only caused me more headaches and stress. Their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is appalling, and I will not stand for it. It is clear that Ecoshield is only concerned with making a quick buck and has no regard for customer satisfaction or service. I would strongly advise anyone looking for pest control services to steer clear of this company and find a more reliable and trustworthy alternative. In conclusion, I am incredibly disappointed and angry at the way I was treated by Ecoshield. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I will never do business with them again. I have been with Omnishield going on a year now and have been very happy with the service they provide. Jorel Solis came to my home yesterday, and he did an excellent job. But more than that, his professional attitude was very impressive. He came to the door, introduced himself, and proceeded to walk us through what he was going to do. In turn we pointed out some areas of recent concern and he paid special attention to those areas. He took his time, not rushing, but making sure not to miss anything. He even put some sticky pads down in the corner of the garage entrance. I have had other companies providing this service before, but nothing like this; I was always asking for repeat treatments because of dissatisfaction. When Omnishield came to my door the first time to offer their services, it was one day after my previous service company. When the young man walked with me along my property, I could not believe I had just paid for such a pissass service. I tried Omnishield and was so impressed, I called the other company and cancelled them. I have no regrets with this company. 'Excellent Service with A Smile' should be their motto. STAY FAR AWAY. Especially if you're from the Austin, Texas and surrounding area. Who ever the sale rep is an absolute liar. My rep was Oliver. They pitch the service and act like they're provide a discount with no commitment then they slide in the fine print that there's a cancellation charge in the contract for the difference for services that goes unused. I had to pay $150+ tax to cancel but some have paid north $300! They use DISHONEST sales tactics to earn your business and slide in fine print so you don't realize they have fees if you want end the contract. First of all, you didn't even tell me what I was signing up for was a contract. I could see from other reviews that people in the ATX surrounding area are all complaining about the same thing so BUYER BEWARE. And to Eco-Shield's leadership team, Sales manager for the ATX area, Do better. You can only lie for so long before people figure it out and everyone is out of a job. You likely have good people at your company that you're jeopardizing their futures because of this short sighted sales tactic. read more

Pest Control Scam. https://www.bbb.orgI had the worst experience ever with Omnishield. They sent a young punk to my door and I bought his malarky regarding Omnishield. That was my bad. The company did not live up to their contact and promises to rid Carpenter Ants from our house and trees. They were charging me twice the amount that Research Pest Control and providing crummy service. Making a call to this erroneous company is impossible. They do not respond to phone messages of which is the only form of communication nor do they respond to email. I give them no stars because they are fraudulent and will be reported to the BBB for their lousy service. If you want great service from a pest control company I endorse Research Pest Control. I regret having broken a 15-year relationship because a shister came to my door and I bought the party line. Never again, Omnishield is a bad service provider. BTW: THe crums invoiced me for the $200 discount + sales tax. They are very unethical. Nowhere in their contract is this address. Shame on them! read more

Beware! Sharing my experience... Interior treatment - Technician showed up hours before scheduled appointment time without notice. I had asked, and made arrangements, to be present on first visit at new home. Mosquito service - sales person, website, and phone 'hold' message says takes effect immediately. It did not. Asked sales person 3 days in, said takes 5 days. 10 days in no change, called and got call center in Philippines (transferred twice before someone could 'assist') - offered to move my next month service up earlier (at charge to me). Took 2 more calls and 2 more transfers to get cancelled. Asked them to wave cancellation fee of $250, or at least reduce since I had trouble on the only two services provided. They did not. Offered to take $5 off per month on already overpriced 'service'. I declined. Good luck and be careful if you choose to go with EcoShield! read more

Just signed up with OmniShield and had our first exposure to their service. Pricing is higher than our previous company, but we are expecting better results and exceptional customer service. Our decision to switch was their commitment to going the extra mile with covering a larger surface area and actively looking for additional areas of concern. Included was a money back guarantee if the results were not to our liking. Today, Jordan D. completed our first treatment. He showed up on time and explained the game plan for our initial service. He followed appropriate procedures for the current health climate and was very personable to our children and two dogs. He offered to answer any questions I had and took pride in his work. I've used EcoShield for a few years now, but today I was working from home during my scheduled treatment. I was texted saying the technician was here to provide services. I mentioned needing the inside treated (was told they were out of fly treatment but would treat for ants and spiders). I worked from my dining room table next to my patio door that gives me full view of my backyard. After a brief period of time, I got a text saying the service had been completed and was notified of a charge for the service. Not once did anyone enter my backyard or my house to treat the inside. I called to complain and they said they couldn't refund me, but that they could provide a "free, complimentary follow-up/touch-up" service. I immediately canceled my service and will never recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy, honest pest solutions. read more

Not only that he was both courteous, and followed all Covid protocols, which was a huge relief after dealing with my last service who could have cared less about my families safety. Brandy at the home office is a rockstar and truly went above and beyond to secure an appointment, explained everything down to the T, and is an outstanding example of fabulous customer service. The City of Lakeway requires all door to door solicitors to have a permit, and also to avoid houses on a "do not disturb" list. This jerk didn't have a permit, and clearly didn't abide by the list because we are on it. Rang my door, complained about my steep driveway, and wasn't wearing a mask. I called the cops, and will call them again if he comes back. I wouldn't use these guys if they did the work for free. A bunch of my neighbors have the same complaint. Avoid like the plague, which this guy was apparently trying to spread since he wasn't wearing a mask. read more

Hunter with Omnishield arrived at our house as scheduled on May 15th. He was courteous, was wearing a mask and gloves, and he kept his distance as I answered the door with 3 ill behaved dogs barking. He asked if we wanted the inside treated or if we were having specific issues. At this time we opted to treat only the exterior of our home. Hunter was thorough, working around our hoarder level garage and home perimeter. With technicians like Hunter I look forward to Omnishield's quarterly visits. read more
