    Charge Point EV charger

Called to get an estimate to install a hardwired Charge Point EV charger in our garage. Hormoz was very responsive and got the job done with his assistant Benny within 2 hours. Excellent work and fair price! Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a skilled, licensed electrician! A++

Repeated customer here - We needed the socket install in the bathroom. Hormoz was very professional and attentive. He and his crew also installed Tesla charger outlet. We are happy with the final results.

    High ceiling recessed light installation

Great experience with Hormoz from Eden electric. He installed recessed canless lights on high ceiling (17ft). He was very professional and completed the job with perfection. He even installed switches without any additional cut through drywall . So didn't require any patching or painting. He was also reasonably priced for the work compared to others in the area .

BEFORE: installed without ceiling fan box

Three of the ceiling fans installed 6 months ago were making clicking sounds when it was on second and third fan speed. I texted Eden Electric about the issue. I was told they will contact me when they are back in town. A month passed and have not heard back. I decided to have a different licensed electrician to come help troubleshoot the issue on all fans. Found out the electrical on all three fans were not installed using a ceiling box. The electrical was mounted on the ceiling instead. Also there was an existing old box fan installed but was not removed by Eden Electric therefore was installed towards the right. Now the old box was removed and the ceiling box installed, but causing Sheetrock needs patching. I'd recommend requesting quote using Yelp rather than reaching out the service provider directly that way you get protected up to certain amount when a project goes wrong. Unfortunately I did not to so therefore now costing me another $750 (not including sheetrock patching and painting) to get these issues fixed.

Once we chose him to perform a full home electrical rewire for knob and tube and replacing a lot of electrical fixtures. The quality with which Duke, Eddie and the team was able to execute on the work was excellent. The permit approval also went smoothly which made me appreciate just how well Duke performed the required work. Most of all, he is honest with any issues and how much time things take. He also went out of his way to help me with anything else I needed from him. Overall, I would highly highly recommend Duke to anybody looking to upgrade their electricals.

They managed a seamless 200-amp panel upgrade (including PG&E coordination and permits), ensuring everything was grounded and bonded to modern safety standards. Inside, they wired every room--from the kitchen and bathrooms to three bedrooms--installing dedicated 20-amp circuits, LED recessed lighting, and code-compliant AFCI/GFCI protection. They also installed a 125-amp sub-panel in the garage with fire-rated framing and hardwired our entire smoke/CO detector system. Beyond the technical work, their attention to detail was impressive. They rerouted camera wiring inside the walls to eliminate exposed pipes and handled all the stucco and drywall patching/texturing to match my existing walls. Duke Electrical is professional, uses high-quality materials (Square D), and handles complex, large-scale residential projects with ease. Highly recommended! Duke, Eddie and team were amazing!

What I needed was a straightforward installation, yet some companies tried to make it seem far more complicated than it actually was. Their communication stood out--they were prompt, clear, and reliable. They arrived right on time and completed the installation exactly as requested, without any issues. The quality of the work looks great, and everything was handled smoothly. I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work.

I recently hired Bahram (Altap) to replace our old Challenger main electrical panel and upgrade it to 200A to prepare for a new heat pump system. I brought in four different electricians for bids, and Bahram was the easiest choice. Out of all the estimators, he was the first one who had the expertise to immediately point out a critical code requirement regarding the distance to our gas meter. On top of that, he gave us the best price of the four and never once tried to upsell me. I just felt incredibly comfortable and at ease talking to him. Because the heat pump installation was entirely dependent on the electrical being finished first, the timing was critical. Bahram had the experience to perfectly orchestrate the logistics. He navigated the City of Cupertino inspectors and PG&E, pulling off the city sign-off and the PG&E power reconnect on the exact same day. Over the few weeks this project spanned from estimate to completion, he might be quiet for a few days at a time, but he always came through. He responded exactly when it mattered, did exactly what he promised (including a last-minute breaker install right before the HVAC crew arrived), and delivered flawless work. He even connected us with a fantastic handyman to patch the walls afterward.

I didn't appreciate the urgency (she said I needed it done asap, when I had at least 4 to 5 months). Aside from that, the communication from the project manager was competent & efficient. When Trout took over communication went haywire. During the city permitting process they said in their letter to me that I just needed to be home for (think the window was 8:30 to 9:45am). They said nothing about having to keep opening and closing my garage door access. Well, I refuse to use my PTO from work because they're not sure how long they're going to be, or the start and end times. So around 3 PM at work I got a frantic text from another (different) project manager asking me to open my garage. Well, hello, there is no power, so how can I open the garage? Finally, they got that sorted out and around 5 PM one of their techs asked me to open my garage. I never got a response back from him when I asked to confirm if he was done and I could shut it again (by the way, I was doing this remotely from work since I have an app.) Communication needs to greatly improve in order for me to recommend this business.

I appreciated their professionalism during the first few projects. Unfortunately, my most recent service--the most expensive one--left me disappointed. After the work was completed, I noticed that one breaker on my panel was missing a label. When I asked Caio, the owner, about it, I was told that they could not identify it during testing and that it might be connected to a hidden outlet. I was advised to turn the breaker off for several hours, or even a day, and see what stops working. When I asked what the old panel had listed for that breaker, I was told there was no label. As a customer who paid on time and in full, I expected better accountability. Since all of the wiring was stripped and reconnected during the panel replacement, I believe identifying and properly labeling the circuits should have been part of the job. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service moving forward.
