Not only with the shape and beauty of the nails, but the fact that the manicure holds up well for several weeks for me, never chips, and when it's finally removed, my nail beds are healthy. Everyone here is trained the same way, so you can get the same quality of technique with anyone. And the hand / arm massage at the end is out of this world! Even after the wait, my manicure and pedi are took more than two hours. Turns out that I had a nail tech who didn't really know how to cut nails properly and so it fell to another person to cut cuticles and nails but she was busy. The staff were very nice and sweet, overall, but the frustration of having to wait and wait until someone else was available made the whole situation really frustrating. Two hours for a regular manicure and pedicure was really too much. I am not sure if the person who was assigned to me was qualified to do the work in the first place. I wish them luck.

Due to Covid, I understand that this business was closed for quite a while, also my mother is 80 and has had a hard time dealing with this backlash of normality due to the closures and restrictions from this unheard of worldwide pandemic. I am hoping that the owner will honor our gift cards - there are 2 - $45 gift cards that expired in 12/14/20 and I only can suggest that if we are given an exception to use these, then we will become new clients of this business and would appreciate being able to use this gift given to us from a family member. Often came back in a few days after getting my nails done because a nail broke. I would request they make them ticker because they would often break and still didn't stop them from breaking (going somewhere new and I don't have this problem). Tiffany welcomed me with open arms last year and I've been a loyal customer since. As for quality, I get gel manicures and regular pedis and they are done professionally. Soaking, shaping, hang nails, arms and legs massage...ALL, fantastic and not overpriced. Also, if I happen to damage a toe or nail days or hours after, she is more than happy to fix. Julie is always up for my crazy nail art ideas I pull from Pinterest or Instagram, and the whole team provides excellent customer service! She slowed down a bit after sanding off my skin, but didn't give much attention to the rest of my nails before polishing. We were ready to be pampered and pay for deluxe pedicures, but this was the last time we'll get our nails done here.
