I've ordered from them twice now. Both times the fruit was fresh and looked good. My first order was for delivery and second was for pick up. I originally scheduled for a 5pm pick up but on the day of pick up I wanted to do an earlier pick up time and they accommodated me and I was able to pick up 3 hours before. That was awesome. Thought it would be a great idea to surprise my wife with Chocolate dipped strawberries and flowers. This place is already pricey but the picture online looked great. Paid over $110 for a dozen strawberries and flowers with a small cheesecake. I get home to find out that the flowers were never delivered only the Cheesecake and strawberries. I send an email to corporate for a refund for my order. I get called 2 days later and all they can do it refund the flowers that were not delivered and apologize. Couldn't even waive the $10 delivery fee which they should have since they didn't deliver what they were suppose to. Honestly I believe they should have gave me a full refund. They ruined the surprise and I just can't believe that they would charge me a delivery fee still when they are 3 miles from my home. Will never use them again and will make sure I let anyone know about the B.S. service I received and how they handled it. The arrangement was every easy to make online. The pickup was easy although you can have delivery. I would use edible arrangements instead of sending flowers. The bouquet was beautiful and kept cool so the fruit and chocolates stayed nice. read more

Seriously the worst company ever! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! My boyfriend ordered a bouquet for me to be picked up today at 4:30 he gets there and no bouquet is ready. After going up to the register many times to ask about how much longer will it be and the response he kept getting was they were working on it. A lot of other angry customers were there with the same issue. At 5:45 he goes up to ask for a refund and again the lady comes out and says I'm wrapping yours up it'll be out shortly. Finally at 6:10 he asks again for a refund and she says I'm finishing it up give me 5 minutes and as she's walking back she glances at a bouquet sitting on the counter and asks the 2 receptionist who's this and they said they didn't know turns out it was my bouquet that had been sitting there for over an hour!!!! At this point he is so frustrated he leaves when we finally get to our reservations the strawberries were so soggy and gross i had to throw them out!! I will be calling tomorrow to get him a refund. If I could give zero stars I would.. This is the second time I have had an issue with non delivery in a week!! I originally placed this order with the Peoria location on 5/12/20 for delivery on 5/14/20. They called me same day and a girl named Selena told me my order would be fulfilled by the Avondale location. Mind you I placed an order on 5/8/20 for 5/10/20 delivery and the Avondale location did not deliver. And never-ending you trying to reach a live person. I requested a refund for my order Monday 5/11/20 and just received just today. My husband ordered me a bouquet 8 days in advance for Valentine's Day. My order never got delivered. He feels so terrible that i was the only girl in the office to not get a delivery from her husband for the holiday. I went into the store to get a refund, and there were about 6 people in there with the same issue as well as calls coming in for no delivery complaints. I called the business at 2:00 pm asking what the hold up was. The employee said good 5hing I called the computer never generated the order to the store, not her fault. She then said I had two options cancel my order or get it the next day. I explained today was my anniversary not tomorrow. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my daughter - which was actually from her husband. I received a phone call at 9:00 pm on Saturday night before Mother's Day that my order should never have gone through. It seems there was a computer glitch and the gal said there was no way she would have my order for the next morning. I was given a choice to either cancel the order or pick it up on Monday morning. We decided to still do the arrangement and I picked it up this morning. What a major disappointment. The arrangement had several pieces of fruit that did not appear to be fresh which was discovered after I left the store. In retrospect, I should have inspected it more closely and I should have refused to accept it altogether. The gal who waited on me was short tempered and downright rude. She very rudely said, "you're welcome!" before I even got a chance to say thank you. And frankly, this product, this entire ordeal...there wasn't anything I should have been thanking her for. I wasn't even offered a discount for the delay on the order nor any coupons for future purchases. Needless to say there will BE no future purchases. This franchise needs a lesson in customer service. Okay, I am completely upset with this place. I am usually the most patient, understanding person, however; I ordered something for Mother's Day to be delivered to my mom. I knew I placed the order a little late giving the store short notice, but was worth a shot anyways and they took my order. My mom never received her arrangement and I get an email asking if I wanted it to still be delivered since it wasn't able to make it by Mother's Day. I emailed back saying yes, please continue with the order. Well...a week goes by and no order received. I call the store and it rings and rings and rings...no voicemail, no answer. It keeps saying "due to high caller volume..." REALLY?!? How many people in Avondale, AZ are calling at the same time as me? So then I email again trying to cancel the order and receive a refund, no freaking response! So I call again...no answer. Does anybody even work there?!? DO NOT order from them, I placed my order 4 days in advance and was told it would be delivered 10-5. Now on Valentines Day I'm waiting and it has not been delivered to my wife. I call at 5 pm and Barbara tells me deliveries can be as late as 7 pm. I wait till 730 and still no delivery. I call them Trish tells me she is a Temp and is only relaying information and that my order was never processed. The Avondale Arizona franchise does not seem very interested in customer service. The delivery driver phoned me on my cell phone to let me know he had a delivery for us. No one was home so I asked him to redeliver. He grumbled about how big their delivery area is , that he would not come back and then asked if he could leave it with a neighbor. I provided a specific request regarding which neighbor to leave it with. He disregarded my request and left it else where. I phoned the store location to express my displeasure. They just repeated the same grumbling about their delivery area being large and quoted "corporate policy" about deliveries. So what happens if you don't know that neighbor? What happens if the neighbors refrigerator isn't at the right temp to keep the product fresh? What happens if your neighbor doesn't know you? What if the product is never makes it to the intended recipient? Edible Arrangements is in a service business. It is distressing that Edible Arrangements expects neighbors and gift recipients to finish the delivery job that the gift sender paid them to do. If the franchise cannot provide good customer service for an address that order should never be accepted in the first place. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I made a delivery order for my partners birthday as a surprise and they delivered the wrong box. The box he got was completely off and it even has a different address on the note so I don't understand how the driver got confused. I called them and they never picked up. The manager was supposed to call me and it's been a week and I still can't get a hold of her for a refund or even another order of what I actually bought. When I realized this, I called in to express that it was missing the most important part of the purchase and that is when things went south. Ordered an arrangement for $87 to be delivered on Valentines Day as a surprise for my boyfriend. On that day, after calling MULTIPLE times just trying to be able to reach someone, I was finally able to speak to an employee after being on hold for 20 minutes. He tells me my item isn't out for delivery yet but will be delivered by the end of the night guaranteed. So I wait and call back at 8:30 because my boyfriend said he never recieved anything. After being put on hold for another 15 minutes they tell me that my item won't be able to be delivered by the end of the night because they got too many orders. Then they tell me it will be delivered tomorrow first thing in the morning and that I will get 20% off back on my card for the late delivery. Next day, I call back to see if my item is sent out yet and after another 20 minute hold, they said it will be delivered some time after 5 pm. So I had my boyfriend stay home and wait even though he had things to do because I told him my surprise for him was coming this time for sure. He never recieved anything. I called multiple times, the lines are always busy, probably from multiple people complaining about their poor service as well. I never got a phone call or any notification about status of delivery or why my item was still never sent out even though I paid $20 for it to be delivered on Valentines Day. She was helpful, kind and she managed to put together a fairly large arrangement in a short period of time and she personally delivers the arrangement to OneFire to make sure it arrived prior to the teachers leaving. My husband placed an order for a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to our home less than ten minutes from the store. The strawberries arrived fine but were quite soggy. I politely called the store the same day and asked if I could bring them back and wait for a fresh replacement. I was then put on hold for a long time. Once I called back, I gave my information to Barbara, the front desk person and was promised a call back. I did not receive a call so I called the next day was told the owner knows of my request and was in the store but too busy to address my concerns. I was told it's been really busy....a few days before a holiday so I understand but a good business owner should never be too busy to address a dissatisfied customer. This Valentines day was my Mom's first in 62 years without my Dad. My sister and I decided to send her an arrangement of fruit instead of flowers as my father always did flowers. On Valentines day the arrangements didn't arrive. I called that evening and spoke to a lovely lady who turned out to be the driver. The owner had left for the day and the driver was left spending her evening calling and apologizing to people whose orders were not delivered. Apparently management oversold between online, phone and walk in sales and didn't cut off the orders when they realized they were running out of product. And they didn't call the families whose orders they could not fulfill to allow time to do something else. She apologized profusely and said she would provide a large discount and deliver the bouquet to my Mom the next day. So, today has come and gone, no delivery was made and no one was answering their phone. I ended up calling corporate and spent almost an hour on hold until I got a rep; who got us a full refund. Horrible attitude from delivery woman. I work from home as a nurse and was doing an intake eval when the delivery person arrived. She rang the doorbell,pounded on the door,and called my cell phone numerous times. In addition she was shouting for me to answer my door. She herself admitted that she was there for 15 min. This store accepted my order on Mother's Day, charged my credit card, and then called me at 10:00 pm to let me know that they were not going to be able to deliver my order to my grandmother, who is 90 years old and both of her children have passed away. They left me with no other options since they did not call me right away while I still had time to come up with a "Plan B." When I asked to talk with a manager I was then put on hold for 25 minutes only to be treated very rudely when I was finally taken off hold. I'm quite sure I was never talking to a manager. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My sister ordered me an arrangement that ended up being over $100 and when they tried to deliver it yesterday I wasn't home.... SO, the driver took it across the street and 3 houses down and left it with a teenage boy who left for B-ball practice. His sister came home and asked the family who's it was and they told her the neighbor next too them so she took it to them and said its yours. The neighbor they left it with didn't speak good english and her and her kids ATE IT ALL and gave the bear to her baby! The owner at the store (Melissa) called back that night and was VERY helpful and apologetic, and she said they would be sending a new one the next day (today) between 12 and 3. Here it is 4pm and NO ARRANGEMENT and NO CALL. I had to call them and was told by someone else there that the driver was suppossed to call me and let me know, but that they had to "visit the Surprise store" cuz they're closing and that she had two more stops before me and THEN she'd be here. I've been here all day freaking waiting for them and could have gone to do they errands I put off to wait for they're mistake! Don't order from this location unless they get their business together.
