There needs to be more communication in regard to delivery, if you're advertising same day delivery then be sure the ETA is available too. I got curious about the time so I called (waited on hold for 20 minutes) and got told that it'd be delivered possibly between 3-5pm. My mother leaves work at 4. I wouldn't have even bothered ordering if I knew it wouldn't be there until 5. Then when I called to cancel the delivery I waited on hold for another 20 minutes. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because they changed the location for me so I could do a pick up instead of the delivery. My first and last time ever ordering from this company. Put a policy or something in place for the phone too? The hold times are ridiculous. read more

I was in a real hurry, had to get across town... I called the Burbank Edible Arrangements and ordered ahead of time so that all I needed to do was give the shop girl the cards that I wanted attached to the arrangement. I gave her all of this info before I arrived at the shop. I signed the bill and gave her the cards, now mind you, I had already given her the address to the recipients home. While I drove to the shop. Everything was done and I was about to leave, and she comes from the back of the shop to say "oh, sorry, we can't deliver the cards, it's our of our area" WHAT, now she tells me! We went round and round and finally the shop owner came out and tried to tell me how his business model worked...Like I care how they do business! So not my business!! He finally came to his senses and said he would personally hand off the card to the other Edible Arrangement locations driver. Now that is service. The arrangement and the cards were delivered to our sick friend without a hitch! She loved the arrangement! This is my first time at Edible Arrangements and Lusi was wonderful. She was very patience and very helpful with my order. The only issue was misspelling the recipient name and I didn't saw it until the next day on the receipt but I should have spelled it out for her. My son wanted to get his teacher an edible arrangement and we forgot to place an order ahead of time so we drove to your location this morning before school. We were excited that you were open at 8 am, that is a huge plus. When we entered there were no arrangements in the cooler so we were sad. Nikki was so helpful. She offered to help anyway she could. She offered us a fresh made arrangement and also let us sample a few treats. She was so polite and courteous and she was attentive to our needs. I am a retired veteran and I worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years, so from personnel experience, I know A++++++ customer service when I see it. Nikki is a great asset to this store and the owner was very generous as well. This location is super close to my home and you can't find better customer service any where else. You can't choose a delivery time online, and when you call to request one they give you a 2 hour window because they can't guarantee delivery by a specific time. So what do i pay the 12$ for? If i'm paying that price, you better deliver them at the time I need. So when the woman "made a note" to delivery them as early as possible (I asked for 9am, but they told me anytime between 9-11), I called at 9:00 to ask if was being delivered yet and she said it'd get there by 12. I told her that wouldn't work as i asked for 9 and you gave me a 2 hour window yesterday, not a 3 hour window, and if you delivered it then no one would be home to receive them. She then said she'd "make another note" to get them "as early as possible." Seriously, the recipient lived about 7-8 blocks away, about a 3 minute drive. Running your business with the slogan "delivered at the time requested, guaranteed" would make your business a lot more appealing. read more

by far the worst experience i have ever encountered with any edible arrangement locations! placed my order at 8 am and could not have it delivered by 4. tried canceling order and they state, per the owner of this location, that their system is not set up to take cancellations if it is not canceled 48 hours before. how does this make any type of sense if the order was placed the same day? do not, do not place any orders at this location unless you are looking for disappointment for your self or the significant other you are trying to cheer up or surprise read more

I ordered online, everything went smooth but the receiver of the arrangements was a bit late so the driver called me saying that the delivery would either be sent the following day or picked up. I really wanted the delivery to be made so not even 5 minutes later Lucy called me letting me know my options and what she can do..
