I ordered a small birthday treat extravaganza board , that was supposed to be on a board, it was delivered on a black plastic plate with a plastic lid. (It looks as though I bought it from a grocery store). Along with the order I also ordered a mini flower bouquet with a vase. The flowers were not received. The delivery was received before 1 PM, I called within 30 minutes to let them know that the flowers were not delivered. Someone was supposed to call me back and never returned my call. I called again one hour later, and they stated that the flowers were going to be delivered after an Ontario delivery because they forgot to leave them. It has now been over 3.5 hours and the flowers have still not been received. I have sent two emails and have called the business three times. Was hoping that the negative reviews were just bad customer service experiences, but alas, I was given moldy chocolate-covered strawberries. I had signed up for the rewards program and received a free sweet treat welcome gift, so at least I didn't have to spend any money for them. The cashier was very nice and informed me that the free sweet treat would be a three-piece box of chocolate-covered strawberries, so I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found five chocolate-covered strawberries (albeit, quite small strawberries). My friends and I were so excited to try, but we quickly saw that there was mold growing on the strawberries, between the exposed strawberry fruit and the leaves. Ordered arrangement online of cookie and flowers to be delivered on March 26th. I watch online and it said delivery driver 1 stop away, all afternoon, it never moved and arrangement never delivered. Had they delivered as promised the patient was in correct room. On Friday patient was moved and still delivery not made by early afternoon. I called store spoke with young lady Andrea, who said if her driver came in today after 2 it would get delivered. Finally site said delivered but patient didn't receive it until 10 pm on Friday. I placed an order on the 8th of February for delivery on the 15th. At about 2pm on the tracking app, it stated it was out for delivery with 4 stops to go. The order did not show up until 7:20pm over 5 hours later. It was warm, the fruit was mushy and falling off the sticks. It was gross. A waste of money. I happened to also have ordered from the Rancho store. I recieved those chocolate covered strawberries within an hour of placing the order and they were cold and crisp. Very delicious. Very bummed that I picked up strawberries just for them to be partially edible due to them being so engulfed with chocolate, your bites also include the leaves. My mom ordered us chocolate covered strawberries for my husband as a "congrats" for work. We did the store pick up to save a buck for 1pm. Placed an order 2 days ago for my anniversary and entered a note in the special deliver instructions to deliver the order early in the morning because my wife leaves work at 2pm. I started calling at 12pm when the order was not delivered. I called 6 times before someone answered the phone and I explained to them that the recipient was leaving soon, they said they would have the driver deliver right aware. I am so disappointed. Usually Edible Arrangements have been awesome. I just sent one to my Uncle for his birthday. Turned out beautiful. But in this case, nightmare. I ordered a fruit platter arrayed with chocolate dipped fruit for my son's summer school teacher as a way of saying "Thank you!" It never got delivered. School ended the 29th. I called to find out what happened and it apparently it is going the opposite direction of where I wanted it to go. It will be delivered to god knows where tomorrow July 2nd???? This is sad for me because it is the lowest rating I have ever given any place. Unfortunately I have to do it because of my experience- I ordered a whole arrangement for my boss for "Boss Day" around $90 that included a fruit arrangement, a box of chocolate strawberries, and a balloon to be delivered during the day (they do not update their 'track order' page btw so you cannot rely on that). I had to call maybe 3 times to get an update on my order for my boss to which they did not give me accurate delivery times and I was worried the delivery would not come in time. FINALLY the delivery arrived.... but it was nothing like what i ordered for my boss. The ONLY thing that came was the small fruit arrangement- no balloon or the main attraction- the chocolate covered strawberry box! They left it at our front desk so I ran after the girl who delivered it all and caught her just in time before she left. She was super kind and I knew it wasn't her fault. She told me she would speak with her manager and get the rest of the order sent to us by THE NEXT DAY. I was bummed because that defeated the purpose of me getting my boss a cute and expensive gift on Boss Day. I had to present her with a sad arrangement that was even a little melted - is was soooo sad! The ONLY reason why I didn't give just 1 star is because of what happened next. I did have to do ALL THE WORK and called the store back, but they apologized several times (both the girl who delivered the order and the girl on the phone at the store) and added in free cookies to the order that they assured me would be delivered NEXT DAY. I also asked for a call from their owner, but never received a call or voicemail so that is VERY UNACCEPTABLE, hence why I am writing this review. I only got 20 strawberries and when I went to return it the manger didn't even show her face I appreciate the girl in the front she was very nice but the manager couldn't even come out and talk to me. It still had yet to arrive after 5 PM, so I called the store at 6 PM. After several attempts, I finally got through. They said it was out for delivery at 5:30 PM. However, it never arrived. When I called the next day at 11:00 AM, letting them know it never arrived, they offered to deliver it today, so I said no thank you. This location was obviously not prepared to deal with the volume of orders on Valentine's Day, nor did they effectively communicate with their customers. I'm sure the same thing happened to multiple customers. I will not be doing business with this location in the future. When I told her to cancel and refund, I was told they would get to it when they could because of the volume of cancellations. The 144$ fruit bouquet I bought was not fresh and the chocolate was broken off all her strawberrys. My sister in law also placed a 140$ order which was not complete.
