I came here wanting dessert after a heavy hot pot meal (who knew Hot Pot Heaven doesn't give out free mochi ice cream at the end of meals anymore!). Despite having sworn off carbs a few days ago I decided to try here anyway. There was a short line and only one party was allowed in at a time. The inside is somewhat sparse for a dessert shop--there's no neon sign or angel wings to take a food pic in front of, but the cookies and cookie dough are nicely and temptingly laid out right in front of you. The server patiently explained the differences in cookie dough flavors to me but, ebing indecisive, I ended up trying all the flavors through two orders--one was one scoop, one was two scoops, and each scoop can be two flavors . The scoops looked a bit small at first, each is the size of a small ice cream scoop, but the dough is so rich that even one scoop, I think, would be a bit much. Definitely a tad expensive for the size, but what is edible cookie dough but a hype food (unless you're eating it from the package at 3 am). I ultimately only had a few spoonfuls of each flavor, but it was definitely satisfying. Very sweet and buttery, kind of a crunch (like salted egg texture), and again, very rich and heavy. Most of the flavors tasted similar, but with slightly different textures from the chocolate chips mixed in or oreos on top. I found the matcha flavor kind of odd. I'm usually a fan of sweet matcha flavored desserts but I found the bittersweet taste in paste-like form a bit off-putting. Of the other flavors, the coffee one and chocolate ones were my favorite, the former tasting like a very sweet starbucks drink and the latter like a chocolate cookie. The others basically tasted the same. Definitely something to try at least once, and certainly edible. I hope to come back to try the cookies, or their seasonal variations of cookie dough. read more

If I could make this 4.5 stars, I would. I felt compelled to write a review because I LOOOOOVE cookie dough. Such a simple, yet awesome concept. I get the cookie dough sundae which comes with a choice of two small scoops of cookie dough and one topping. My ONLY suggestion is if they can chop the walnuts. I get it as my topping, and because the soft serve is spiraled high, you don't get as much walnuts because it doesn't "stick" to the soft serve. Sounds silly, but it would make this review five stars because that's how much I love walnuts...and cookie dough, cookies, and being able to get a sundae. Also tried their mini chocolate chip cookies. I love that they are chewy and not crunchy. My kids demolished the bag! Also bought the sampler (choice of three small scoops) to take home to eat with ice cream / açai I had at home. I like that they have one vegan option for plant-based pals or a dog biscuit for furry friends. Love that they are open late, too! Awesome place. Got chocolate chip and walnut, chocolate chip, and milk & cereal right before they closed last night. Chocolate chip and walnut is soft and doughy, not overly sweet, and is the best of the bunch. Chocolate chip is thinner and crunchy, and a bit sweeter, overall unmemorable. Milk & cereal is a fun concept but really sweet and doesn't have much else going for it. Very mediocre place for cookies. Not sure what all the hype is about. read more

04/18/21: Hmmm.. tbh my boyfriend and I didn't LOVE the cookie dough but it wasn't bad by any means. It still tasted really good but maybe it just wasn't what we expected..? Okay so I've only been here twice . The first time we had the big bag of cookies. Warm, crispy on the outside, chewy center. What cookie dreams are made of... The cookie monster shake. Amazing. Thick. Sweet. Fulfilling. Second time we took our friends who share their love for food and have similar tastes as us. We got the ube coconut cookie, the chocolate chip cookie, the funfetti cookie, and peanut butter cookies. We shared all 4. It was SOOOO Goood. We just sat In our car in front and broke off pieces of each and watched each other's reactions to each cookie. And o m f g. Let me tell u that every single cookie was amazing. Soft chewy centers... if u like that I mean. I know I do! But the last cookie we tried was the ube cookie and that one had me speechless. I mean all of the cookies had me speechless... Let me tell you, this place is like walking into heaven. The moment you open the door, you're hit with the aroma of freshly baked cookies. Edible is a small locally owned dessert shop that offers edible cookie dough, cookies and soft serve. I got the cookie dough sundae, which is soft serve with two choices of cookie dough and one topping. I recommend getting the cookie dough sundae because it goes really well together. On the sundae I selected the ube and cookie monster. Ube is my favorite because it has a strong ube flavor along with bits of real Okinawa sweet potato in it. For the cookies, I ordered the bag of cookies, which is mini chocolate chips. These are THE BEST COOKIES I EVER HAD. I was lucky enough to get them right when it got out of the oven, so it was still nice and warm. The staff working is extremely friendly and are happy to explain to you the products. This place is a must try! Heard about this place through a Friend on IG. Decided to hit up this place for dessert on my birthday. It's located in the McCully Shopping Center where Snow Factory used to be. While looking at the menu, who I guess was the owner came to the front and also went through the menu with us. Then he lifts the covers of what we thought was ice cream, but in fact it was cookie dough!!! There was a few different flavors but since I'm a big ube fan I had to get that and my husband wanted to try the cookie monster (oreos and chocolate chip). We asked for the one scoop (up to 2 flavors) and what they did was take a half scoop of each. The flavors for the both was sooo good! We also got a large cookie (smores) which a chocolate chip cookie with a melted marshmallow that was torched, also good. Then we got a bag of cookies which were thin, chewy, and had a crunch to it, my favorite kind of cookies!!! Overall, the owner was really nice and cool. I gave into the pictures I've been seeing on some local Instagram foodie accounts and decided to try a bunch of flavors. I ended up getting a box of 3 cookies ($13): chocolate chip, salted caramel biscoff, & cookies and milk. I also ordered 3 one-scoop boxes ($5 each) of cookie dough for my family in the flavors: chocolate chip, peppermint bark & cookie monster. Cookies: 4/5 -- They all had a really nice consistency, crunchy on the corners and soft on the inside. The cookies were also very large, and seemed worth the price. I was just disappointed that they were all REALLY sweet. I have a big sweet tooth, but I still couldn't manage to finish a single cookie without feeling ill. Out of all the flavors, the Cookies and Milk was my favorite, but I was sad that the fruity pebbles were sprinkled on top and not stuck on with icing, since most fell to the ground when I took it out of the box :/ Cookie Dough: 3/5 -- These were just ok. Like the cookies, they were all pretty sweet. The texture was nice and the scoops looked really appealing in the boxes. But, the only one I really enjoyed was the Cookie Monster flavor. Also I'm not sure if Edible is having a promotion in which they have these black "fortune cookies" on the bottom of the containers, but I really wish they told me. There is no way I could have seen it and I freaked out when I found it, thinking it was a bug. Service: 2/5 -- Maybe I went during an off period but the guy working the day I went didn't explain anything to me. He just took my order, didn't smile, nor did he try to upsell me on toppings ($0.50 each), which I honestly would've given into. (Who doesn't love rainbow sprinkles on their cookie dough?) I've been wanting to try this place out forever! It's located in the McCully shopping center! I was craving something sweet and decided to finally try out this cookie place. Once you go in the smell of cookies hits your face! It was my first time there, but the guy in the front described what they had to offer, cookies, cookie sundaes and edible cookie dough. My friends and I decided to do the 3 cookies for $13. We ordered Milk and Cereal, Sugar cookie, & S'mores. The sugar cookie contained your basic sugar cookie flavor and also included matcha! The matcha was very strong, but I personally liked that! The milk and cereal cookie, tasted like milk and cereal. It was you basic brown sugar cookie dough topped with white chocolate and fruity pebbles. It came together really nicely! The s'mores included big chocolate chunks of Hershey's and a toasted marshmallow on the top. I love this cookie and it was very decadent! Went again and got the bag of cookies! AMAZING and I love that they warm them! A must try if you're obsessed with cookies. My family tried a few other cookies and loved all them also we all agreed best cookie including some places on the mainland. If you like cookies that are soft in the middle and crispy/ gooey on the outside try these. They are a bit more doughy. Not overly sweet with too much chocolate also. Cookie corner is more bready/cake tasting. I don't like cookie corner personally. So that's the difference. Hope this place stays. It's a joy to go to w your loved ones esp if u love cookies. The cookie dough is really good. However, the actual cookies are really lackluster, overly hard and dry, just not that good. But what my rating is really for is the workers. I've been here twice now and always got particularly bad or rude service both times. The first time I came in I was taking some time to look over the menu, and while I was in there a big group came in. I then went up to the counter and the worker basically told me to wait so they could serve the bigger group first. Then when that group was served, which took a while, I made my order and the worker said sorry, the last group got the last of it. Okay... The second time I came, I had a bit of trouble with my payment not going through. It eventually worked and I was apologetic, and thanked the server for her patience as I was leaving. She said nothing and aggressively ripped out my receipt and crumpled it right in front of me. Besides this it's just not a nice looking place honestly. It's been around for at least a year I believe but is extremely minimally maintained/decorated, the glass doors are consistently filthy. So even though the cookie dough is quite good, just learn to make your own edible cookie dough. read more
