I went there on Monday for extensive work. Everyone in there is very nice, but I left there very confused and no answers have been given. I need a variety on crowns replaced, bridges replaced, teeth pulled, root canals, etc. When given the full rundown of what was needed, it was definitely too much for one visit. So I thought I was getting one bridge replaced, one crown replaced, a tooth pulled and a couple of cavities taken care of. Well, the bridge was fixed, and then they did something on another tooth and then he began to work on pulling my tooth. It proved to be a very, very difficult task. Finally, after several hours in there, he got it out and I felt like I had just been through a 12 round boxing match. Once out, he said we were done. Then I realized, the tooth he pulled was the tooth the crown had been on. The tooth of mine that hurt more than anything else was still there! At that point I was so hurt I was just ready to leave. However, after paying the hefty price tag, I realized I was not given an itemized receipt. I only know that he reapplied the bridge, fixed one cavity and pulled one tooth. I sent 2 messages to them asking to send me a price list and they will not answer. Furthermore, I am now in worse pain than ever, because they didn't even fix my main source of pain. It seemed to me that they fixed what they wanted to fix, and I hate to say it, but they just thought I was an easy way to make money. There was never any real organization and no plan put in place going forward. Furthermore, the tooth that was removed does not feel right. There is a large mass in the socket that does not feel natural and it concerns me greatly. Buyer beware. I feel worse now than when I went in. EDIT: They contacted me finally to explain what the charges were. I accept what they told me. I never really believed they overcharged me, I just didn't know what the charges were. They were very apologetic on the phone and apologized if I thought my service was not exceptional and invited me back. As usual, they were very friendly. However, I am now 2 weeks removed from this and my pain is worse than ever. I am really upset I shelled out that much money and they did not address the core issue. Furthermore, the bridge they fixed is now causing extreme discomfort. I can barely eat at all at this point. read more

I first found them through Yelp, back at the end of 2020. I then went on their website and read their information and they even had some prices listed on there too. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone , and it's great because Adan speaks English. So as we all know the US healthcare system can be expensive, even with insurance. I was looking at dental services in TJ because they offer the same services at a fraction of the price. In the US I was quoted about $6000 for dental work that I need done. But I've been able to get it done at EG dental for way less. I haven't completely done everything that I need, but I'll be probably be paying around half the price once everything is done. Besides their low prices, I love the staff here. The dentist Eva Guerrero is a sweetheart and really looks out for her patients, (my fiancé has had to come here too). Adan and the dental assistant are really nice and they make me feel at ease when I get dental procedures done. So please don't hesitate to come here, I really recommend them. read more

I was worried about getting work done in Mexico. For some reason I had the idea that it was going to be outdated and not what we have in California. Boy was I wrong, they have the most up to date tools and the service was phenomenal. I took my Dad here to get dentures after getting a $10,000. 00 quote in the States. We got a same day appointment. The price for full dentures was only $1,000.00!!!! I'm sure the prices have changed since then; this was about 8 years ago. They were so good to my Dad and took care of him. Honestly I was scared to death to take this trip and trust I would be OK out of the country, I have to say they were amazing! Robert picked me up p[personally at the boarder and took me to the office where his team went to work! I had some rather extensive dental work done and was past due to be addressed, but a densest here in the US was more than 4 times the amount of what this project will cost me all in toll! the best part ( or one of the best parts) is they don't hit up up for additional fees! exam FREE X rays FREE making you feel safe and comfortable FREE I cannot say thank you enough!! This was a great experience. I hate going to the dentist, and I also hate paying for US dental prices. After reading some good reviews, I made an appointment with this team. They are located in a nice part of Zona Rio, their office is clean and nice, the staff is bilingual and incredibly kind and attentive. This is a brother and sister team, in fact both of them worked on my teeth. Both were very good, performed excellent work and the price was extremely fair. EG Dental is the very best place I have ever been for dental work!!! It is located in a very clean and modern high rise building in Tiajuana. I felt very safe and comfortable being there. The entire staff is amazing! Ivan is the friendly receptionist who speaks perfect English and picks you up at the border. Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Eva are root canal specialists and they are both extraordinary!!! Eg Dental Group is a wonderful and safe place to receive your dental treatment. I can say it was worth the traveling to receive a dental implant. The prices were unbelievably affordable. They took me in immediately. Ivan took the time to explain the process to me. The Dr. made me feel extremely calm and comfortable, the staff members are very generous and friendly :). The location was great, not too far from the border. The dentist took great care of me he was very fast and efficient. In the beginning I was hesitant traveling out there for dental work, but I'm glad I did. I paid half of what I would have paid elsewhere. I had a root canal on a molar few months ago in this place and I had the worst experience ever. If you think to come here to save money you are wrong because you will need to go to another dentist after !! This place does not use a microscope and use bad material . STAY AWAY . Most of the good review are fake !!!! The endodontist was Eva Guerrero and while she was doing the root canal she told me she can t finish the work because she has to go pick up the kids and someone else will finish the work. I thought that was quite unprofessional since I had an appointment. That was not the only problem. The real issue was that after few hours I left the office I had the worst pain ever for few months and I took so many ibuprofen 800 mg. Since the pain didn t go away I tryed to call the Eg dental office and ask to talk with the dr. Eva Guerrero . I called many times but she never come on the phone . I then decided to go to a real endodontist that told me that the dentist Eva Guerrero used a very BAD MATERIAL and ruin one canal and she didn t clean all the canals . Luckly He was able to take out all the bad material used and clean all the canal well with the microscope and after few days I was finaly out of the pain. If you really decide to go to this place PAY WITH THE CREDIT CARD so you can report them to your bank !!! read more
