First time at Egg Happiness. Been wanting to try it for some time after seeing the photos and reviews on Yelp. We ordered at the counter because the tablet wasn't working. The staff member was friendly and patiently answered our questions. We were given a number and told that it would be called out when our food was ready. The food was brought out from the kitchen by a robot. After removing the food from the robot's shelf, we had to press the "finish" button so that it would return to the kitchen. The robot's programming would benefit from an upgrade so that it automatically returns to the kitchen once the food is removed. The robot oftentimes got stuck in the dining area because customers didn't press the "finish" button. The egg & ham toast and egg & bulgogi toast were both individually packed in a small box and topped with a piece of plastic. At first I thought the box was decorative, but I soon realized it served a function. It made it easier to hold the toast; which was oily from the butter it was cooked in. The eggs were very fluffy. The brioche was thick. The sauce tasted like kewpie mayonnaise; which I'm a fan of. I liked the flavor of the bulgogi, but preferred the egg and ham toast more. It was a decent breakfast sandwich, but on the pricey side. Not necessarily something I would need to eat again. Additional staff should be hired to help keep the tables cleaned between customers. read more

The avocado, egg, and cheese sandwich here is just as good as it looks. As much as I like to stick to whole grain products, a large part of what makes this so good is the brioche--pillowy, soft, and the perfect complement to the avocado, egg, and cheese. A little bit of white sauce on top just adds to the flavor. Don't underestimate it just because it appears to be a simple sandwich--I tried making it at home and my version was lacking due to thinner pieces of bread and no sauce (what is it in that stuff anyways?). Taking off an overall rating star due to excessive packaging. There was small sheet of plastic on top of the sandwich, which was encased in a paper half box, and that half box was set inside a larger box. They don't need the plastic and second box. They also don't have a recycling or compost bin on site, so I took home the box to recycle. Management, please put one of each on the premises to help folks do the right thing and reduce your waste. Five stars, however, for the smiling and flashing sunny side egg mascot that greets you in the shop window. read more

Arrived here on a Saturday afternoon and was in a competition against a lot of other people to find parking. This plaza gets crowded as there are a lot of asian restaurants squeezed together in such a dense area. Egg Happiness is located on the ground floor here and can be a little difficult to spot as the sign is underneath the overhang of the building. Upon entering, there was a line leading to a self-serve tablet I believe to the right with beverages in refrigerators and a traditional over-the-counter server to the left. The server greeted me warmly with a welcome smile and explained the menu to me as it was my first time here. There are 3 ways to prepare your sandwich (with optional add-ons) but I opted for the classic toasted brioche with egg and american cheese accompanied by a dalgona coffee. It may have been too busy for the server robot to make a complete trip but there is an automated cat-themed robot waiter which brings out your order to you with an announcement of your order number. I told the nice lady at the counter that I was dining in and was expecting the same process of retrieving my order from this robot but there were 2 additional nice ladies that personally brought my order out to my table straight from the kitchen which was a welcome human surprise. I felt at home here with ample family style table seating, nice staff and catchy korean music playing in the background. Was not expecting much out of a simple sandwich but the presentation of the dish as well as the quality of how it was prepared and put together was astounding. The egg was cooked to a silky and milky perfection with the cheese melting into the egg intertwined into one. I was expecting this sandwich to be messy and hard to enjoy but unlike other egg-specialized places; Egg Happiness somehow creates a pocket in the toast which holds everything together. The buttered-toasted-brioche was wow don't even get me started. It was so good that it felt criminal. The dalgona coffee was also amazing and I highly recommend trying it as it is a nice change of pace compared to your usual coffee. I will definitely be back!! read more

I've been to this location a few times, whether it's been sharing this place with a date, or caretaking for one of my jobs and The atmosphere is one of my favorites. Very reminiscent of my favorite treats in Korea. When I can't be there, this is very close to feeling like I'm back there. It's never disappointed. Today, my client Ivanna had a burrito version of their egg sandwich and it was an absolute win. I've never seen a woman so happy. I'm not from Dublin, but I think about their toast, because it's just that good imo. I ordered the bulgogi & egg and omg it was so good. The meat with juicy and sweet and the toast is packed with fluffly soft eggs. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion! The bread was so soft and fluffy with a slight crisp on the sides. There's not too much sauce either, so the bite is perfect. I also ordered the dalgona whipped coffee which I thought wasn't too bad. You definitely taste the milk more than the coffee, but I think that's how dalgona works. It was a solid drink and I would still order it again to pair with the toast! The service is great. The worker was very kind and friendly, but there's also a kiosk if you don't want to socialize! Once you've paid, this little robot brings the order out and calls your number which I thought was super cute. The store is quite spacious and has a lot of tables and seating as well. Got this for breakfast today and it was pretty busy when we arrived. We ordered on the tablet and there were about 10 orders ahead of us, but the wait wasn't too bad. The food is also brought to the front of the restaurant on a robot waiter thing, so it's super fun! I give the dalgona coffee a 10/10! It had the perfect amount of caffeine and I have a huge sweet tooth so it was the perfect amount of sweet. You do get to adjust sweetness when ordering, so if you're not big on sweets but still want it, you can always adjust! As for the sandwich, I give it an 8/10. I loved how fluffy the eggs were and the bread was perfectly toasted. However the ratio of eggs to bacon was pretty unbalanced. There is LOTS of egg with not enough bacon. Another thing I noticed was that their signature sauce (which is delicious) is not evenly spread throughout the whole sandwich. So some pieces of the sandwich had no spread. Overall, I like this place a lot! It's definitely super awesome having places like this in the Tri-valley not and not just OC (shoutout Flippoly lol). The egg sandwiches are very creamy and I like the crunch of the toast, but I wish the accompanying ingredients came out stronger (hot sauce helps fix this). The food arrived by robot server which moved straight to a designated spot. Make sure you wait for it to arrive to its destination before grabbing your food, cause it won't stop for you. The posters and aesthetics of the dining environment are all really well put together. However, it feels undercut by the trash can near the front of the shop which is filled with empty sandwich wrappers. Not having an option for reusable plates instead of the single-use disposables is strong sticking point for me. read more

Located in the same plaza as Koi Palace, this place is right underneath. They have ample parking, but Koi can get busy during Dim Sum hours, so.. it can get a little busy in the parking lot. The ambiance here is kind of like a fast food setting. You order at the self-order kiosk, or you can flag the individual to take your order. Most of the service is kind of a self-service There's not much to say about customer service. I didn't really talk to anyone. So.. I guess I could say the robot service was amazing? Now, I hear you, what is so special about egg sandwiches? Nothing. But, the fact that everything is already made for you, it's kind of like well why not? The only thing I don't like is the pricing. However, I can understand why it cost that much. Have you seen the prices of eggs? Let me just say, even me scrambling eggs at home, it takes me about 4-5 eggs to make that much eggs they put into an egg sandwich. Their egg sandwiches were huge. One Star Review This was our first time at Egg Everything, and we were excited to try it out--but the experience was a total letdown. We ordered two toasts: one ham and eggs, and one bulgogi and eggs. The restaurant wasn't busy when I placed the order, but we ended up waiting 30 minutes before I asked for an update. At that point, they told me they didn't have my order in their system, even though I had already been charged. I had to show proof of payment, and they said they'd put the order in to make it right away. Another 15 minutes passed, and I asked for an update again. This time, they told me they were backed up and it would take another 15 minutes. For two simple toast sandwiches, this was beyond frustrating. I asked for a refund, but they said I couldn't get one and had to wait for the food to be finished. I'm usually very patient, but waiting nearly an hour for two sandwiches, not being prioritized, or compensated for the wait was unacceptable. After some back-and-forth, I finally got a refund--with no food--and left, having wasted almost an hour of my time. I came in hungry and excited to try this place, but after this experience, I've completely lost my appetite and will not be returning. It's a very self service place. You order at a kiosk and then you go up to a robot to pick up your order. There are plates and utensils up front. There's no water station so you'd need to ask for it. I ordered the egg toast sandwich with bulgogi. The eggs were very fluffy and blended well with the bulgogi. The bread was thick and toasted. It's very simple but delicious. It's good but I wouldn't make a special 35 minute for it. It's worth trying if you're passing by. read more

We like coming here. Quality is consistent. Tasty and the falcons coffee is delicious too. The sandwiches (toast or croissant) can be overwhelming with the amount of egg they use... and it can always use more of their sauce... but if you get the bulgogi or spicy chicken sandwiches the sauce isn't an issue since the meats have their own marinade. read more

Came here on a Sunday around noon to get an iced oatmilk latte and bulgogi and egg sandwich for takeout. Inside is super cute and bright yellow with lots of egg-related paintings on the wall! Very nice for taking photos, but sadly I forgot to take any :( Burrito was 10/10 absolutely bussalicious omg. I think the size is perfect bcs the egg is light and fluffy and easy to down, but I didn't feel gross after finishing the entire thing. Bulgogi was cooked perfectly, and the burrito had a little bit of a spicy kick to it. The spicy + hint of sweetness combo was DELICIOUS!!! I hope another location opens in the south bay area bcs this would probably become my go-to weekend breakfast. Iced oatmilk latte tasted like oat milk and espresso haha, I was hoping for some special sweetness added to it or option to add syrup but there wasn't any. I think I would give this place 4.5/5 stars, but bump it up to 5 if they expanded the coffee menu to include speciality drinks. I really needed to see if this gave me happiness. I was sort of iffy on having eggs for lunch but I was hangry and this was nearby where I was running errands. I decided to give it a try and see what the hype is about. So if you are craving a good egg sandwich this is the spot. I just ordered the avocado and egg with light sauce. $9.36 with tax for the egg sandwich. Sounds expensive for some eggs but the sandwich is huge. There was avocado on top and bottom. I suggest do not eat and drive lol unfortunately I was at lunch. The avocado fell out on me. Better to be seated and enjoy it properly. The eggs were super fluffy and wet. Had a slice of cheese and stuffed eggs inside toasted brioche split bread. The toast is like a pouch so its not going to fall out at the bottom if you pull it out. I ate it in the open box. I asked for light sauce since I am not a huge fan of mayo. The avocado was fresh and decent amount. My order took only 5 minutes to come out. What was cool a robot delivered my order! Stumbled across this because I saw it from TikTok! I've always been a huge fan of Korean food and I am so glad I finally got to try this place. This is very comparable to EggDrop in Korea. This spot is a great place if you're in the mood for a savory and filling breakfast. The marinade on the spicy pork was delicious and slightly sweet so it balanced out the savory tastes. The bread was perfectly toasted and not too soggy but it was messy to eat so we went through a lot of napkins. They have a self serve bar with hot sauce, utensils, and napkins. The food comes out on a little cat robot (very cute). The coffee came out first and we ordered the Dalgona coffee less sweet. I highly recommend sticking with the less sweet option. Although I personally love a sweet coffee, the light sweet option was bordering my limit of too sweet. We ordered through the self serve kiosk but there is also a cashier who is very helpful at the counter who is also taking orders. We didn't get the receipt right away so the cashier was able to help us figure out what number we were so we could get our order. Found this place on IG and realized this is very close to where my sister lives. When we visited her, we decided to visit this place and we did. Went around 9.30am in the morning and the place was busy. We were seated quickly and menu looked pretty simple and straight forward. We ordered a few chicken and egg toasts and one breakfast burrito with chicken and egg. The food will be delivered by a Robot and it will only come up until the main counter. You have to walk to the Robot and get the food. I also ordered for the coffee. They said they dont have regular cream for the coffee, I had to use the flavored ones. It was a little surprising, a breakfast place, I would expect these basic arrangements for coffee. Anyway, the toast themselves were super tasty. We all loved the food, some didnt like that the eggs were very soft, but I loved it. the toast itself tasted great. The chicken even though looked like it has no flavor, but it tasted flavorful. The burrito had almost exact same stuffing as the toast except on a tortilla obviously. Either ways I liked the food overall and will pay a visit again. read more
