The feta cheese was inside the omelet BUT the cooked spinach and the small-diced tomatoes were on the outside of the omelet! The order came with toast; I chose Raisin Bread. So the Brainiac who packed this meal to go, placed the four triangles of raisin bread on top of the cooked spinach and diced tomatoes. By the time the food was delivered, predictably, the raisin bread was soggy and inedible. Hubby gave me his bagel -- for which we paid an upcharge which would be fine if we'd gotten both raisin bread and a bagel but we didn't get edible raisin bread. The home fries are thinly-sliced, overly oily potatoes which were so salty, I could only eat two forks of them. So I threw out much of the omelet, all of the bread and 95% of the potatoes. So my half of the $70 breakfast was worth absolutely ZERO! Fortunately, I have one last large Oatmeal Cranberry cookie from Von's left; that will be my breakfast. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did.

Significant other ordered the country fried steak and eggs, requested over easy eggs. At this time one other couple was in the establishment as well. Server was slow to provide refills of water and water glasses were overfilled with ice. Food was delivered and I immediately noticed my "sunny side up" egg was still raw from the uncooked translucent snooty egg whites running down the side of the burger. I'm not one to send food back, so I just scrapped the uncooked egg off the burger and onto my plate. Took me three tries to pick up my burger without it falling apart on me, at which point the bun was starting to disintegrate from the extra liquid running off the burger. My burger was well cooked as requested and not greasy, which I can appreciate. Significant others eggs: one over fried almost burnt, the other in a similar raw shape as mine. Country fried steak breading was overly salty and the country gravy was bland. We are not the types to return food even though the thought had crossed our mind. We ate what we felt was edible and politely waited for the check. My significant other has been to this establishment numerous times before, although not recently, and had greatly enjoyed their food, hence why he recommended it.
