Today I had the Italian sub sandwich with coleslaw. I love that the roll was soft. Good bread really makes the sandwich. They make good coleslaw here too. The employees are always nice. It's nice to support a mom and pop business rather than a chain joint.

I'm on the hunt for perfect breakfast burrito in the OC and this place does not disappoint at all. Typically I like my burritos with hash browns but this place may have changed my mind. They have red potatoes and green bell peppers instead and now I'm a convert. The guys behind the counter are very friendly. I could see this place become trendy. Supporting local businesses!

I've been eating at Oscars for 14 years now and strangely not a single time I've had any complaints. It's kinda strange. It's literally the best Deli in Tustin. Their breakfast burritos are a work of art. The service is superb, you feel at home and comfortable with the staff. The ambience is comfy, clean and lovely. I hope you last forever Oscar's Deli and Grill. You are my favorite Deli.

4.5!! Called ahead and ordered two of the Oscar burritos. My boyfriend and I loved them! They were just solid classic breakfast burritos and paired nicely with the salsa. They're very filling. I only ate half of mine and saved the rest for later and my bf felt very full after finishing his. The interior of the restaurant is also so cute and the staff were friendly!! Def recommend!

One of OC'd hidden gems. The burgers, sandwiches and breakfast burritos are all phenomenal. Patty melt is my favorite

    What's the story of Oscar's?

Oscar was an original owner and restaurant founder. The current owner had considered changing the name but decided to keep it for now because everyone knows it as Oscars.

Once we arrived, we realized how intimate and limited the seating was (so makes sense you need to book in advance). This is a great space for date night or a small group. I wouldn't try to come to this location with a large party. I loved the small and intimate dining experience! We got about half the menu and I'd absolutely get everything again. Some of our favorites were the bread + ham butter (a must), the burrata (another must), the mushrooms (I could eat these all day), and the octopus (insane). You can tell every dish has a recipe that has been specially curated for this restaurant, with so many unique flavors and combinations, that you just have to come check it out for yourself. I believe our server's name was Sam, and he was so wonderful! He even brought out their delicious basque cheesecake for the birthday we were celebrating! Just overall a very thoughtful, intimate, delicious restaurant that has easily become a top option for us! Highly recommend!

We tried: Galician octopus - amazing and must try! Steak tartare- also delicious and must try! Gambas al ajillo - shrimp were large and tasty Pollo en bravas - small leg and thigh with a lot of flavor Tinned razor clam- it came in a cane so it tasted different. I misread and thought it was fresh seafood. Basque cheesecake - my favorite! Must try! Parking can be challenging as there is a small parking lot in the back with about 7 spaces or so. Probably best to get there early. Customer service was excellent!

It's usually full when I come in, but they always do their best to get you a table as quickly as possible. Santa Ana Brunch Club,…read more Took the wife here on our off Friday. We arrived near noon time and the restaurant still was full, we had to wait hmm 10 or 15 minutes, which is not bad at all, shoot beats 45+ minutes I can easily see them pull on the early morning and weekends. There is a parking lot just past the restaurant, its a little sketchy and can be tight depending what cars are already there. There is a decent amount of seating, but the first thing I noticed when we first walked in was the two Yama glass cold brew towers, I already knew they were going to have banging Kyoto style coffee, that was already a win for me lol. The staff here were super nice and also very great at recommending a dish by what's popular but also asking what mood you were in. So the wife and I went with the two popular dishes. City Plate - Wife went with this dish French scrambled eggs, on the menu it does say Pork Belly, but unfortunately they ran out so she went with bacon. Hokkaido milk bread French toast, seasonal jam and berries. First off most places that know how to cook bacon, just nice and crispy, you know whomever is cooking, is cooking. Perfectly crisp bacon and good quality and taste, made me forget about the pork belly! The Hokkaido milk bread French toast, topped with like a blueberry jam, was beyond delicious. Honestly one of the best french toast both my wife and myself ever had. I do agree the portions are a little small, but if this was the dish I ordered, sorry wife, all mine!! jk love u! Bubbies Fried Chicken & Sourdough Pancake's: This is the dish I went with, Fried chicken thighs, mini sourdough pancakes, 2 over medium eggs finished with a hot honey butter drizzle. The sourdough pancakes, were good but nothing to crazy about them, if there is an option to sub the pancakes for the French toast, I would have easily done that! Egg was cooked perfectly to how I ordered them, but the best part of this dish. That fried chicken thighs, easily the best fried chicken I have had as of then and today so far. The crunchy skin was the right amount, the chicken was moist just from the look of it, but once bitten into, oh man it was explosions of flavors. Oh man put this on top of like a jalapeno waffle get the perfect bite with chicken, egg, the waffle and some syrup....gasm! As mentioned above the serving portion isnt too big, least for a guy size, guess it worked out since I finished whatever my wife could on her plate. Coffee: It make sense why their portions are too big, gotta make sure you save room for that coffee. Sadly the day we went, they ran out of Horchata, so the wife and I both got the vanilla rum kyoto iced latte. As expected it was delicious, the vanilla and rum complemented each other perfectly, not too sweet and not too smoky/bitter, I knew the cold brew would be clean and smooth, a perfect way to end brunch with this amazing cup of cold brew. I may have finished my cup before even leaving the parking lot. In conclusion, Santa Ana Brunch Club its going to be hard to come back here and try other things when I can just have a plate of favorites with that french toast, bacon and fried chicken and was it all down with Kyoto coffee. I can see why people are willing to wait long times for the food here. Again the food is amazing along with the workers! Feast Well Fellow Yelpers! Kaizokuō Ni Ore Wa Naru!
