So inside of the Aria hotel and casino, they have a food court. It has this spot that starts very early for breakfast. I do love a good breakfast sandwich. You'll order on the machine and it'll pop your order right to the restaurant you want. Now. I went there a couple of times and a time that I did go and ordered breakfast. The machine wasn't up so you have to go to the register in order. It's plenty of room in a food court to sit and eat no matter where you decide to get your food from. After you order from egghead, most likely you'll have to wait. I went about 7:30 in the morning, and there were about eight people ahead of me. But again it's so early that everything else in the food court is probably not open. The Chelsea - I tried to Chelsea, and this joint was a banger. Now let me tell you that it is a messy breakfast sandwich. But I don't care LOL! It was damn good! They are very nice sized so it's not like a tiny breakfast sandwich at all. If you've been to White Castle think of a larger White Castle slider. Closer to a regular size but similar in shape. They come with sausage but you can add bacon on them as well, for an upcharge obviously, and they come with a fried over easy egg. That's what makes it messy, because the egg yolk will probably run if they don't cook it long enough. But me personally, I don't care about all that, it was damn good! Crispy hash brown - these hash browns are a problem! They are deep fried to perfection. Crispy and savory and filled on the inside. I could have eaten several of these. I tried him a little bit of jelly, it was a hit! Honestly, I would go back to this spot even if I wasn't staying in the Aria LOL. This was a great breakfast sandwich. It rivals, egg slut, and egg slut is also amazing. I'll let you be the the judge of which one you want to go for though. Overall staff taking order was friendly enough. Located in a food hall area so great if you have a group with a variety of cravings. We walked to the Aria from Cosmos since eggslut was PACKED. Mind you, we came on a Saturday morning for breakfast and we ordered the Chelsea and the soho. Line was long from a glance but due to their limited menu, the line moved quickly. They had a separate line for people to pick up their orders and since every egg-which was made to order it did take longer than most places. Similar to egg slut but slightly different, I'd still prefer eggslut. For some reason, their chelsea was a bit on the salty side and rather messy to eat as the melted cheese and runny egg kept slipping and sliding everywhere (make sure to get extra napkins!) Soho was good, also on the saltier side but everything else about it was filling and satisfied my craving for an OG egg sandwich. Everyone ordered their hash browns but having just these 2 sandwiches was quite filling. Guess we'll have to come back to try that, hopefully it wont be as salty! read more

Difference here from what eggslut does is that they do a sunny side up fried egg instead of a creamy whipped scrambled egg that eggslut does. The names of the sandwiches are also placed in New York! We ordered the midtown, Chelsea, and the cheesy hash brown. The midtown comes with a spicy aioli sauce, tomatoes, cheese and a fried sunny side up egg. The Chelsea comes with a sausage patty with cheese and egg. And the cheesy hash brown is 2 hash brown pieces that have mozzarella cheese in between. Honestly, when I saw that Egg Slut had a competitor, I wanted to see if it was similar or comparable. Egg Slut always has the longest line, which is understood because of the taste and quality, but I wanted to give this place a shot. To be fair, I would give this place a 3.5 - a 3 does seem pretty harsh, but it wasn't my favorite spot for breakfast. This is located inside the Proper Eats Food Court in the Aria. It's easy to spot since it's on the far right corner and it's not hard to miss. The menu itself has less than 10 options from what I remember, which includes a variety of sandwiches, hashbrowns, and drinks. There was no line when we went and it was around 11-12pmish. You can't order through the mobile kiosk at all - you have to go to the register and order. My husband and I got the following: -The Chelsea - this comes with a fried egg, sausage patty, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, and spicy aioli $13 -The Midtown - same thing as the Chelsea, but this comes with bacon instead of sausage $13 -1 crispy hashbrown $6 Total came out to be around $35-40ish with tax and tip. REVIEW OF EACH ITEM I TRIED: -The Chelsea - honestly this is not a bad breakfast sandwich, but this was not my favorite. The sausage itself was cooked ok with some pink spots in certain areas in the middle. The American cheese really overpowered the sandwich, so you couldn't really find the fried shallots unless you felt them. The tomato was slightly weird, but it helps to cut the salt and fat. The spicy aioli was fine, but not as prominent. I do wished we asked if we could sub the fried egg for scrambled eggs, so it would mimic the Fairfax at egg slut, but unsure if you can do that. -The Midtown - this was pretty much the same thing as the Chelsea, but with bacon. The cheese was just too much and we didn't get to taste anything else in the sandwich. I will give credit where credit is due where these breakfast sandwiches are pretty hearty and filling. If you love globs of American cheese in your sandwiches, and something filling to keep you full while you're gambling, this might be for you. -Crispy hashbrown: I didn't realize that this would be a fried block of potato and I really liked it! The flavor was food, but I will say that it wasn't as crispy as I would like it. It seemed like it was sitting out for a bit, so the corners were slightly crispy but still soft all around. Overall, I will say that this place is decent for breakfast sandwiches, but I'm not rushing back to try anything else out. If I'm in the Aria and I'm craving a breakfast sandwich, I'll swing by.
