Given its simplicity, I was surprised by how delicious the tater tot casserole was. Topped with parmesan and chives, it was a delightful cup of ooey gooey potato goodness. A friend and I were in the mood for a more causal brunch spot, and decided to try Egghill! First there is free parking, which is almost unheard of in Nashville, however, it's a very small lot so you may need to street pro or pay for parking. The inside looks super clean with pops of yellow throughout with the chairs. I love a theme and an egg colored chair with a egg white color wall made me so happy! I had the BLT special, which featured a yellow tomato, shredded lettuce, ranch, bacon, dukes mayo (the best mayo) and a fried egg. It was so delicious and super messy - napkins highly encouraged! My friend got a classics bacon, egg, and cheese which she seemed to really enjoy as well! For the sides we did hashbrown casserole and grits! The hashbrown casserole was flavorful, cheesy, and had fresh chives on top! The grits were amazing, great flavor, a perfect texture, and overall everything you'd want in grits! But the bread on that sandwich will make even the strongest Keto dieter eat carbs! The bread is just so fluffy & it's even flavorful! Who knew buns have flavor!
