Food Quality/Taste 5/5 stars: Freshness- Very fresh ingredients, seasoning- it wasn't soul food heavy the way I prefer but it wasn't lacking either, texture- was smooth, even the fresh made English muffins and I usually can't stand how gritty they feel at other places. taste- Overall it tasted great. Ordered: Affogato (Espresso over Ice Cream)-3/5 stars: I expected the to be sweet and it was more savory than sweet. Salmon Eggs Benedict- 4/5 stars: The biscuits and English muffins are fresh made, fluffy and melt in your mouth. The Chorizo Gravy and Hollandaise is good. Presentation- 5/5 stars: Everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked appealing, the plates are "Instagram-worthy". Service- 5/5 stars: The staff's friendliness, attentiveness, and speed were top tier. Ambiance/Setting 5/5 stars: The tables are spaced enough for ample space to navigate if using mobility aids like walkers and wheel chairs. It was well lit. Very clean and the vibe was comfy and seemed like the staff was delightful to be there. Value 5/5 stars: It was worth the price. Before my entry, our waiting device notification thingy didn't work, so the nice elder woman came to the back of the parking lot to find us waiting inside our car. That's definitely above and beyond. Our wait was quicker than we expected. Upon first entry, I see several other people of color eating. This is a good sign that all are welcome. The food smells good and looks like it should be photographed for a magazine highlight. They are more than courteous, keep your coffee refilled, proactively removing empty dishes as you eat. Then after reading the menu, I cant which of the eggs Benedict's do I want. I want all of them. But I got the Salmon one. It was delicious. There are at least 10 things on the menu that I have to go back to try so it will likely take me 10+ trips before I get to experience all of them. read more

My wife and I were so excited to see Eggs & More had finally opened so we decided to try it today. Y'all. It was SO good. Bridgette did a great job waiting on us and walking us through the menu. They had a nice vibe that was laid back and cheery. I also like how all the staff checked on and took care of us. I decided to try to the Tejano Bowl and it was fantastic. The hash browns were crispy but not overdone and they cooked my eggs perfectly over medium like I requested. I did ask for no jalapeños and got some with my bowl--but not so many they were bothersome. The flavor was fantastic with a nice ratio of pork chorizo to egg to avocado, hash browns, and all the rest. The bowls also came with side options of a biscuit, grits, fruit, or pancake. Yes, a pancake! And guess what? You can get your pancakes gluten free (GF) thanks to King Arthur's GF products. I was totally expecting one pancake because I could've sworn the menu said "pancake". Thing is, guys? I got two and.... they were DELISH. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, they serve Segafredo brand coffee: so. flipping. GOOD! My wife, who likes eggs Benedict but not Hollandaise (I know, right?), got the Southern Benedict with a biscuit instead of an English muffin and cream gravy instead of Hollandaise. Needless to say, she was quite pleased. Bridgette also informed us you can order breakfast or lunch from Eggs & More anytime during their operating offers. WUT?! Let's just say I highly recommend Eggs & More and that I cannot wait to eat my way through their extensive menu! Seriously, there's something for everyone here. This is such a needed addition to the neighborhood! We visited for the first time and were astounded by their menu. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and loved it. I ordered the avocado toast which was a generous serving of mashed avocado on multigrain toasted bread. The eggs over easy on top were made to perfection as was the side I ordered of extra crispy bacon. The coffee is a draw! I believe it is an Italian brand, but was full bodied and tasty! Place was super cute and our server was great! however our food was not up to par. I took my younger brother with me this morning to try the place out, he got the steak bowl and i got a turkey pesto panini. My brother's steak was incredibly chewy he had to remove about half of the steak from his bowl because of it being inedible. My turkey pesto sandwich was fine minus there being no pesto it was a turkey tomato sandwich. i would recommend trying another place or even ihop. read more

First time trying eggs and more and food was delicious! We had a weird experience but would still be willing to give them another try because how great the meal was. Ordered a Ruben sandwich and received a cheeseburger, when we brought it to our servers attention she doubled down and claimed the burger WAS the Reuben we ordered. My husband proceeded to eat the burger because we didn't want to cause a scene, eventually the server returned and admitted it was not our order (I'm guessing someone returned the Ruben to the kitchen) but still didn't offer any remedy to the situation, we were even charged the price of the Reuben we never received. Pregnant girls dream come true breakfast HAVEN. We got French toast, biscuits, and waffles - all perfect and fluffy, eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage, all just simply perfect. The staff is so sweet and friendly, you can tell they are a good team who enjoy working together. Doesn't matter who your waitress is, they all will greet you, smile, help/ bring you something.
