Cute little place across the street from the courthouse. Got the chicken katsu lunch box. Will be back to try more.

Eggs and Thai is a really cute restaurant. It's turned into a regular part of my husband's lunch rotation since we rediscovered it. He likes that he can get a really spicy tasty dish here. He loves this place. The food is really tasty and a good size for the money. I do not get the spicy dishes, and was pleased that I could get a dish that wasn't spicy! Last time we were there they were projecting animal videos on the other side of the restaurant which was pretty fun. Ok, now for some important stuff. If you have any type of mobility issue, you should go elsewhere. it is on a bottom floor and you cannot get into the dining area without going down any stairs. (Though you could still manage to probably pick up your take out). The bathrooms are not handicap friendly. They are very, very small. But if you are able bodied and like Thai food - a solid choice.

The eggs and Thai wings were very good , fresh, nice skin, . The 49 Pad See Kew noodles dish luncheon special with chicken was excellent, flavors for the noodles were addictive. Nice friendly staff and the noodles dishes , Pad Thai always freshly cooked with fresh vegetables.

Spicy Pad Thai Dinner (flavorful, bit spicy)

Ordered takeout, good flavorful food. Prompt pickup and on time. The vegetable rolls although nice, would have been better if accompanied by a more falvorful/spicy sauce. Red curry felt a bit mild. Pineapple rice and spicy Pad Thai were good. Plenty of street parking available.

A great local restaurant in Dedham. The service was very fast and the waiter was super attentive. It's a small restaurant but there was enough seating for us on a Friday night. They have the sampler plate with 5 different items to try when you can't decide what to get. It was great to share with my party. My favorite was the crab rangoon. I got the pad see ew with crispy chicken which was a rec the waiter made. It was delicious with the sauce of the noddle. The crispy chicken had a perfect contrast with the softness of the noodles. Overall, I had a great time and would love to come again.

Lunch Pad Thai

We were in the Dedham area and decided to try something local and stumbled across this cute little gem. The Eggs & Thai Wings were a combination of spicy, sour and crispy goodness! There was definitely a good amount of spice but the mixed salad and lime was a good balance. My Thai iced tea definitely helped as well. We ordered Pad Thai and the Chicken Krapow and those were just as good. Service was great, very attentive and timely.

Waitress not knowing what is on the menu

When my friend and I got there this afternoon, we were the only table at least for an hour. But the waitress still managed to serve me the wrong dish! I can't eat hot and spicy food, I had ordered spring rolls and number 81.eggplant basil ( under stir-fried vegetables). Not only I ordered verbally, I also pointed on the menu. A couple of minutes later, the waitress returned from the kitchen saying that dish comes with meat and asked what I wanted. I told her I just wanted stir fried eggplant basil, but she was adamant about the meat, so I added beef. As it is shown in the photo, there are NO red hot pepper warning signs next to eggplant basil stir fried. When the food was served, I was busy chatting with my friend, therefore I didn't noticed the cut up jalapeños. That dish was on fire, giving me a terrible heartburn instantly. When I tried to explain to the waitress what I ordered, she insisted I had ordered the spicy pad thai ( there were no noodles in the dish they served me!). After arguing with us back and forth, she took the dish back to the kitchen, then got back saying " sorry about that" and she asked me with an attitude " So what do you want?" By that time, I had explained myself at least three times. I am not the kind of person who loses her patience with wait staff, but I was having a hard time containing myself, so I took a big breath and I said " we are back to square one, just get me stir fry eggplant basil, no beef, no hot peppers" 10 minutes later, I finally got what I asked about half an hour ago, minus the basil ( except 1 small leaf). I was very hungry, so I ignored that. She returned a little later to ask if everything was ok, then proceeded to tell me that next time I should tell them " no spicy"! So it was all my fault! That did it for me! That waitress had no language barrier, she just didn't know what was on the menu, didn't pay attention to what the customer was ordering. What happened to good customer service? Not blaming the customer? Trying to make it right by offering something small for free? Or not charging for the iced tea instead of charging extra for the beef I didn't add to my second stir fry? What was even worse about this place was the owner witnessing all this from far ( I thought she was another waitress) and not getting involved to make things right for the customer. Not going back to this restaurant again! They don't deserve my business.

Crazy udon noodles with chicken

Delicious food and decent-sized portions. Excellent service. They always make us feel welcomed.

Loved it here! Such a cute unassuming place near downtown Dedham. So many menu options. We had the roti bread appetizer and shumai which were both delicious. The bread was crispy and chewy like a scallion pancake and came with a delicious chicken curry on the side. I ordered the beef ball noodle soup which kind of resembled pho. Delicious and huge portions for every dish. My friend wanted khao soi which she found under a different name on the menu. I believe it was called curry noodle soup. Service was prompt and not overbearing. Thai iced tea was delicious. I would certainly come back again.

Spicy basil noodle lunch with duck

A cute unassuming restaurant! Didn't know this was so close to my work place, will definitely come here again. There's a difference between their lunch and their dinner portions, and if you're wanting a larger portion, they advise you to go for the dinner portions. Spicy basil noodle lunch with duck (8/10): so good! I loved the flavor, and I also bought the lunch size, and in my opinion, it was pretty large. I was expecting flat rice noodles, but these come with the skinny kind. I ordered duck with it, but it didn't come with much, but I'm not sure if that's attributed to the portion size. I would probably order it spicier if possible the next time I come; it has a nice kick but it's not for someone who craves hot food. Thai iced coffee (10/10): so delicious and creamy! The mug was unassumingly small looking, but I was able to take it to-go and have it for the rest of the day at work! I love how pretty the restaurant is. It is definitely a family restaurant, and I love that! It was so cozy when I came in on the rainy day I did. I will be taking my work team here again.

The food was good, but the portion sizes were smaller than expected. The salmon dishes, for example, only had 2 ounces of fillet, compared to the usual 8 ounces. In addition, we ordered dumplings for $8.95 and the portion was only 2 dumplings. I would say the prices were a much higher than other Thai restaurants. Our waiter took care of our order accurately, though we did notice our water glasses weren't refilled during the meal. On a positive note, the fresh flowers throughout the restaurant a nice touch.

The inside is very cozy and cute. It would be a really nice place for a casual first date or catching up with a friend. There are scented candles and the bathrooms are compact but very clean and well-kept. The food is standard Thai cuisine but it is presented in an aesthetically pleasing way. It also tastes fresh and it is not greasy at all. Actually it tastes fairly healthy. I am always greeted well by the different staff here. They have nice manners and a positive attitude. Also the surrounding street has unique shops and dance/fitness studios and is charming.

Cute entrance to the best Thai in Dedham!
Jenn S.

Literal hidden gem in Dedham and I say hidden because the entrance is down a long pathway lol but rest assured that's the only sketch factor about this place! Real Authentic Thai food! Yay! Restaurant seemed to be run but a fleet of Thai women and it was refreshing to see. Limited seating due to the world imploding right now, but take out is just as great. This was one is the very few places I've had Thai food that actually tasted like what I had in Thailand. Kept it simple this night but still very filing, delicious and satisfying! Must try their pad Thai, roti that comes with a chicken curry that was packed with chicken, and my kids really enjoyed the apps sampler because it came with a little bit of everything. Will be back when in the area but if you are from the area, please go and support local authentic eateries like them!

Our Pad Thai was almost flavorless. The chicken was extremely dry and added to an underwhelming experience.

Overall, everything tasted great (esp the fried chicken and home fries) and the portions were massive to just right. If there were a few kinks to iron out, I'd say that the beignets weren't really airy and some of the mushroom stems in the omelette were really tough and should've been discarded before cooking. Next for dinner: their fried chicken dinner which came with Mac and cheese, collard greens/broccolini, cornbread, and the tempura hake, and a side of cornbread with pecan butter. That pecan butter was delicious, we definitely asked for more. The fried chicken dinner was also amazing, every single dish in it. The hake while crispy, didn't have enough salt. The server fixed it immediately with a side of garlic aioli and that was great. If I could make a suggestion, I would say they should swap out the celery root slaw for something that goes better with the fish. Service was excellent both times. Very friendly and accommodating, always asking if we enjoyed our meal and they were quick to make things right if we had requests. Ambiance is really nice, very warm, inviting, perfect for a sit down meal. Apart from a few kinks in their dishes (which I'm sure they can resolve), I'd give them 5 stars.

It pains me to write this review but I hope it's seen by management and they address this issue. I had a friend visiting from another state (drove for 10 hours in snow and ice). I was excited to bring them here for brunch. I made a reservation online the day before just in case. We arrived at 10am and the doors were locked. The hours said they'd be open at 9am. Tried getting the staff's attention but it seemed like we were being ignored. I called the phone number several times. No one picked up even though I could see staff inside. I even tried sending them a message on social media but no response. We ended up going to the breakfast spot next door. When we were done, we walked past the restaurant and of course it was open then. Needless to say, this experience was super disappointing. Communication about updated hours or picking up the phone isn't too much to ask for. One bad experience isn't a dealbreaker but two will be. I hope management fixes this quickly.

The floors are checkered, the ceiling is silver, the chairs are red and the tables are blue. We were seated at a booth, which can more than comfortably sit 4-6 people. The menu is HUGE, think cheesecake factory but for a diner. There's a little bit of everything but the font and everything around it makes it hard to focus on what each item is. I went very simple and chose the Simon and Garfunkel which included two pancakes or French toast, two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, toast, and home fries for $18.99. After about 15 minutes, our food came out. The bacon could have been crispier, with some parts being wobbly. The sausage was thick, juicy, and savory. The potatoes were a little bland and mushy on the outside. The eggs were cooked medium, just how I requested them, and the englush muffin was a little different than your traditional ones since it didn't have the little pockets of air but it was still good. The French toast was moist, but I wish it had more cinnamon - the egg was the dominant flavor. Overall, it was a very satisfying breakfast. There is plenty of parking as it's in a plaza

We sat at "the snug" bar hidden in a back room (sounds cooler than it was). We started with fries, which were cooked nicely to a golden brown but tasted dry as a bone! For my meal, I ordered the "beef & feta toastie" with a side salad. It tasted like a steak & cheese sub and a grilled cheese sandwich had a baby. And even though I like feta, swiss and arugula, the taste of the combination inside my sandwich was odd/not that great. But I'd still say the sandwich was on good quality bread that was toasted perfectly.
