Came here back in February 2021, but just now had the energy since the pandemic to write my review. If you really want to hit the jackpot when you are in Las Vegas this is the place. Not just because of the more reasonable prices, but the flavor and quality of the food is well worth leaving the strip for breakfast. We've been coming to eat since the day they opened no one else in this city does a hollandaise sauce like they do. Poached eggs are perfection. When they have the Ube pancakes you have to get them ....amazing . Best breakfast in Vegas hands down! The staff is so amazing and welcoming love the owners!! Food was good. Service was courteous and friendly but slower than average, but they were very busy while we were there. The kitchen got backed up is what we were told. Typical food fare. The bathrooms were clean. The restaurant dining area was also clean. The patty melt was above average when compared to others I've received at other brunch restaurants. When I was there, I did not see any staff wearing masks; neither were most of the customers. What a gem! Never heard of this place! We were actually driving to another breakfast spot when this came up on our Yelp, and from the photos, it made us want to go here instead! Definitely will be back. Food was very good and seasoned perfectly. I had the chorizo hash, and let me tell you it was better than I expected it to be! Just thought it was gonna be your normal chorizo and eggs with potatoes, but they went above and beyond with presentation and poached eggs! Give this place a try you won't be disappointed! Stopped by at 10AM on a Sunday and so glad we did, we got seated immediately and they got busy quick!! So get here early! We checked in on yelp and got the FREE cinnamon roll. It was yummy as I only ate the middle pieces lol They have a huge menu so it was a little difficult to decide what we wanted, but everything we ordered was delicious! This was the first time we have eaten here and the food was great. However, I didn't appreciate the misleading service. When we got our bill, there were quite a few charges for onions and peppers. Apparently this was an add on, but it wasn't presented that way. When I informed the server, I told her "you said are peppers and onions ok? Like it was part of the meal" And she said "no I said add peppers and onions ok?" I mean really? If you want to add on to the meal, you should really present it as such. Be honest, and don't make it sound like we ordered that. Then she continued to say, "if I tell my manager to take it off - I will get in trouble" Well maybe you should get in trouble for trying to overcharge your customers secretly on a table that is going to get auto-gratuity as well. My girlfriend and I popped in on Christmas Eve morning, and despite the bustling crowd, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and warmth. We were lucky enough to be seated in the fabulous April's section, where we were immediately greeted with her infectious smile, heartfelt hospitality, and expert menu recommendations. Taking April's advice, we decided to divide and conquer - going savory with the Baja Chicken Hash Stack and sweet with the Stuffed French Toast. And wow, did we hit the jackpot! The Baja Chicken Hash Stack ($16.49) is nothing short of a showstopper. After checking in and learning we were Yelp Elites, she treated us to a freshly baked cinnamon roll. Let me just say - this roll was heavenly!
