What an amazing breakfast spot! Service was great -- it didn't take that long to be seated, and the waitress was attentive and friendly. I ordered the nasty box, garden benny, and the stuffed French toast. The nasty box was one of the best things I've tasted at a breakfast spot. The crunchy, buttery toast box went so well with the poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and the soft brisket. Even after I was full, I found myself wanting more! The stuffed French toast was also delicious. Although they used a croissant instead of something like brioche bread, I found that it still tasted just like French toast should. It had a nice eggy taste and was filled with creamy, warm mascarpone in the center, which went really well with the strawberries on top. The only con is that the hash browns could have benefited from some seasoning, whether it be salt, pepper, onions, leeks, etc. That side was the only thing that wasn't as flavorful as the other dishes, but overall, I still enjoyed my experience. I stopped by Eggscellent during the 10 am Saturday breakfast rush...I'm a fan.. Eggscellent service & ambiance: There were patrons already waiting when we arrived and put our name on the wait list. 20 minutes later we were sat after 3 parties before us on the list were seated. The server's assistant got our drink orders in shortly after seating and our orders were put in immediately. The kitchen was great with getting our plates out in a packed house. We couldn't find the assistant again to keep the drinks fresh, but a server from our table kept the coffee and waters flowing. Everyone we came across was very friendly and the hostess was especially sweet and friendly to everyone. Eggscellent breakfast cuisine: The avocado toast was tasty and wasboth full pieces of bread were topped with full sized eggs. I had the bandido scramble and it was delicious. The jalapeno peppers paired with the sour cream really complimented the chorizo and poblano for a delish scramble. My niece had the strawberry and waffles and she enjoyed it so. The dishes all were generous in portion, had high quality ingredients and the kitchen prepped and cooked everything well. This is a small mom and pop breakfast joint that gets busy quickly because they deliver a great product. I'd suggest checking the live wait time on the Yelp app if you're coming in during prime breakfast times and their seating capacity is at 106. Really attentive service beginning to end. Their aim was to please. The hashes are good. We tried two different ones and shared a little of both. Currently a yelp check in will get you a free cinnamon roll (pictured). The price point is good, the presentation is good and the food came out quick. I was happy with the entire experience. All the flavors were good, especially for the price point. Please take a look at a menu from the website or yelp for current pricing. They are also open outside of just breakfast hours. My friend was on a layover and we came to this little gem for breakfast. Make sure you check in on yelp for a free cinnamon roll. It was warm and gooey- perfect with my coffee. My Garden Benny was amazing. It was a different and unique presentation. It was like a box made of bread with all the veggies stuffed inside. Two eggs on top with hollandaise sauce dripping down. It tasted as good as it looks. Very filling even without any animal protein. Everything is sanitized after each use for the tables. Every other table was blocked off. Felt very safe and not crowed. A must place to try if you are in Vegas! I'll admit I was skeptical since it's about a 8 to 10 min drive from the strip but you wont be disappointed. Don't be afraid to try the different dishes. First time coming to bring the family, brought them from out of state to celebrate my Dads birthday. Good food, wonderful service though waiting to be seated was a little long, we were greeted and served by some great staff, who sang "happy birthday"! We have been visiting from Reno for the last week and exploring all vegas has to offer. As foodies, we really look at our options when it's time to eat. Breakfast, being my favorite meal of the day, we have tried most the good breakfast spots in this sin city. My partner loves eggs Benny's while I have varied go-tos and enjoy trying restaurants specials. Gina was our server and was eggceptional. Gina could perceive that we were in a hurry when we ordered and put our order in before a large group that came in at the same time. My husband and I ordered the florentine hash and the stuffed French toast with mascarpone cheese. I've never had anything like it. I mistakenly thought my French toast had butter in the middle, but it was really melted marscapone cheese. Without asking... they brought me an extra side of marscapone cheese. I have to say I'm really picky when I order a Reuben sandwich because I want the meat to be tender, flavorful, and sliced really thin. I decided to give the sandwich a try and I totally loved it. It was THE best Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten!!! it was absolutely delicious. And I ordered onion rings with it instead of any other side and they were also delicious. Most of the time when you get onion rings it's the skin of the onion and there isn't any "meaty" part of the onion in it. But not the case with these. And the service was great too!!! Our server Ismael was so wonderful and very patient and polite with my husband and I. The place definitely got filled up by the time we were leaving. Lots of options, almost hard to choose. The cinnamon roll was soft and gooey!
