The food was good quality with generous portions. I had the breakfast burrito with bacon. (They offer several options of meat: bacon, ham, sausage, chorizo) I couldn't eat the whole thing because it was too much for 1 meal. It was served with tasty salsa and sour cream on the side. The tortilla was fresh and similar to Lala's tortillas in texture and taste (my favorite.) My husband had the Denver omelette. It was served with choice of hash browns or breakfast potatoes and toast. The omelette was served the way he likes them with filling in the middle, except the cheese, which was on top. He enjoyed it very much. We also split an orange juice, fresh squeezed...delicious! The service was excellent. April was attentive and friendly. All the staff made us feel like regular customers, even though this was our first visit. We live a couple hours away, so we can't come back regularly, but we will definitely be back whenever we are in the area. Ambiance is cheerful and bright. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast. I would choose Eggs and More over a chain restaurant, for sure. read more

What an amazing breakfast experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very comfortable and the decor is new and relevant. Our servicer was attentive and never left our glasses empty. We ordered the fire omelette and the California omelette and both were cook exceptionally well. The best way to describe the omelettes is they are fluffy and stuffed with ingredients with a flavor that is balanced and not overwhelming. The portions for the price were right on target with other restaurants in this category in the areas. First time trying this place and it was SO GOOD! We ordered the Hoodoo Hash and Cali Omlette and both were perfect! Our server, Jose, was very kind, accommodating and friendly. Went to try this new place. It was OK but on the spendy side. The inside was happy and vibrant. We got breakfast for 3 and the bill came to over $60. Total was over $70 with tip. Checked our credit card statement and they charged us for the breakfast without tip and breakfast with a tip. We got charged twice! A very clean, bright restaurant. Took a bit of time to get going but it looks like we got there when only one server was staffed. I am pretty patient if i can get coffee but that took some time. We got our food and i was hoping for some good pancakes. I know that is the "more" part but I was under impressed. My fiancé tasted them and said "how come they are stale". I just had the best food of my week long stay in Vegas. As a professional chef I put a lot of effort into trying local food spots wherever I travel and Eggscellant did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted, seated and attended to immediately by cheerful and attentive staff. I'm a vegetarian and there were many options to choose from, which sadly is not always the case. I had Huevos Rancheros and a side of hash browns. My husband ordered the carne asada hash and they do not skimp on the meat! Everything was absolutely perfectly seasoned, not too salty but enough to bring out the flavors. My hash browns were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside how hash browns are supposed to be but seldom are. I opted for both salsa verde and Rosa and they perfectly split them on the plate. The food came out quickly and it's nice to see seeds in the rye bread! Not only can you not beat the prices, I dare you to find a better executed breakfast anywhere in town. I will return for breakfast before I fly out in a couple days even though I'm staying a 30 minute drive away!
