Heavenly Crepe (see menu for contents)

Completely acceptable breakfast spot, particularly if you're staying at the motel next door. The crepes were a nice addition to the menu. Service was good, and the ambiance was good for people watching. We had the Heavenly Crepe, the "Eggspectation Bagel Breakfast Sandwich" and a side order of Lyonnaise Style Breakfast Potatoes. Nothing to write home about, but no complaints either.

Sometimes this place can be hit or miss food-wise. Today was a hit! The service was fantastic, coffee refilled, food was fantastic, and everything went well today. The brand has high standards to the flagship restaurants in Montreal and Toronto, and today they lived up to those brand standards. As long as the food is this spot on, we will keep coming back!

The food was great!! Our large group of 11 were very well accommodated and the service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was super friendly and our server was "eggcelent" lol. The place was nice, clean and inviting. Ambiance great for breakfast and a large group traveling from Hawaii. The potatoes were a common, "that's delicious" across the board. The presentation of the food was so good and tasted even better. It was our first time to Vancouver, but if we ever have the pleasure of returning, we will be back!! You're now added to our memories!! Yelp is not allowing me to upload photos at the moment, I'll try again soon.

Located in the heart of Richmond, Eggspectation is mainly a brunch restaurant with lots of other lunch/dinner options too. They have a cozy ambiance with a diverse and delicious menu. Whether you're a fan of sweet or savory breakfasts, the menu offers something for everyone, including omelets, pancakes, and creative variations of traditional breakfast items. The staff were friendly, attentive, and service was quick. My friend got the classic Eggs Benedict, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, and came with Canadian bacon and a toasted English muffin, all smothered in their hollandaise sauce. I got their savoury heavenly crepe which was filled with grilled chicken, sautéed spinach and mushrooms, and a three cheese blend. It came with a side of fries, the portion was generous and worth the price. I crepe was creamy but not super flavourful. Our favorite was their chocolate banana crepe, it was huge and came with a side of nutella! The whipped cream was very generous. Would definitely go back :)

I passed this place while driving, and always curious to check it out. I finally stopped to check it out since driving on bridge, the EGGSPECTATION sign catches my eye every time! Thirst: Banana Java Smooth texture and creamy taste! I made sure to nurse my drink until my brunch came! Laugh out loud! Grubs: Florentine Turkey Benny and Crab Cake Benedict A pinch of cinnamon on my eggs goes a long way, a final touch on top. Totally inspires me to add this even for at home cooking! If you like turkey and eggs, then this meal is the meal to choose. The difference between the Turkey Benny and the Crab Cake is the name itself. So, basically the siding and ingredients are the same other than the meat. I recommend this place as the name of the restaurants speaks for itself...EGGS! Yummy delicious!

A good breakfast place if you want the "traditional" options at an affordable price. There is plenty of parking and it's located next to the hotel (not inside). The staff was nice and welcoming. The restaurant is generally clean, but I noticed that the floor was sticky so they may want to look into a new mop since it's probably overused cleaning liquids. The omelette was good and had a lot of veggies and meat. I did find two larger pieces of onion in there, which threw me off as I expected smaller cut up onion. The eggs benedict were cooked perfectly and runny as needed

Cute farmhouse look inside. Nice servers. My kids were happy with the food. Very filling breakfast.

Thought we'd give it a try since it's been around for a while. My husband got the bbq burger and I got the told around the clock. It was very normal. I usually like going for brunch because something about brunch places naturally impress me. But this one didn't. I was not impressed. It felt a little like a fancier hotel breakfast.

Upscale Dennys version with less options. The inside decor is pretty and the server was very friendly and nice to me. I ordered eggstravagenza.it was 2 egg omelette,1french toast ,potatoes and maple syrup. Since I opted meat free so I got side of one more toast. It was pretty filling and enough for one.

The food was delicious and the service was spot on. The wait time was short and the orders were correct and delicious. My family and I will definitely recommend this place when visiting.

Finally, I was able to try their breakfast as I have seen this many times every time we pass through it. First, the parking lot is not a problem as it's near a hotel. Second, it's spacious, suitable for family and groups, well lit and bright for its white interior. Third, plenty of breakfast menus to choose from. For this visit, we ordered; Lobster Mac and cheese ($24.95) was good, cheesy and creamy, but it does lack a little taste of the lobster, but the serving is a lot that I only ate half of it. The leftover when heated at home is not that tasty anymore it become dry. Blackstone Egg With turkey bacon $18.95 was a perfect combination; the potato was perfectly crisp. Piri Piri chicken wings ($12.95) we loved the wings it's was flavoursome. Chocolate chips and blueberry pancakes ($16.95) are fluffy, a generous amount of choco chips and blueberry on it and huge that we only ate one and took home the other two. Ice Cappucino ($4.95) and hot chocolate ($3.25) are perfect beverages with just the right sweetness. Lastly, the staffs were excellent, very attentive and clean, though the waiting did take a little longer. The price is a bit pricy, I understand, for the lobster but not for the egg dish.

One snowy winter morning, decided to finally try this place that just been franchised in bc. Ive tried a similar branch but back east and left very happy and satisfied. Anyhow, we ordered the classic benny, and the eggstravaganza. The classic benny was average at best. At least the hollandaise sauce was properly done, was warm and not cold as per Previous reviews. The english muffin was not toasted and the potatoes under seasoned. The blackforest ham Used was not fresh and came from a pack. They couldve at least used smoked ham to give it more flavour. But overall, the dish at least made average standards. The eggstravanganza looked really Good on the menu. The potatoes were nicely done, crispy in the edges and nice and moist in the center. Again, it was under-seasoned and tasted bland. The french toast left nothing to be desired. Proper brioched bread was not used at all. Light dusting of powedered sugar was ok, but the syrup that came with it was at best, clarified sugar from a bottle. It wasnt maple syrup or good quality syrup. There was no cornflake breading on the french toast of any kind, so the crunch was absent. I couldve made it better myself. To me it was nothing more than a glorified greasy diner. dennys would've been better and priced better. I was contemplating ordering the smoked meat poutine to go, but decided against it. I felt full bec of the enormous serving of potatoes lol. But quality and value were definitely absent. I can tell that food is served to merely exist and satisfy, not exceed expectations or leave a lasting impression. Overall, i would not repeat. Many other places priced in the same range but way better food. Furthermore, Their kitchen walls could use a good deep cleaning as i could clearly see grease splattered or smudged across the walls. My seat could directly look into the kitchen area. Lol. Service however was good. Fast and efficient. No trouble finding someone to help. And a other plus factor, if you ordered coffee, they'd leave a fresh pot on your table. Cheers! Happy eating!

1/2 order of the eggstravaganza as we split it...as you can see the portions are generous

The service was super quick and attentive. The restaurant has a nice ambiance. The food was fresh, with great presentation and hearty portions. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely come back while visiting Richmond, Canada.

They no longer have the melon pan, but they have transitioned those into mochi cookies. We opted for their croissants and other selections: Takoyaki croissant 5/5 --- so delicious, croissant was flaky and soft and went very well with takoyaki Flan egg tart 5/5 -- love the combo of this. Flaky egg tart with creamy flan Supreme breakfast croissant 4.5/5 -- it was good but needs some salt. Midnight croissant 4.5/5 -- this would have been good if the filling was evenly distributed. The colors made it very attractive Brown sugar coffee 5/5 - I don't do coffee but this was really good. Not strong in coffee flavor, creamy, and good amount of sweet Banh mi - 3/5 the only disappointment. The filling was minimal, and it was bland and dry. The bread itself was good though. Service was good as well. It does take some time for food to come out though so be patient

Dark chocolate infused with cinnamon star anise, black pepper and orange zest. Service with Takoyaki Croissant. I had the pho spice hot chocolate last year, I remember the last year one flavor was more stronger. This year's one was subtle and I could not taste much savory flavor in. It was a just regular hot chocolate. If this was a regular hot chocolate, it tasted good, however, if it was pho spice one, not really impressive . Takoyaki croissant was very unique. I enjoyed that croissant with Vegetable, Mayo and sauce on the top. Actually, highlight was cafe royal tart. - A flaky puff pastry tart filled with silky milk-and-coffee cream, topped with a rich caramel flan for a smooth, aromatic café-style treat. This is not hot chocolate festival item. Cream caramel on the top of crispy Pie tart caught my eye. Cream caramel was very delicious and coffee cream filling was really good. Pie tart's dough was super crispy and buttery. I really loved this item.

This place has been around for many years but I've only now gotten around to trying it…read more It's a cute little place. The walls are decorated with pictures from Europe and the teacups are very "British." Besides scone and tea, you can get regular food here as well such as fries, salt & pepper chicken, and radish cake to name just a few. You can also get cold drinks like juice & bubble tea, and bubble tea drinks here too. So...not your typical British style Afternoon Tea joint. Kind of half restaurant, half tea place. My friend had a pot of Leisure Fresh Fruit tea and a scone. We'd already had lunch a bit earlier and while my friend had room for a scone, I had zero room in my stomach for any food so I just had a pot of Longan Red Date tea. It was a cold day so a pot of hot tea really hit the spot. I thought it a bit pricy at first, but when the tea came, I saw that the teabags were Fortnum & Mason teabags. That is a very a prestigious company from all the way over in England. When I realized we were drinking Fortnum & Mason tea, all of a sudden $10.25 didn't seem so extravagant any more. My friend said her scone seemed like more of a biscuit than a scone. It came with butter and jam. I think she wished there had been some clotted cream to go with it. I can't say too much about the food as I only had one pot of tea but I was impressed that it was Fortnum & Mason tea, and I very much enjoyed the flavor of the Longan & Red Dates in my tea.
