Well, i have found my new breakfast spot! This restaurant is so beautiful and inviting. The owner greets you at the host stand with the sweetest smile, her energy is so warm and energetic. Walking into the restaurant you are greeted with relaxing colors and decorations. K felt like i was in a greenhouse almost with the bright sunshine and plants surrounding me. This restaurant took me out of Buffalo for the time that i spent there, it was its own little world. And to make things even more perfect every single one of the servers had a smile on their face. As for the food i ordered the Lox Benedict and Strawberry Fields crepe. My boyfriend got the Greek Breakfast and French Toast. Every single item was cooked to perfection and took my tastebuds to a place they have never been before. I'm so mad at myself for not finding this little place earlier in life. I have been to the location in Delaware a few times and always had a great meal. Today, was awful. We started off with warm peach Bellinis. It took about an hour to get our food. One of my brunch mates actually went to ask about the food before it finally came out. We were pretty disappointed with 3 of the 4 plates. The toast was cold and we had to ask for butter and jelly. The canned apple pie topping on the apple cinnamon French toast was severed cold. They offered to "nuke them". We received a steak souvlaki with no feta and the potatoes were undercooked on the other plate. The corn beef hash was straight out of a can and gross. There are so many great spots for brunch in Buffalo, they need to step it up. Service was friendly but lacked any communication about how long the food took or to even make sure it was prepared correctly. I will not be back. read more

The good: I have no complaints about the service and the staff was welcoming. Tasty coffee. Clean. The bad: Our meal. I ordered the steak and eggs. I ordered my steak medium and it was served well done and tasted like it had been reheated. The potatoes were room temperature. The toast came unbuttered with butter on the side. My husband ordered huevos rancheros expecting the basic version of this dish with eggs, salsa and beans served over tortilla shells. What was served was eggs smothered in cheese and salsa (no tortilla, no beans). His dish was not huevos rancheros by any stretch of the imagination. There are few things more disappointing that a subpar breakfast you could have done better at home. We unfortunately won't be back. read more

Good place to eat if you're looking for a decent meal with a short wait. I almost always get an omelet they're so good and can usually share it with someone and both be stuffed afterwards. They also have amazing fish fries, French fries and soups. Any of their produce is always fresh and so good. Even out of season fruit tastes like it's mid summer. There is always parking behind off of Main Street. The only thing I don't like about coming here is the fact that they don't butter their toast. Even if you ask they won't. Very friendly staff, very cute inside, and I like that you can order single items to add to your meal, I.e. I was able to order 1 large pancake to go alongside my Eggs Benedict. I also really love dolmades and theirs were very good, coming with a generous portion of tzatziki sauce, Greek olives, pepperonis and cut pita slices. The cons were, despite the friendly service, my waiter forgot my drink order, only bringing my water and not my iced Greek coffee and after I reminded him he brought me a regular coffee instead of the Greek one. It also took forever for our food to come--seemingly everyone in our room was waiting a while and having to be apologized to. And as for my Eggs Benedict w/spinach-I wished I got the classic instead, just spinach left something to be desired, the hollandaise was not my fav there, and my poached egg was cooked completely through, so that was disappointing. Hard to mess up home fries but I've had many delicious ones in Buffalo so these just didn't make the cut for me. Lastly my friend ordered chicken souvlaki- and the chicken was very dry-anyone from Buffalo that knows what a good souvlaki tastes like, knows you don't want the chicken to be dry, so I'd also avoid ordering that from this place. It's a no brainer that when you come to Eggsperience. Breakfast is a must. Okay, okay - so it might just be a "me" thing. I rarely cook breakfast at home so it's a nice treat when I'm out. They have an incredible menu though, so lunch and dinner are just as wonderful! Some people have complained about the service but everytime I've come here, my service has been phenomenal. Coffee and water are brought to the table in carafes, which is a plus for the server and the patron. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the serving sizes ... you either end up taking half of it home or end up being full for the most or even the rest of the day! The ambience is great. I love the decor. Parking may be a little difficult to find but it depends on the day and time. If you haven't tried it, do! If you have, be sure to try something else on the menu! We went to eggsperience Visalis. What a joke on the crepes for the price. I ordered the strawberry fields crepes. It says fresh strawberries, bananas, nutella & custard in this crepe. The waitress asked if we wanted a sprinkle of cinnamon & a dab of whipped cream on top. So we said yes. It came out with no nutella, no custard. What an outstanding local find in Kenmore! The place is much bigger on the inside than the storefront makes it appear. The tables and chairs are all very clean and comfortable. Unlike many diners where you are crammed on top of strangers, the tables here are noticeably well spaced out for privacy. The staff is friendly, responsive and attentive. You get an entire pot of coffee when you order a cup. The breakfast plates come with a side of apple sauce (delicious) and a choice of toast or pancakes at no extra charge. I have the Ranchero skillet which was easily enough for two people. It came with home fries, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onions, salsa, eggs and cheddar. I had to give it a few minutes for the cheddar to melt on the hot food and mix it all up. Delicious! The prices are reasonable. On weekdays, they have a steak and egg special for $6.99. Parking is metered along Delaware Ave with free options along the side streets. The meters are not in effect on Sundays. read more

You should really learn to work on your manners with dealing with customers. All I wanted to do was get to the bottom of the situation. This is what happens when you give a place a second chance: The first time I came to this place it was disorganized chaos. There wasn't a host and it didn't seem like anyone was keeping track of the customers who were coming in through the front or rear entrance. We waited a few minutes to be seated since it was still newly opened, but ended up leaving after people who had been there much longer were also leaving. My husband and I forgave them and returned for a second chance because the menu looked incredible. We went back twice and were so impressed. The Greek Platter is delicious. The meal comes with a side of applesauce, pancakes or toast, and of course the main entree. We have been back a few more times for breakfast and are consistently impressed with the service and food. This is a good place for couples, groups, and families. The servers are attentive, but I never feel rushed to leave. The portions are generous and the food is always well made. Some of my favorites include the Monte Cristo, the French toast, waffles, and omelettes. Also, how can you not enjoy a place that gives you a pot of coffee for refills?! I really want to like this place because it's so adorable on the inside and I think it's a nice addition to the Delaware Ave area. However, my first experience here was just "A-OK." I came on a Sunday morning for brunch and although it was pretty busy we were seated right away. This was the first and only time where our service was quick. It took forever for our order to be taken and forever for our food to come. Although our waitress was super friendly and apologetic. And I understand it is a pretty big place, but they seem to be somewhat understaffed. Their menu is huge, just for breakfast food alone. They have everything. Egg combos, omelets, pancakes, waffles, crepes, french toast, multiple types of eggs benedict, steak and eggs. Anything you can dream of for breakfast they have it. Mom ordered the veggie omelet which she enjoyed. But its kind of hard to mess up an omelet, but I suppose it can be done. But she said it was good. Her omelet came with a side of home fries and her choice of toast or pancakes. I thought the option of a side of pancakes was odd but whatever I wasn't complaining because I was going to eat it. I asked if they could make the side of pancakes chocolate chip and we would pay for the upcharge but they refused and said it couldn't be done. Not really sure why but whatever. I ordered the regular eggs benedict. It was good, but nothing special. There was something weird about the hollandaise sauce that I couldn't quite put my finger on. We decided to give this place a shot (after driving by Sophia's and seeing that they were closed). We were both craving some good breakfast food and made a pit stop here. We parked right on Delaware, but they do have parking in the back (so I'll have to remember for next time). In decor inside was really nice. They have these wooden doors used as dividers- looked like something right out of Pinterest. I loved it. We got seated towards the back of the restaurant and Angela (our waitress) quickly brought over the coffee we requested. This place was bumping for 10am on a Sunday. I looked over the menu and really couldn't decide. Pancakes (yum), French Toast (yum x 2) and crepes ( yum squared!!). I actually asked Angela her best sellers on the menu and it did help me narrow it down. What did we decide? Tiramisu French Toast and Strawberry Fields Crepes (strawberries and bananas, with....Wait for it.....Nutella!!!). We were kind of bummed that the sides of sausage and eggs were Ala carte and at a steep price, but we were splurging and went for it anyway. The food didn't take too long to come out, and when it comes? Holy Toledo, everything was massive. My crepes felt like something out of Willy Wonka, and I enjoyed it. Every. Single. Bite. The eggs and sausage were tasty too. My boyfriend tried to devour his French Toast, but it was a mountain and could only get through 3/4ths of it. It had a nice coffee taste and the texture of the Landy fingers sandwiched in between the toast with the mascarpone cheese really made it like having dessert for breakfast. We discussed coming back to give dinner a try, they have a nice selection on fish frys and I even noticed some good vegan and vegetarian options!! We were seated immediately to a table. These are all good things. The restaurant was doing good business... tables maybe 75-80% full. But as nice as our server was... she wasn't having her best day. She choose not to write down our drink order (5 people... 2 coffees, a diet cola, an orange juice, and a chocolate milk), and forgot one of the orders. She dropped off 4 drinks, and had to ask again what the 5th was. We noticed other tables received a small pitcher with their coffee for refills. We were not given one of these until the two coffees on the table were empty for 5 minutes. When food came out - there were multiple mistakes. All toast was forgotten. A side of fruit was forgotten. A side of pancakes was delivered that we did not order. And one omelette... wasn't delivered. (the server advised that the kitchen made the wrong omelette, and offered a choice of eating the wrong omelette, or waiting for the right one to be made) These are all little, and possibly honest, mistakes. But it kind of accumulates... y'know? It's not enough to ruin the meal, but it is enough to not hurry back. While the offer to make the correct omelette was appreciated, I didn't want to have everyone else half done with their food before I even received mine... so I took the 'wrong' omelette. I little show of appreciation would have been nice - heck, just comp my coffee! But no... there were no add-ons or discounts offered. Just 'you can wait while everyone else eats if you want'.
