They had a good variety of items to choose from both regular and on the lighter side. As well as good food the atmosphere is very friendly and the decor is super cute. I was most impressed though that the owner came around to the tables to make sure everything was ok. While in our way we checked in through yelp so when we arrived they had a table ready for us. After they guided us to our table the waitress offered us coffee and water almost inmediately while we looked at their menu. Their menu is extensive including vegan options but we got salmon& avocado toast + fruit and a chicken panini + soup for 9 usd each plate. The coffee was 2.50 each for multiple refills. For the price we though we'll receive small portions by to our surprise those were big. Also one of the manners came up to ask how was the food and the service. At the end they gave us the check and we had to pay it at the front desk. Overall they offer to notch service and the price/flavor relation is good so we'll be back. read more

This place is always busy, but don't make you feel rushed. It is our go-to breakfast place in the area. Staff is friendly, has very low turnover, and knows their menu. We typically love eggsquisite and I dine here regularly. We were here disappointed this visit. Our daughter wanted the kids French toast which is $5. She asked for berries and we were up charged an additional $5 which made it $11 for a kids meal. The server never said anything about an up charge for the 5 berries on her breakfast. Eggsquisite Cafe is a great breakfast/brunch spot. After wanting to try something knew, we stopped in for breakfast early on a Sunday morning. First impression was we were really impressed with the decor. It is a large restaurant that looks upscale and modern. We were treated warmly by a hostess and seated near the window. Our server attended to us quickly, bringing water and coffee with her. I will admit, as an avid coffee drinker who needs her morning caffeine before I can form a proper sentence kind of person, I wish the coffee cups were bigger. I felt bad asking for many refills. I ordered the avocado toast with smoked salmon and eggs. It was by far the most delicious breakfast I had enjoyed in awhile. It was so simple, but the combination was delicious. I haven't seen that on another breakfast menu in a long time. The avocado was perfectly ripe, the sourdough toast was great, the portion of smoked salmon was generous and the egg was cooked as requested - over easy. My husband ordered the iron man scrambler and was very disappointed. He said the flavour was good, but the portion was so small he knew he would be hungry in less than two hours (he wasn't wrong). While it is part of the healthy menu options, I would think that anything that has the name triathlete in it would be a larger portion packed with protein goodness to refuel. We felt the prices were fair and average for breakfast spots in Frisco. Overall great experience at Eggsquisite. We will definitely be returning, but next time my husband will be trying something else. read more

Holy Crap this place deserves all its glory! I checked yelp for reviews and saw a chorizo skillet that looked good, and it was the best skillet I have ever had! OMG, that is no lie! I Came here after staying in Frisco for a friends party. Also the coffee was fast, hot, and even though it was a busy Sunday morning they handled the wait like champs, and even our breakfast came out PERFECT! Anyone who has an issue with this place, literally can't be pleased or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed! They need to keep on doing what they're doing, because it's working 100%! You can check in Yelp ahead of time to "reserve" your spot in line (highly, highly appreciated). Service was fantastic, we were seated right away and the remainder of our experience was great. My daughter and I arrived on a Sunday after the rush. No wait time yippee. We shared a ham and cheese omelette, grits, and chocolate chip pancakes. So much food so we definitely were glad we shared. The food came out in minutes. Fasted service I've ever received anywhere. The omelette oh my , it was the best omelette I've ever had. So fluffy and delicious. My daughter loved the pancakes also said some of the best she has ever had. Out server was great very attentive and like I said quick. Restaurant was clean, especially considering it was a Sunday. Our bill came to $15.00 that's included the $5.00 tip we left. Best restaurant I've been to in a long time. When I'm in the area I will be coming back. We used the No-wait option which really helped. Once we arrived and checked in at the restaurant we were seated almost immediately. The menu is expansive, lots of items for every taste. I had the Waffle combo with chicken apple sausage links, crispy bacon, scrambled eggs and a gf waffle. All of the food was delicious and I was excited they had gluten free offerings (that were actually good). My dining partner had the meat lovers skillet with scrambled eggs and pancakes. The waitress could not hear us at all, she really tried, you cannot have any normal conversation at the table The amount of the food compare to the price is poor, my husband came home still hungry His food was not enough, bacon was not tasty, burned sausages and eggs didn't tast right To our teenage daughter we asked avocado toast without the salmon, I asked the waitress to explain her what else comes on it and she never mentioned bunch of green onions and onions that usually will not go with teenagers and of course asked her if she wants the salmon, again, after I asked without, but maybe she just couldn't hear me?? Have I mentioned how LOUD this place is? The avocado toast came pretty much avocadoless, a manager had to come check it out and offered to take it back to the kitchen and add avocados or bring some extra to us, we chose to get extra to the table while my daughter busy taking out all those onions out One thing I'll give them, is the coffee I ordered, I got a latte which was really good So my summary is, not such a great food in a nice package, you basically pay for the beautiful place, new and looks very clean but not getting much for your buck! We've now dined at this location 4 times due to the proximity to Baylor Frisco. The staff is friendly and masked. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The menu is large and the coffee is pretty good. The food is ok but not great. The skillets while served on plates are always fresh and hot. Hubby is a fan of the corned beef hash. The pancakes and French toast have been room temperature every time. If the eggs are not part of a mixed scramble or an omelet they tend to be cold and scrambled hard. DO NOT get the crab cake benedict. The poached egg is the only tasty on this dish. The crab cakes were all bread. Honestly, this dish should be removed from the menu. read more

We decided to try this restaurant for Sunday brunch. There was a 30 minute wait which we didn't mind at all. The food was just okay. My husband ordered pancakes and I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict. The food was just okay. The service was excellent, until I watched a waitress walk outside and pet a large dog. She then came back in and began serving coffee and food. She did NOT wash her hands. I was curious to see if she would was her hands after petting a large dog outside so I watched her the entire time when she walked back in. I was so thankful she wasn't my waitress and I looked for a manager to report her. But, due to the amount of people there, I could not find anyone appearing to be the manager. Everyone was moving fast, but that was such a disappointing sight to see. I just don't feel like I could truly trust this restaurant since that waitress did that.
