French dip with an au jus just as good as a stand alone onion soup

Very good food. Very noisy inside so will come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of their outdoor patio. Great cheesesteak egg rolls!

Came here for a family brunch. The food for very average and the waitstaff didn't seemed trained on the menu. We had four waitresses while eating and each one could not answer our questions. The vibe is nice and the restaurant itself is very clean.

Came for brunch with my girls on a Saturday morning. We got there right at opening and it was pretty empty as we sat there the customers were strolling in. The music was on point with old school joints. The unlimited brunch drinks were good and strong ! And I like that they don't force the whole table to do it. On the brunch menue we shared the deep fried French toast with Nutella Duce de lèche and caramelized corn flakes. It was delicious even though we got to it way after it was popping hot. I had the EGP grilled cheese which was good for 3 days afterwards for me. Sadly the fried green tomato was not a green tomato and I missed that crunchy part of the sandwich definitely shareable. My friend had the chicken and waffles which were well done and chicken was well flavored. Then lastly was the lobster Mac and cheese which was tripped with fried cornflakes. My friend raves it was creamy and full of lobster !! Overall it was a great brunch portions are huge !!! All can be shared.

We stumbled upon this restaurant through Yelp. We had just come out of church and we're looking for a new place to eat. The food was fabulous. The drinks were amazing and the service was superb (Maddie was wonderful). We will definitely return.

Food was good. Don't be fooled by the bottomless mimosas though. It's actually a 3-4 drink max, along with an attitude.

Food is great sometimes, but unfortunately not consistent. Different types of drinks. Eat is great for a casual place to eat.

We chose to sit at the bar, where our bartender, Michaela, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. She recommended the jerk chicken quesadilla and the blackened fish tacos, and both turned out to be excellent choices. Before ordering, we enjoyed their award-winning margaritas, which certainly lived up to the hype. Following Michaela's recommendations proved to be the right decision, as every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. As we finished our meal, we found ourselves unable to decide whether The Bungalow was "really very good" or "very really good." Either way, everything we tried was delicious. We look forward to returning soon to explore more of the menu. This is definitely a place worth visiting if you're looking for great food, creative flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great portion sizes but we didn't taste any of the flavor that was described on the dish. The jerk wasn't jerk at all, just sweet, the burrito had multiple things in it but taste like all one, and the loaded nachos were a fail. There was a pile of meat just thrown on the nachos and under was a bunch of burnt chips. The served tried to accommodate us and was helpful but everything just fell flat for us. The best thing on we had though was the tuna tartar That was actually our reason for making the trip and it didn't disappoint.

Roast beef was good, the roll tasted like it was store bought the day before and the au jus was a little on the bland side. French onion soup was just okay. I tasted a few bites of an eggs Benedict that someone else in my party ordered and that was very average as well. Home fries were a little dry and the hollandaise sauce was missing that "pop" I was looking for. The steak tidbits (which was sliced London broil) was alright but again, the hero bread it was served on tasted like it came out of a plastic bag from the grocery store and was possibly a day old (or more). The ambience of the restaurant was pretty cool and it had a rustic vibe to it. We had 2 waitresses and they were both very pleasant and attentive with drink refills and making sure we were taken care of. Overall, I left there somewhat underwhelmed. My 3 star rating is for the entire dining experience and if it wasn't for the really good service we received, I would rate them a little lower.

The food, however, was a bit of a mixed experience. The French onion soup was tasty on its own, but I was disappointed that it was topped with melted mozzarella instead of Gruyère cheese. Without the traditional Gruyère, it really feels more like onion soup than a classic French onion soup. The bread they bring to the table at the beginning was actually very good. Unfortunately, the fried calamari and the cauliflower crust pizza both tasted like frozen food you might buy at a supermarket. They reminded me of something from Trader Joe's rather than freshly made dishes. On the positive side, the Prosecco was excellent -- cold, bubbly, and exactly how it should be. Would I come back? Probably not. If the food tastes like frozen dishes, I could easily have that at home. That said, the total bill was around $60, so the price was reasonable and I can't be too upset about it. Was it worth trying? Yes. Would I return? Probably not -- but I'm glad I gave it a shot.

I knew Press 195 and am in love with their Bayside location. They have a solid menu including their notorious knish sandwiches and the amazing hand cut fries. This spot has one of my favorite fries, but what really does it for me is the dipping sauces. The garlic mayo and pineapple sesame are what you need to get when ordering their 3 sauce medley. Use the 3rd sauce to get something that works for you, but don't just fall back on the ketchup. These fries deserve more than that. As per our servers recommendation, I got the #2. It had turkey, Brie, roasted peppers and garlic mayo. It was the most amazing pressed sandwich. Shout out for some amazing ciabatta bread. My husband got the brisket knish sandwich, and he was comforted by the heavy meal. The kids meal was just a legit as out meals. Coming with apple slices which definitely scored points with Bubs. I also want to note that this place is also family friendly. Our server notified me of the family bathroom located in the back. What a good move and very much appreciated.

The owner and his wife are usually there working and they're both so warm and welcoming. They always take the time to stop by each table to say hello and make sure everyone's happy, which really adds a personal touch you don't find often anymore. The food is consistently amazing, one of my absolute favorites is the fried burrata with honey drizzle (trust me, it's a must-try!). The cheeseburger, pasta dishes, and chicken are all incredible -- everything I've had has been a solid 10/10. You can really tell they put care into every detail, from presentation to flavor.
