The only reason I can think of coming here is if you want to sit down and eat. If you are looking to get a dozen bagels to take out, Brandon Bagel a few blocks west of Einstein is a much better choice. Einstein does have a $6 baker's dozen special on Mondays, but I will still spend the extra $4 and go to Brandon Bagel since the quality is so much better. After coming for several months I am convinced this location is mismanaged. High employee turnover is evident. Once again they ran out of a certain bagel by 9am today. Drive thru line took 20 min literally. Poor training and poor execution ruin this great location. They have plenty of business but consistently poorly perform from an inventory, timeliness, friendliness perspective. Always hit or miss. Double check your to go orders always. read more

This morning I was leaving Brandon Hospital, and came upon Einsteins. I knew it would be dangerous for my diet but I needed to burn some time. I think everyone decided their carb loaded goodness would improve their soggy Tropical Storm Colin morning. I went to my go to Asiago bagel. I didn't even need shmear because their bagels are so soft and warm. My bagel melted in my mouth. It definitely brought a little sunshine to my morning. The staff was great and the store clean. They also have a drive thru but the line was wrapped around the building. I need to stay away from this place or I need to join a new run club! read more

The customer service is terrible here! There were 3 people in line while they waited on a lady who was ordering 3 cartons of bagels and wanted to pick each one out. I could see 4 other employees working behind the counter but no one stepped up to assist the other customers waiting in line. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, unfortunately this is not like Panera where they give you a side of cream cheese, they actually spread it all over the bagel. What can I say, you can't go wrong with a bagel from here! Now, the prices are a little bit higher than I would like, but quality keeps me coming! The sandwiches and salads are so yummy too and I have not been disappointed at all! The workers here are so nice and I like that even if they are busy (drive-thru), you get thorough it quickly and without any errors. I sure wish we had one in Wesley Chapel, as this would be my go-to place every morning!! The girl who started ringing me up had someone different make my order and then a diff person rig it up. So frustrating BC they forgot my drink so I had to have two separate charges. 6/24/2017 Saturday I once loved the Brandon Einstein store. Sadly I will not be returning nor will I continue to pay someone to make my sandwich wrong and these people think they should be paid $15.00 an hour. Bahahaaaaaaa! Their breakfast sandwiches are NOT cheap, try 5.99 just for ONE breakfast bagel sandwich. So, when I'm paying out that kind of money I expect EVERYTHING about my sandwich to be ON POINT! This place needs some sort of ordinance when it comes to a line. There are two lines that get formed because of the two entrances but it's not clear as to which line the people at the register want to serve. Employees here urgently need a food handling safety lesson in food allergies!! We came here for lunch while waiting for our car to be detailed next door at Florida Car Wash. My fiancé and I both ordered the Nova Lox bagel without onions and informed the staff that my fiancé has a deadly allergy to onions and showed them his Epi pen. We were assured that there wouldn't be any cross contamination, new paper to be put down on the cutting board, new knife and gloves changed. Bagels arrived at our table covered in fresh red onions!! Are you kidding me??!! What part of NO ONIONS FOOD ALLERGY is hard to understand??!! It was event noted on the order ticket and we watched the cashier tell the girls making the food not to use onions! I followed the food back to the counter and with their backs turned to me one girl just picked the onions off of our food and tried to send the order back out to us! NO!! These kids are going to send a customer to the hospital!! I sincerely hope management takes this review seriously! Please, please!! Train your employees about food handling safety!! Before a customer ends up going into anaphylactic shock in your establishment! Not sure I feel safe eating at this location. I'll have to watch them prepare our food. read more

Wait time is always long. Employees always rude. Long wait time. Out of almost every bagel all the time. Trash on floor. The drink counter is wet and drippy. Out of coffee. Place is dirty and disheveled. Staff not knwlowledgeable about current menu items. Suggested a menu item not on menu over a year and the another item which was not available. Waited over 8 minutes for service at the register before being acknowledged. So frustrating because the food is good. read more

My wife and I have visited this location many times. For quite a while, we stopped eating here because the service was spotty. Over the last year or so, there have been numerous management changes. We are aware of the tragic loss of their GM and we were hoping that the increased level of service would continue with the new GM. that didn't happen. Last Sunday we showed up around 1pm and they were almost out of bagels. We placed our order, paid and then waited....and waited.... and waited! Employees walked by us many times but no one thought it was odd that we were the only ones with no food! After 30 minutes, my wife went to the counter. The confused expressions told me that they lost our order. It was NOT that busy! 10 minutes later, an employee tried handing us a TO GO order as we told her we were leaving after they credited my card. She handed me cash and I asked her if she even read my receipt. She stated that she didn't notice! At that point I asked who the manager was. She stated that she was in charge of the store at that time. I DID tell her exactly what I thought of her management skills. She apologized and apparently thought our irritation was amusing because she kept smirking. I asked her remove herself and get someone else to get my credit. The only bright spot - BETH - who knew how to give me a credit with a sincere apology. Einstein needs to make sure they only put people in positions of authority who can handle it. We will not go back. When we did what we were supposed to, which is to pay for food and service, excuses aren't acceptable. We were approached by another customer and told that the current GM was as useless as the girl who blotched this. Poor management trickles down! read more

Because of a couple bad reviews on here I almost didn't go to Einstein bagel in Brandon. But I'm so glad that I did. I was amazed at how nice everybody was, the service was very friendly and they were very helpful. They asked for my order and I was still trying to make up my mind. I told her that I'd never been there before the girl behind the counter said to take my time and asked me if I had any questions. I ordered what I believe is called the farmhouse bagel which was amazing. I also got a six cheese bagel with plain cream cheese that was very good also. My order was to go and from the time that I walked in the door until the time I walked out was less than 10 minutes which for a place that's making your order after you order it and it's not sitting under a heat lamp waiting on you, that's really pretty good. Maybe this place deserved bad reviews in the past but I have to say that on my first visit the food was extremely good the service was great and I will be back. read more

I love the bagels and coffee here but I was recently treated horribly here. The cashier at the window was acting like customers were annoying just because it was busy. It was Mother's Day so she should have expected it to be busy and still treated customers nicely. In those businesses, employees should learn how to happily work fast. I have experience with being a cashier and having to help long lines but I remained positive because my issues were not the customers fault! read more

We go to this Einstein Bros restaurant all the time and find the restaurant to be very friendly. An occasional slip up may happen but that is not typical. The food is what you expect at Einstein. read more

The bagels here were nice. The location is decent. The main reason for only three stars is because my hubby n I had to wait at least 3-5 minutes before anyone even came to the front to take our order. We were the only customers there at the time. When we arrived, they didn't have anyone manning the front, so we went unnoticed. Regardless, that's obviously bad business. We may go here again, but definitely NOT when we are pressed for time. read more
