The service was slow, but that's okay. The food on the other hand... it's the third time this week they've ruined something about my order. My drink was not even 3/4 full, and this is what my 'bagel' looks like now if you can still call it that Btw it's definitely not the first or third or even fifth bad experience it's most times I go here. (The bagel was supposed to have cream cheese too but they forgot or smth)

Me and my partner were on the beginning of our long drive to a hike and decided to get breakfast at this location. We reordered our last order on the app and came to pick it up. I went in to pick up, staff were nice and attentive. However, it wasn't until we were on the highway that we opened our bag to both of our bagels completely lacking cream cheese at all. We ended up having to stop at a nearby store and BUY cream cheese for the bagels. If you order at this location CHECK THE ORDER. Completely sucked and made us late for our day trip. Big sad.

I've had it with this location. 8 employees, not even busy, waited 33min for a bagel sandwich that ended up burnt. Terrible!

Terrible service....waited 23 minutes for 2 Farmhouse sandwiches and neither one was cooked. Too many untrained kids fumbling around with no direction.

This is a good coffee option in Castle Rock besides the usual choices available. This Einstein location is in a small strip plaza behind the Maverik gas station on Limelight Avenue. They have a drive thru as well. The young man who took my order on a recent visit was very personable. I appreciated his level of customer service. On another recent visit, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I had the Texas Brisket Egg Breakfast Sandwich. It was good! I would order it again. Lastly, I like Einstein Bros. Coffee. The Vanilla Hazelnut and Dark Roast are favorites of mine. Again, another great coffee options besides the usuals. I will return here again!

I've been eating at Einstein's at least three times a week for years. By far this one has the worst customer service. Amazed how bad!

The staff was great and the food was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather (other than the wasps that found our table). I had the corned beef hash skillet and it was delicious. My other cousin got the avocado toast and she said it was the best she's had. Everything was fresh and delicious. I hope to be back soon to try more items from the menu.

The marble is beautiful. It's a historical building and has a pretty cool story behind it. Just ask your server for the pamphlet. We got items off the seasonal menu. I had the strawberry waffle which was absolutely delicious! My bf got the Irish skillet which had corned beef. It was pretty good and came with hollandaise on the side. While we were there we kept seeing these giant cinnamon rolls come out of the kitchen. We joked that we would come back the next day for one but that's actually exactly what we did. Cinnamon roll was AMAZING. My bf could not stop going back for more bites even after he was stuffed. He also devoured the country skillet which he very much enjoyed. I got the old fashioned plate with the English muffins. Some diners have low quality coffee but this place has a good roast. They'll even offer you a cup to go which is nice. I'm definitely be back.

We stopped in for brunch and everything we ordered was really good, but the Breakfast Hangover Burger completely stole the show for me. A burger topped with smoked ham, an over easy egg, avocado, American cheese, jalapeños, fried onion straws, and sriracha aioli sounds like someone lost a bet and just kept adding ingredients. Somehow it all works perfectly. We also ordered the Monte Cristo, which was crispy, cheesy, and exactly what I want when I order a Monte Cristo. Another highlight weee the donuts. Fresh, hot, and perfect for sharing. The service was great, the food came out quickly, and the whole experience was just really enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip.

As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. As the Benedict my wife loved is no longer on the menu, she had the avocado toast with eggs. She added a large size of the breakfast potatoes and was glad she did. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.

She was given a table near the S. patio exit right next to the double doors (Literally the table straddled one of the patio doors). As I pulled into the parking lot of Savina exactly 4: 20, I called my friend to let her know I'd arrived. She stated she would meet me outside. As my friend exited to meet me in the parking lot, she told both a server and the Host at the front desk that she would return shortly. Upon re-entering there were approximately 3 or 4 employees at the front host desk. NOT one of them acknowledged our entering, NO 'hello, can we help you, or friendly smile', although, they chatted amongst themselves as they kept their eyes on their respective cell phones. As we made ourselves back to our table the view was breathtaking. Both my friend and I proceeded outside to wonder the 360-degree view, spectacular. Finally, we returned to the table after a few pics, within a 10min window of having met me out front. I didn't really pay attention to the location of our table except when I tried to squeeze myself between the other table where two elderly women were seated. I excused myself as I attempted to get comfortable, to my surprise they acknowledge, and yet ignored me. I politely mentioned how crowded it was for me to accommodate myself. My plea fell on DEAF ears as they snubbed me (in their defense -both were blue haired possibly hard of hearing or just rude). Therefore, I sat on the same side of the rectangular table, as I could not sit comfortably opposite my girl. As we sipped our water several servers passed us, we had a few chips and salsa at the table while sitting patiently. Within the 5-7 minutes, I attempted to get anyone of the servers' attention, the dining-area was steady but not crazy. At which I again wondered why we were seated in such a poor spot (both our chairs clearly blocked the pathway to the outside) somewhat an emergency or fire hazard. I scanned the dining area, and more than half the dining patio tables were empty. I finally got a young waiter's attention and asked if we could order a drink or move to another spot, perhaps the bar itself. As I spoke a young lady-server approached. She stated that she was our server, then stated "I thought you left", I didn't think you were coming back". Not offering to serve us, but surprised we were back- 'NO apology or 'what may I bring or help you with?' I asked again, would it be possible to get another table, or better yet sit at the bar. We were told that the inside bar was available but NO offer to help accomodate. I offered to pay for the chips and salsa... Young lady stated, NO Charge, I placed $5.00 on the table anyhow. As we made our way toward the bar, the server did not offer to help carry our water, chips or salsa to the table. By this time, it was closer to 5pm and the actual bar was crowded with no seats available... Yet again NO server to offer us another place to be seated. I would've thought she would have followed us to help or communicate our predicament to the host or other servers in the bar area. Frustrated, thirsty and hungry, we found ourselves in the parking lot deciding where else we might choose to dine. I'm writing this to express just how indifferent the staff was upon entering and leaving your establishment. I say this because as we walked out... AGAIN, NOT a single host, waiter employee at the front desk said, 'goodbye, thank you, see you soon', how was everything?' I currently work for HCA medical in Englewood and was given the recommendation to dine here by my director. I've worked in both food and beverage and the Hospitality field for over 40 years, currently as a hospital administrator. I was truly looking forward to seeing my friend and enjoying my Birthday meal. The few chips and bit of salsa were tasty. Hell, you can get good chips and salsa at 90 percent of the Spanish or Mexican restaurants in Colorado! Yet, POOR service is what shuts down 90 percent of restaurants. Not sure I will give Savina in Castle Pines a second chance, possibly give Denver's location a try. PS. I returned to my vehicle having left it in the parking lot... I needed the men's bathroom; I purposely went into Savina, finding NO one at the front desk. However, on my way out from using the facilities, one of the young hosts called out 'goodbye'. This 2 hours after dining at Los Dos Potrillos up the road. (Which was Wonderful, service, food and tequila)! My wife and I each started with a glass of wine, and then even though we hadn't planned to get an appetizer, we decided to order a side of bread with oil. The bread was amazing! It was a large order, and both the consistency and flavor were fantastic. There were a few different dishes I was considering, including the halibut, but since this was our first visit, I decided to go with the chicken Marsala, which many on here have raved about. First, it was a big portion with two large chicken breasts. On a future visit, my wife and I could split an appetizer or salad and then one order of the chicken. Next, flavor of everything was wonderful. Unlike a typical Marsala, which can be very heavy and overpowering, this sauce was lighter...in color, consistency, and taste. It was a perfect compliment to the chicken. Asparagus and potatoes were delicious too. My wife got the ravioli with pesto, and she really enjoyed her dish as well. Service was warm, pleasant, there when we needed it, but not overpowering, exactly what you'd hope for and expect from a restaurant of this stature. Very happy we finally got here. We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

I don't know where "reviewer" Keven went four months ago, but both interior & exterior looked brand new, so his references about shabby furniture are confounding. What he described simply didn't exist. The waitstaff was attentive and polite, and each course arrived within a reasonable time. As for the food, it was excellent. We had an appetizer of baked Brie and prosciutto, that was served with a spicy peach reduction meant to be spread on the toast quarters that accompanied the dish. The pastas were all fresh and prepared al dente, which is the correct way to prepare pasta, and there were a variety of sauces available for those who might want to change up the menu selections. I have absolutely no idea what these folks were talking about when they mentioned specifics available on the menu that they found wanting. Reading their criticisms, It was like they went to a different establishment. Whatever the disconnect, there is no question that Danielle's is a cut above most restaurants and well worth the extra price. If one wants food that tastes like the old country, then one has to pay a bit more for the experience when here in the US.
