I have never experienced such rude service before in my entire life. The guy taking our order (he was a brunette and had a mustache and was a younger guy) yelled at us at the window because they forgot to put bacon in our sandwich that we ordered at drive through. He yelled "I JUST ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED BACON" in an incredibly RUDE tone. My boyfriend and I were taken aback. We reported this to the manager Candice and instead of apologizing for how rude his tone was, she defended him and said "ok I'll talk to him about his tone". Terrible service. I am a regular customer and typically place the same order every weekend. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I ordered a dozen bagels, and the receipt clearly indicated they were to be sliced. When I got home, they were not sliced. (One bagel was sliced the rest were not) Because the bagels were still warm, it was not practical to slice them myself, so I called the store to ask if I could bring them back to have them sliced. I was told no, and no exchange or solution was offered. I really enjoy their variety of bagel and shmears! The sandwiches can be good, but not always consistent in quality. I recently ordered the Farmhouse and there was no bacon on it and less shmear than I am use to/prefer. I also tried their twice baked hash brown and it was lacking flavor and overcooked. I do enjoy their vanilla hazelnut iced coffee! Service tends to be quick and friendly. Plenty of indoor space to gather, some outside patio tables. Very chaotic parking lot shared with Starbucks. I was unaware that when asking for "heavy cream cheese" I'd be charged an extra $1.99. I've been coming here for over 2 years and feel like the cc is always minimal, so it finally occurred to me to ask for... Not minimal! When I discovered that my sandwich was going to have a 25% upcharge, I asked to have the regular amount, but am guessing the sandwich was made...because when I looked on my drive home- ALL of the cream cheese had been scraped off- COMPLETELY. Worse, my $9 sandwich was missing the lox. So I drove back to the drive thru, told the women who I believe is the owner- and she got mad at me, saying that she made the sandwich herself. She said she'd remake (but was in no way nice). Honestly, as I waited in line I thought if this person is going to scrape off every bit of cream cheese and leave off the lox on my expensive sandwich because I changed my mind on paying and extra $2, then Im not comfortable with what she was going to give me next. At the window I let her know that I would just prefer a refund, cash or card- whichever was easiest. The worst thing that I did was not saying "thank you" (because i was feeling frustrated about this whole experience), I didn't want to say anything negative, just wanted to move on. After I collected the refund, she leaned out the window and yelled "AND DON'T EVER COME BACK". I would have left it all alone had it not been for that last part. To the owner- I too was feeling frustrated by the whole situation. Even then, I'd still have probably given you my repeat business in the future, because I understand that people have bad days (maybe we both were having one). I won't be back, my company's regular group orders won't be back either. My first visit. Overall it was pretty good. Lived the bagels. The ingredients weren't great or plentiful on the veggie, but it was tasty. (See pic.) The chorizo breakfast one was delicious. The all bigger wasn't good. The American cheese didn't mix well with the dressing. They didn't have cage free eggs or any meat alternatives if that's important to you - it is to me. Walked back to drive thru window after they forgot tomatoes on " a bagel w cream cheese and tomatoes" to ask for paid for tomatoes and she said I can't give them to you through window you will have to come in. Hubby and I were traveling through with a stop in Nashville for a handful of days, we went to another local breakfast joint one day and ended up here for the next Five. Loved our breakfast sandwiches. Every. Darn. Day. I wish we had this bagel joint close to my home and HIGHLY encourage them to come North. Just another Bagel shop. Nothing special but still worth trying if you're in the area. The Bagels were soft but had a great taste. The workers were the only thing that made me want to write a review. They were some of nicest workers I've had. Our food was given to us just a minute after we ordered. They seemed to be over staffed because there were about 6 workers and around 4 customers at most times. I think the drive thru is the best way to get your bagel and leave because the inside of the shop is nothing to write home about, with uncomfortable chairs and all other parts seeking a remodel. They have been awesome through this political response to the COVID-19 issue. They have opened as soon as they could and served their customers as well as they did before this whole crazy thing started! I really appreciate that as there are some restaurants that I probably won't go back to after they have treated all their customers as though they are sick disgusting animals due to their radical left approach to an easily manageable issue that we are all experiencing together. The bagels are also awesome. They are not too chewy and seem to be cooked just right. They have a great selection of cream cheeses and are usually very generous about cramming it on the bagel. We love the food but the service and management are terrible. They conveniently set their menu on UberEats to "lunch only" so they don't have to take orders but they won't get penalized by Uber. It always happens on the weekend and has been this way for months. They say it's a technical issue but it's obvious they're busy and they don't want to deal with it. I have come several times early in the morning before work, and every time I have been greeted with the biggest smiles! I don't typically write reviews, but had to give this location 1 star. I'll spare you all the details, but to sum it up: Extremely rude manager (I assume), blonde lady with glasses. Just trying to go out and enjoy a nice bagel and have to encounter this horribly rude, negative, condescending, unpleasant woman. Why be in customer service if you clearly hate people? Won't be back to this location. There is another Einstein's about 10 minutes away and I'd recommend that one because the bagels are delicious and the people there are friendly. But watch out for this location here unless you want to encounter Cruella Deville and have your morning ruined. Especially if they happen to get your order wrong and you drive all the way around the drive thru and wait in line again and ask for it to be corrected. Multiple mistakes on a very simple order and RUDE service. We ordered an everything bagel and an onion bagel with cream cheese. I asked if I could have enough tomato's on it to go on both sides. The said no problem. We got a plain bagel and an onion bagel with cream cheese but no tomatoes instead. We drove ahead just enough to be out of the drive though so I just hopped out and went back to the window to ask for my tomato's that they forgot. The girl at the window told me she couldn't pass me the tomato slices through the drive though because I wasn't in my car. I said we were in a hurry and if she could please just pass me the tomato's. She said no. She then said she could give them to me if I came in or if my husband drove me back around the drive though. By this time there were cars lining up. Frustrated, I walked all the way around the building, into the shop where she then gave me two very thin slices of pathetic looking tomato's. Every-time I have visited one of their stores I have found them consistently great. Not water bagels, but darn good. Their coffee is among the best I've enjoyed - especially the decaf. On this visit I had a monstrous bagel sandwich. It was served on a sesame bagel with lox, cream cheese, capers, onions and tomato. It was a total meal in itself. Staff was friendly and cheerful.
