Turkey sausage and cheddar egg sandwich on a pretzel bagel with hash browns.
Christina L.

I ordered a turkey sausage with cheddar cheese and eggs on a pretzel bagel. Which sounds so basic, but it was delicious. I also added a hash brown, which was my first time having it. The service was awesome, the server was able to help me pick a sandwich, and she also gave me her suggestion. The sandwich was savory and salty. The hash browns gave me cheesy potato vibes. It was so yummy. I would definitely go back to try other menu items.

Hot, fresh and ready to pour, even after lunch!!!!

Not as good as the Libertyville location in my opinion, but still a good option when I'm in the Gurnee area. Good customer service.

Asiago and poppy seed bagel

Hmmmm the smell of fresh bagels! The boyfriend and I used to stop by during Sunday mornings for a bagel sandwich. Our favorite is the asiago bagel. It has always been deliciously made without fail. The employees who work there are pretty friendly as well. Couple months ago they started advertising a new bagel called "asiago bagel dog" Looked super yummy but i thought the price was kinda pricey. I finally got a chance to stop by the store and thought i would order one, they were so small! For the price, i decided to skip it and stick with a bakers dozen. I've been getting the bakers dozen for a few months now. (you can find $3 OFF coupons in the mail) Their bagels are so much better than grocery store brought ones, in my opinion. I usually ask for a few freezer bags so i can stick bags full of bagels in my freezer. Anyways, my number one bagel pick would be Asiago. They dont skimp on the cheese and when toasted it's deliciously cheesy. Their everything, poppyseed and cinnamon raisin is good as well. I do recommend pairing it with their Almond Honey Smear!

My two favorite things here: nova lox & bagel on a toasted green chili bagel and a cinnamon walnut strudel

They've gotten the message and improved customer service over the past few months. It's no matter, really, because I love their green chili specialty bagels with the nova lox, cream cheese, tomato, capers and onions. Sinfully delicious and a great value. I'm back often. I also like the cinnamon walnut strudel. Since Caribou closed next door, I'm trying their coffee and enjoying it pretty well. The bagels are absolutely delicious and fresh. Look for special coupons or in-store deals to get a bakers dozen bagels and 2 shmears for about $10.

This Einstein Bros was very dirty. The ground was gross, the tables were gross, even the little containers they keep the forks in were gross. Ordering took a good 15 minutes, staff had a lot of difficulty with the cash register, and they were out of fruit and mac n cheese and at least 6 different types of bagels. This was my first time visiting an Einstein Bros... I ordered take out but planned to eat inside, but ended up leaving to eat at home because I just felt gross sitting in there.

"Everything" thin bagel. Almost too much topping!
Mad I.

Would be 5 stars but my bagel with cream cheese shouldn't be hovering near $5 in my world ;-P Love the Salmon spread, soooo good! This place is clean and efficient, probably even busier now that caribou closed down next door.

Super nice and friendly staff. (The one girl helped me pick what she though was the best) Great tasting and healthy food. Expect to spend at least $9+change for a sandwhich and drink.

No signs to tell one where to line up.

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. She chose it because it brings her warm memories…read more We were thankful because CB didn't change anything like was planned last year. The food is still delicious! I always get breakfast and this time I ordered the Grandma plate, which was awesome. You can see my pictures below. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because our server was unusually sassy and we could tell she was using a passive aggressive tone to share her displeasure of us asking questions. We still tipped, but not our usual. The kids all bought toys from the store and we left with great memories! The vibe is comfortable and we will be back. It's the closest one to our house... 45 min away.

First, I don't know how many times we circled around to find the entrance until we realized we have to go through the gift shop to get in. Second, the menu was very limited. There wasn't really anything appetizing but since we're already there, we just ordered whatever from the menu. We got two steak entrees, a fish and fries, another item I can't remember. Yeah that's how bad the experience was. As expected, nobody enjoyed it. No one finished any of the entrees. There's no condiments available in the tables. I wanted catsup for my friends but we didn't know where the server was. There was only one other customer in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at all. We spent over $100 here for a meal we didn't enjoy. Never again.....

Ube pancake with the ube butter and coconut jelly was made just right. The Galbi topsilog was good. Very rich marinade, not what I like, but on this plate with the garlic rice it works. Drinks were good, the Ube matcha was good on sweetness and the Calamansi lemonade was on point. Customer service was very good, the guy behind the counter saw us looking at the menu and asked if we'd like to hear about the specials... and they checked on us although at the table even though it felt more like a self serve style diner. Came on a Thursday after lunch and it wasn't too busy. Ordered the Tocilog - which is sweet pork with a side of garlic fried rice, and an egg cooked any way you like. Also came with a side of noodles (pancit). Since I was here, decided to order some calamansi wings to go. And of course an ube milk tea. I really enjoyed my meal. The Tocino was a little different from what I'm used to. I'm used to a slab of pork pan fried with the fat fried to a slight crunch lol. I'm also used to tocino being red in color. I guess the tocino here is a little more leaner and no artificial colors - which works for me as I'm kinda allergic to red dye. But it tasted good, very flavorful. Loved the garlic rice as well. Pancit noodles were okay - could have used a little more seasoning but I could dig it Calamansi wings were low key fire. The crisp of the wings were perfection and the meat was not tough - still nice and juicy. I would get these again. They did have other flavors available that I need to come and try as well such as adobo and salt & pepper. Servers were nice and food came out pretty fast.
