I went and got two bagels, specifically told them what to put on and what to leave off. The receipt even showed exactly what I ordered. I got home, and both bagels had completely different ingredients than what I ordered. I called, and the owner answered the phone and was super rude--didn't even apologize or anything. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.

Honestly the audacity companies have to advertise their food one way and it is less than pictured. I got an avocado, egg-white and spinach bagel. I got 3 leaves of spinach and unlike the photo with slices of fresh avocado I got maybe a spoonful of mushy avocado slather.

The owner/manager here is the best! I call in orders for 40 people and he has it ready right on time and carries it to my car! He is the best! Food is so delicious- we love the All Nighter.

Good sandwich choices, NO BAGELS here though - just a plain bread roll with some toppings (Asiago cheese, Jalapeños etc).

This place has elevated slow and ambivalent service to an art. Bagels are fine. Sandwiches not so much.

So I normally get the same thing every time because it is amazing (nova lox), but I decided to try something a little healthier this morning.

But, they have outside seating, so we took advantage of that. We ordered an assortment of baked goods: homemade pop tarts, a savory bacon and cheese scone, olive oil and lemon cake with vanilla icing, and a cheese danish. Service was great. There was a short line and we were waited on by a friendly and attentive staff member. The inside of the store is packed with food, drinks, and baked goods. There are also frozen ice cream sandwiches which are served inside of macarons. There is a wall of drinks and large counters of baked goods. We loved our cakes, scones, pop tarts, and danish. Each was delicious in its own right and flaky golden brown. The flavors popped and we had a hard time leaving some to bring home. This is a definite must try cafe. I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Preston's Cafe.

We visited because of all the amazing reviews. Thank you to the patrons!…read moreThe vibe is amazing. Families, couples, kids all enjoying brunch. Chatter and laughter all around. The service was excellent. Very friendly bunch. As per the suggestions in the reviews, we tried the banana bread which comes with strawberry compote and whipped cream. It was delicious. We also ordered the iced coffee and espresso. Our only regret was, we didn't have our kid with us. They would've enjoyed the visit too. Hope to return with them some day.

The tables are pretty close together & isn't as spacious. It's normally crowded during the weekend. When we got there we weren't sure if we had to wait to get seated or just grab a seat. Since no one acknowledged us, we just grab a seat at an empty table. After we sat down, someone came & gave us a menu. I got the egg benedict with bacon. It was unique that it came with sourdough instead of english muffin. Overall the egg benedict was alright. The sourdough gave the dish a sour taste. I didn't like the salad that it came with & some of the leaves weren't fresh. For my drink, I got the aussie iced coffee & it's nothing special. It's pretty much an affogato & tasted just like milk. I also tried the T.A.G big breaky. It wasn't as big as I would expected & it was a little overpriced for the amount you get. The sausage was very dry & overcooked, but everything else was good.
