Located in the Fontainebleau food hall on the 2nd floor, El Bagel opens for we early birds (and you late birds?) at 7am. And if you get there before 8, as we did, there's no line and bagels are fresh. Service was meh, but it's just an order at the counter. Prices are Vegas, but breakfast for 2 for $35 is not bad here. For some reason--I blame Sawdelle's--I always have to have a bagel and lox when in Vegas, so I've become something of an aficionado. I have to say, El Bagel's version rated 5 stars--everything bagel was perfect, salmon was more like sushi grade than chewy, capers, thin spread of cream cheese, cucumbers tomato, pickled onion and the fresh dill on the top was the touch! Fresh, well balanced and delish!!! $20 The hubs got the bacon breakfast sando and when he saw mine, he said, "why don't I just order what you order?" It was fine, but not enough i fs (doesn't look like the photo at all). No tap water and a bottle of water is $8, so BYOH2O. Their Pastrami Classic on an Everything Bagel is a heavy hitter that manages to be both indulgent and perfectly balanced. This was definitely the best everything bagel I have had! I came here for a morning meeting a few weeks ago since a colleague was in town and staying on property. This bagel spot is located in the food hall and is very spacious and clean. Very expensive but it's standard for anything on the strip. Will the bagels blow you away? Most likely not, but they are good bagels. They are hand rolled and fresh. I chose some scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel and it was tasty. I also ordered a hazelnut latte that was pretty good. It had a fried egg, plain cream cheese, guava marmalade and potato sticks, all sandwiched in a plain bagel. The potato sticks reminded me of the Pik-Nik brand that I used to snack on as a child. The mixture of sweet and salty works! It was a good brunch with my boyfriend, who ordered the Lox Supreme. It's served open face and was what I expected out of a lox. Appreciated the thick layer of cream cheese, which wasn't as thick in my King Guava. We came here in mid-November on our last day in Vegas. It was busy for a Tuesday at 11 a.m. Seemed like the food court in general was busy with folks attending a conference in town. My wife & I ate bagels here two days in a row while staying at Fontainebleau back on October 3-4, 2025. Since the line to order was quite long, we used mobile ordering. It was quite easy to use and the QR codes are easily found around the areas in front of the shop. We both agreed that these bagels are some of the very best bagels we've ever had. They seriously rival the bagels we had earlier in the year when we visited New York City! The bagels were perfectly toasted, and the textures were chewy, fluffy, and not dry. So these were some of the best bagels I have had and I am from NYC! And NYC is known to have amazing bagels. These were top 3 for me!! I had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich both mornings I was in town. WOW delicious! Best place to go for breakfast if you are in this hotel as it is located in the FONTAINEBLEAU resort. Some of the nicest people work here too. It can get busy and be a bit slow so either go early or have patience. I really, really want to love this place, but it just doesn't quite hit the mark compared to the amazing bagel sandwiches you find in NYC on nearly every corner. Last year I tried the BLT which was getting rave reviews online due to what was being described as a tomato jam instead of the typical fresh tomato slices, but I was let down when my sandwich came out with slightly roasted tomatoes and tough bacon that was hard to chew through. They must have changed the way they prepare the BLT because it was nothing like what was described by others. This time I stayed with my typical bagel shop order, the SEC on a sesame bagel. My pet peeve here is that the sausage patty is smaller than the bagel and a bit thick so it basically falls out when you go to bite down on the bagel which leads me to my second issue: the outside of the bagel is unnaturally crisp instead of chewy like it should be. It's just the most odd texture and I have no idea how they manage to do that. Overall I think everything is just off and as much as I typically enjoy a bagel sandwich, the way they do it at el bagel just doesn't cut it for me. read more

Pricey, but worth it! The lox supreme is extremely bright and fresh with lots of salmon on top. The pickled onions and cucumbers add a great crunch and slight acidic punch. The BLT is also delicious - a great option for a lighter breakfast with the fresh lettuce and tomato and the amazing creamy avocado aioli. A semi sweet brekky harmony, I wished I tasted the guava more. Lox Supreme (5/5) was refreshing with pickled cucumbers and onions paired with the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and capers. A classic rendition of the lox bagel, done well. I usually don't have high expectations from any food court establishment BUT was pleasantly surprised with El Bagel. We were not staying at the Fountainbleu, but wanted a great breakfast, so we took a cab. If I was just basing this review on the lox supreme, this would be a five star review. Not only was that bagel delicious it was artfully created, too. (Lox Sandwich $18) Unfortunately, the pastrami, egg, and cheese bagel left a lot to be desired. The pastrami tasted delicious, but was a very small amount. The cheese was not melted at all. When I asked if they could melt the cheese, they looked at me like I was asking too much and said that is how it is. Based on that, I would not order that again. That sandwich was $19 with the upcharge. This restaurant is located in the promenade. Loved the cute decor, but would try another option for breakfast next time.
