Egg white, bacons and a half a slice of cheddar cheese that tasted like plastic.

I paid for 2 bacon egg and cheese and only got bacon on one of them. The employees at the Greentree PA location are rude, ignorant, and nasty. I called and asked them to add mayonnaise to my sandwich and she said it would cost extra but I can give you some mayonnaise packets for free which doesn't make any sense. So the store buys mayonnaise packets and gives them for free, but I can't get mayonnaise put on my sandwich that they have on the expo line? I will never order from this location again. The portion was small. Hardly any cheese. Didn't taste fresh. From now on I will buy everything myself and make it at home. Save your money folks. Don't support a business that isn't accommodating to their customers and that are just there for a paycheck. Everyone is lazy, and no one takes pride in their work anymore, and that's a disgrace. If you don't want to do your job, STAY HOME! The restaurant inside needs a complete makeover. It's very outdated.

Sub par bagel, terrible whipped cream cheese.

They have really gone down hill quality wise, while their prices have gone up. I used to come here at least once a week and now maybe once or twice a year.. Spinach bagel with cream cheese and a small iced coffee drink and it was over $13.00. The cream cheese (chive) was some type of whipped formula that was rather bland, and was like eating uh sweetened Cool Whip. My favorite bagel is no longer made (pesto) and they were out of 3 varieties at 10:00 am. They no longer have potato salad as an option and their bakery products are almost non existent compared to what they once had. Really a shame to lose a place I once enjoyed going to. Mediocre food, poor selection and overpriced.

These guys are awesome. Seriously. There's no better way to say it! They're friendly and wonderfully efficient. When one employee is taking your order, one or two others are already getting started on it so that you can get it as quickly as possible. They're one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here. They do great with the food too! I usually get a hot chocolate in the morning (super mature, I know), and they always make it nice and rich. They don't skimp! Even the toasted bagels are given a nice thick topping of shmear. It's fun enjoying these goodies in the neat, tidy dining area. It's very well taken care of for the most part, though though are times when it's noticeably dirty and could use a bit of care. Other than that, I love coming here!

Haven't been here for years and was surprised how empty it was on a weekday morning. The woman behind the counter was cheerful and knew her menu well. I ended up with a toasted chocolate chip bagel and it was very good. Their coffee is also good. All in all, good bagel and nice atmosphere.

A sad bagel sandwich tale. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers there and the two behind the counter working were pretty distracted with each other. It was a super young man and woman. This was only my second time at an Einstein Bros. and most likely my last. My partner and I each got a sandwich. There was a lot of miscommunication and both sandwiches turned out to be wrong. Mine was still wrong after getting it remade, but I just ate it. The worst was the sandwich itself, aside from it's wrong items. Good grief. Look at it? The egg whites aren't even a patty. It was put together horribly sloppy, one side of the bagel wasn't cut through and it was completely cold. All I did was walk it from the store into the car. I've gotten more appetizing breakfast sandwiches at gas stations. (Oh, and that's supposed to be a thin bagel, but as you can see, it is not.) I'm giving it 2, instead of 1, stars because stuff seemed rather fresh, but it was such an unsatisfying experience. And no one even apologized for the issue, which for me, is an automatic thumbs down. We all make mistakes but how it's handled can make all the difference.

Order was quick. The food was hot and made to order. I had an iced chai late. It was okay. My boyfriend has a caramel macchiato. He said it was okay also. He threw it away and didn't finish it. I would get some bagel to go for home next time

Love the bagels here! Got the spinach bagel with vegetable cream cheese and it was delicious. The service we had when we went was not that great. The cashier didn't seem too happy. But the bagels made up for it!

I was a little surprised to see the rating so low at only 2.5 stars. The bagels are good. I stopped in here for lunch and we were served quickly. The veg out was tasty, perhaps could have used a little more flavor but I enjoyed it. The avocado toast was also very flavorful avocado was fresh. I'd get both again. The girl working the counter did not know the answer when I asked if they had decaf iced tea. However, I have low expectations for that sort of thing when coming to places such as this. Not sure about that cleanliness of the bathrooms. Would certainly come back and would try other locations as well.

General Manager Sharon and Assistant Manager Kelsey were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed excited to help. The owner Len was EXTREMELY responsive to my email & text inquiries (which honestly is rare these days.) As a small business owner myself, I notice and appreciate that kind of effort immediately!! This place is absolutely underrated. Between the amazing staff, the aesthetic Instagram/TikTok worthy storefront, and food & drinks that are ACTUALLY delicious (because sometimes places only nail one or the other ), they've got the full package! Plenty of seating inside & out. clean bathrooms, self-service kiosks but they also have a register if you are lazy like me. Parking can be a little challenging, but there are several nearby garages that make it manageable. 10/10 experience. So grateful we got the chance to try smashed waffles. I ordered a coffee, a savory waffle, and a sweet waffle, and everything was delicious. I especially loved the glaze on the cereal killer waffle and the "secret sauce" served with their savory waffles. The cinnamon roll coffee I ordered was also fantastic and a very smooth and sweet drink. Everything was fantastic, and the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I didn't want biscuits or an Egg Sandwich, so I chose this cafe because it had the most menu options to choose from. Also, the location was close enough to our hotel, without driving too far, which was perfect. Although the space is small, this cafe has a lot of charm. It was vibrant and full of energy, and the staff was attentive, ensuring our visit was comfortable and orderly. I'm so happy that my husband & I visited around 9am, because we were seated right away. We came hungry, so we quickly placed our orders, and the food arrived shortly after. The food was excellent. We both ordered the Spicy Chicken Omelette and it was very good. The chicken was flavorful and cooked well. It wasn't spicy at all. Even the breakfast potatoes were crispy and lightly seasoned. And our beverage, two Peach Palmers, was lightly sweetened and refreshing. This cafe is a good place to visit if you're in the area. Plenty of street parking, quick and efficient service, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

We stopped by this location of Pamela's and instantly, I felt like I was transported into a retro 50s/60s diner. The multi-colored walls are decorated heavily with old-school board games. There's a veil of grease in the air that screamed the classic diner experience. SAUSAGE & CHEESE OMELETTE + Lyonnaise potatoes (side) + whole wheat bread (toast) The sausage & cheese (we asked for Swiss instead of American) omelette itself wasn't anything worth raving about as it was pretty typical. However, the Lyonnaise potatoes were phenomenal. It's that in between "hash and mash" texture, and it was seasoned incredibly well. The potatoes were definitely the highlight here, and the omelette was good protein, I guess. Definitely forgot about the whole wheat bread. BLUEBERRY HOTCAKES Soft, crepe-like wrap (a bit thicker than crepe but thiner than pancake) wrapped around blueberries and whipped cream. This was not too sweet and quire savory. They're known for their hotcakes at Pamela's and I can see why. I don't remember the individual pricing for each, but both were under $25 total. Definitely great tasting food for a phenomenal price. I highly recommend!

I've been a regular there since I moved in nearby, and from the start it was obvious that the people who work there sincerely care about making the experience nice. I've always been greeted with a smile, even during hectic weekend hours when the whole place is packed with a line out the door-- and even on the most full-house days, I've never been made to feel rushed. More than that, I always get the same thing there (I'm just a creature of habit-- every bite I've ever stolen from a friend's plate has also been delectable). The staff have picked up on this and will offer to get me "my usual" when I visit; it makes me feel valued and noticed, and they'll often use the time I would've spent ordering making conversation, asking about my day or the book I'm reading. I've never been to a place with such genuinely friendly staff, and I feel so lucky to live so close! Summed up: I never leave Cafe Moulin without a full stomach and a smile.
