I dig this place... A lot, but mostly for their coffee. I needed a quick bite to eat the other day. Somewhere I could sit and feed my little monster too. When we walked in, I was greeted politely by one of the employees. He helped me make a selection since I had never been there. Decent pricing. yadayadayada. I got a regular coffee and the mushroom, spinach, and swiss egg sandwich on asiago bagel. I was less than impressed with the sandwich as far as what was on it. The bagel was delicious though (I think I will stick to just the bagels next time). What I am really here on Yelp for is to RAVE about the coffee. First off, its bottomless. I could sit there all day... My two favorites were Vanilla Hazelnut and the new Christmas blend. So delicious and perfect. Einstein's bagel sandwiches are consistently delicious. A little pricey but made fresh for you. I'm not a big fan of their mochas and fancy coffee drinks. In fact, I'll go out of my way to stop in for a bagel thin sandwich at Einstein's and then I'll take a separate trip over to Starbucks for a coffee or chai. This is a nice spot to grab a quick breakfast sandwich but without the fast food flavor. Their sandwiches are notches above the typical fast food in town but you do pay for it. Still, it is a nice spot to grab a quality sandwich to get you through your morning, coffee was pretty good too. On the Sunday morning we went it was pretty noisy and the dining area could have used a quick wipe down. Great bagels and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. The downside of this location is the extensive lines and waits. I understand due to Covid that some places are understaffed but to make a simple sandwich, you will wait 30 minutes on average to get your food. This is not acceptable even if they are understaffed. People can't be expected to wait this long for them to toast a bagel and put some toppings on. They need to get this resolved.Additionally, I went to this location today and even after waiting a long time for my order, they couldn't even give me the correct one. The service at this location is... horrific to say the least. The ONE employee they have constantly working the drive thru is a nightmare. He is almost always inattentive and rude. I almost always have my sides forgotten, even though I've paid for them, my bagels are never toasted, even when asked. The prices are absolutely ridiculous considering the quality of the food/service you get. Seriously, don't go here unless you're getting JUST a bagel. Even then, Costco has better bagels. read more

The food is very bland and for the price not worth it to me. I got there avocado toast bagel and idk where they get their avocados from but it was not ready to be used at all! Thank god for a packets of hot sauce from Taco Bell I had on hand lol. No flavor and not soft and creamy how it should be. The caramel iced coffee drink I got was alright but I had to ask them for more caramel sauce bc it wasn't sweet at all so if ur a coffee lover this might b a good spot for the drinks only. read more

While I am a huge fan of the product this store has truly broken my trust. We had an office meeting and we placed an order to have bagels and coffee delivered during the meeting. As the meeting was starting to wind down we attempted to contact the store to find out where our order was. There was no answer. After multiple attempts to reach the store directly we reached out to the customer service line who also attempted to contact the store directly. No success for them either. If I could give negative stars I would. NEVER rely on this store for your company meetings... you will be left with no food, no phone call, no explanation, NOTHING. read more

I came in for a bagel box to give to my daughter's school for teacher appreciation week. I've only ever been through the drive through... I'm not a fan of the high price for a bagel and some schmere(sp?) but if you are going to cater breakfast to a large group this is your place. I actually went inside this time and was very pleased to find a full on sit down restaurant here. They had a sweet bakery window filled with carby delicious and I'm not sure how many different flavors of cream cheese they have but I'm pretty sure there is at least 10. I love the variety of bagels and cream cheeses as well as the pastries they have avail. It's kinda better than a donuts shop... but I love donuts too so it's a hard toss up. Breakfast is my thing and these guys have it figured out. One thing to mention... the drive through line is a bit of a wait. Not a huge fan. This may have a lot to do with the fact that there are a number of better locations near by that make fresh bagels the right way (boil then bake). I know they are always busy and like previous reviews state always out of items. They are consistent with their items and sandwiches which is good but their items are nothing to crave or come back for so consistency really doesn't matter. I'm just not the biggest fan and as long as local places like Rounds Bakery are open near by I will probably try to avoid. read more

I came in on 3/20/17, ordered a Nova Lox on asiago bagel (no tomato, no onion, no capers) and a smoothie. My total came to $11.72. The smoothie is $3.89, soooo the bagel with nova lox is almost $8!?? Unfortunately for me I didn't ask for the receipt and I didn't even realize the price until I saw my credit card statement. Hmm... Also, the young lady on the register has an attitude. Coffee isn't that best, but I highly recommend the strawberry schmear with a plain, wheat, or cinnamon bagel. They are only open until 2pm So go in early. They do need to work on their coffee. If they do it would be a quick one stop for breakfast and coffee. Most target no go there just for breakfast during with days. The main priority is coffee. I've asked my wife to stop going here. Three orders and three incorrectly made sandwiches. Somehow this time she thought they would get it right since the communication at the register was accurate. The employee even verified the "everything bagel" was available. Let's review: The Deli Turkey & Cheddar has no cheddar cheese. The sandwich was built on a potato roll despite requesting an everything bagel. On the plus side, my sandwich is correct. But since this is the third error I can only deduce that we are the idiots for giving them our money. I hate to write bad reviews but when we decide to stop giving a business our money it's serious. For those of you who still go here...the quality of the food isn't bad. But the stress of having to check if the order is correct or returning food to the counter to have it corrected just isn't acceptable for me. read more

With a plethora of flavored bagels, coffee and cream cheese spreads to choose from, the biggest complaint is which one do I want today???? I haven't found one bagel (or sandwich) that wasn't all that. They are soft and taste fresh no matter what time of day I've managed to stroll in....I only wish they were fat free and there was more comfortable seating, neither, however, is a deal breaker. 4 stars for morning service and 1 star for afternoon. The morning crew is fast, friendly, and on top of things. The place is busier and yet they manage to keep all the coffees and creamers filled. The ambiance is great, you can get your bagel and coffee fix before work, meet a coworker for breakfast and generally just prepare yourself for the day. Come afternoon, and this place does a 180! From the inattentive staff who spend more time chatting with one another, to the messy coffee station, to the empty creamers in an otherwise not busy restaurant makes no sense. The real topper though is that those of us meeting others to chat under the relatively decent lobby music are subjected to one of the employees who has taken their phone, cranked up some shi$&@ tunes with too much treble and put it inside a metal serving dish to amplify the sound. FYI it sounds like some metallic rattling crapfest to the folks in the lobby. Are there no grow ups or respectful young folks in the afternoon? read more

Einsteins and I go way back, since the early 90s in Utah. I still think they make the best bagels...they're softer, more flavorfull and fresher imo. The types have tripled over the years...now there are 3 cheesy bagels besides my regular Asiago. And there must be a dozen cream cheese flavors now, and good offers emailed to you if you sign up. But...for eating in, the place is frantic and loud and uncomfortable with hard chairs and sometimes only 1 working bathroom. The staff works very hard (they must get battle fatigue at the end of their shift) but its more like chickens with their heads cut off. As you see in the other reviews, orders are wrong much too often. And they don't check the coffee...its up to the customer to tell them its empty and then you wait. Today they gave me someone else's bag of 6, and since they replaced it at my table, the other customer refused to take hers back. Although I said "for here" when ordering, I had to go back and wait in line for a plastic knife. Asking for 1 of the 6 bagels to be toasted sent the place into mass confusion. Like I said, they work very hard...but Mr or Ms Manager (who never seems to be here), please get some kind of system in gear! But I still love ya Einsteins, imperfections and all... read more

Einstein bagels usually does a kick ass job with my bagel! i get the same thing every week, asiago bagel with herbivore toppings... they normally slice the cucumber and lay it neatly on top of my bagel. today, however, i was served a bagel that was mediocre at best. i literally have a huge chunk of cucumber sitting on top of my bagel. no care from the man who made it, obviously. i don't appreciate the laziness that seems to be becoming more and more apparent. get your shit together, guys. read more

Came in for a great bagel and coffee and it turned out to be a bad experience due to a man that came in with 2 uncontrolled children (if you can call them that) The one fell on the floor and was screaming and the father walked away and smiled and DID NOTHING to control him. It kept up till we said something and another couple called my husband an asshole for speaking up. We left and may NOT go back. It is time establishments did something to people who do not control the little ones. Either tell them to control the child or leave. DONE with it. Good food but the current hiring issues, or more specifically here the lack of employees make getting a quick bite to eat easily a minimum 30-40 minute wait. If you are unfortunate to get caught in the drive thru expect a long wait time. Gas ain't cheap these days to be idling for so long. Yeah as a Brooklyn gal, self proclaimed bagel expert I love me an Einstein's Bagels. Why? The bagels are good. The service is always friendly. The box of bagels and cream cheese are reasonable prices. But does that really make it 5-stars. Not really but what gives it that rating in my book are the bagel thins - I think they call them a Thintastic Bagels. They offer many Weight Watcher (when I'm watching) friendly breakfast sandwiches. I just like a thin bagel sometimes! I usually grab. 1/2 dozen to keep them in my freezer. Tons of seating options -- bar seating with a view is the parking lot, tables of various sizes, two outdoor seating areas. It's a chain so service might be spotty but I've never experienced bad service. Be kind to people in training. read more
