I wish there were more of these around, I make sure to stop by this one when I am close to it! I usually get a latte and a bagel and I love both! They put such a good anoint of cream cheese on the bagel and I recommend the cinnamon raisin one. I order online and it is ready when I get there!

Ordering food was smooth. The service at counter when ordering and receiving food was speedy. The food was superb and the coffee was better than other places.

This was my bagel with cream cheese?

This location is an absolute disgrace. The wait for the food was insane and when we got it back to the hotel it was all wrong. They are clearly prioritizing door dash and Uber eats over the customers in line. Opened up my bagel with cream cheese to a dry bagel. Absolute waste

Six cheese bagel with vegan cream cheese (yes, I know the bagel isn't vegan)

I'm a HUGE bagel lover. I could eat 10 a day, and einsteins has some great options. I ended up at this location because, even though I'm not a vegan, my friend who is said I had to try the trial vegan cream cheese while they had it (Kite Hill). I'm SO glad I did! It's super creamy and delicious, I couldn't stop eating it!! (Plus it's super low calorie next to normal cream cheese if you're into that). The service was a little wonky and the woman behind the counter didn't have the best attitude or customer service skills, but the bagel was awesome, and the cream cheese was a must try. If you're in the area, go check it out - vegan or not!! Pro-Tip: download the app for a free bagel and cream cheese! **Update: Mark (the manager) is AWESOME

Who knew that they offered breakfast sandwiches? I sure did not. Glad that I was advised on this and decided to give them a try. I opted for the Farmhouse sandwich, with both ham and bacon with the smear on the garlic herb smear on the side. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich, the smear was a little much for me with my egg, but it wasn't bad. I could see visiting them more often.

I really don't come to Einstein Bros but met a coworker here for an offsite meeting. My photo speaks for itself. Advertisement vs reality.

I came here for the first time, wanting a sandwich and wanting to try a new spot. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Very quaint establishment: I KNOW the name of the place says "grocer", but I was still under the impression that this was a sandwich shop and it's not. Blame my hunger, ok??? It is a grocery store, and a small one at that. I head to the back to the deli and the butcher was super helpful with answering ALL my questions. Learned more about how everything works and more. All sandwiches are pre made and once they sell out, they're gone. There was a turkey sandwich and a roast beef one left. I opted for the turkey sandwich, asked for a side of remoulade sauce that's originally used for the shrimp po boy I believe. I bought a bag of chips to go with it. Total was about $15. The sandwich was delicious. LOADED with turkey and arugula it had a dill spread on it, and it was also sooo good. the remoulade helped give it more flavor and kick. All I needed was some onion slices (tear) I will definitely be back.

Since this place is such a staple, we figured we had to give it a try. The place was absolutely packed, which clearly shows it's a local favorite. Even with how busy they were, our pickup order was ready on time -- actually before the scheduled pickup since I arrived about five minutes early. The atmosphere definitely had that classic local sandwich shack vibe and seemed like it would make a great casual lunch spot for almost any occasion. Unfortunately, the food itself just didn't live up to the reputation for us. We ordered the hot salami sandwiches, which they're known for, but they were extremely greasy and the only flavors that really stood out were mustard and grease. We expected a lot more flavor and balance considering it's their specialty item. We also placed a large luncheon order of 10 sandwiches. Everyone was satisfied overall and the food was decent enough, but nothing really stood out or made us excited to come back. We personally prefer Adriana's for both flavor and overall quality. One of the biggest disappointments was that none of the sandwiches had cheese on them, even though we paid an extra $2 per sandwich for the garlic cheese bread upgrade. That was frustrating considering the additional charge. Honestly, I'm guessing we may have just caught them on an off day because it's obvious this spot has a loyal following. We still appreciate supporting local STL businesses and can understand why so many people love it -- it just wasn't quite the experience we were expecting.
