Just because it's not from "Mexico" or what your mom makes it's doesn't mean it's bad . I love this place so much I don't care the prices . It's common sense you love it = worth your money. My favorite tacos out of anywhere in Orange County! I always get the carne asada tacos and they never disappoint. I'm not a big fan of chili but the chili they use is delicious that I find myself asking for extra (which they provide for free). Customer service is good, they're nice and considerate. The Birria was good but not great in my opinion. The goat they use is definitely not as strong/gamey as the one used by most other places. This would be great for anyone who is usually not a fan of goat. Also the price was high for Mexican food. I had Birria the 2 other people with me had five tacos each and it was nearly $40. Most all the seating is outside. Not a fancy place. The goat meat was tender and not at all strong but mild it was a good portion. The birria came with sides cilantro, onions, limes, warm corn tortillas, beans ,rice and a cup of consomme which is really the broth from cooking the goat meat. I agree with the birria plate being ridiculously pricy...$15+ for a bowl of soup with some shreds of meat, a cup of more consomé (as if there wasn't enough in the bowl) rice and beans, tortillas....not much flavor and make sure you ask for no onions in advance or they will pour onions and cilantro inside the soup...or I mean birria plate. I visited this place while working Doordash, i was there to pick up a customer's order. I ended up speaking to who i believe was the manager or owner. He was very nice and helpful. He offered me some of the homemade juices they had. So i took him up on his offer and asked if i could try the horchata. Man it was so good, one of best homemade horchatas i've had so far. He gave me it in a big cup so i could take it with me while i was working. They take care of Doordashers here, which is a plus in my book! read more
