You might expect a 25-30 minute wait in a finer dining restaurant, but a truck should have a system for serving that doesn't include enormous wait times. When approached, the staff were indifferent and merely kept saying, "just a few minutes more." After moving from Main St to Broadway I say this place has gone down in every aspect. TJ food court was a bad idea first of all. Let's start with the turn around time. 15 min for 3 fish tacos? No bueno. Next, there are no prices on the menu like a normal restaurant but I guess it's TJ style. Fish tacos taste the Same just a little better. Maybe cuz they change the oil more. ? Who knows. Charging to use debit/credit ? Who carries cash nowadays? Lastly, the female line cook touching her hair while I'm watching them finish the orders. Wtf? I had to address it to the so called Manager.
